Inspiration dragged Drey's body out of the hospital, as soon as he saw the exit he immediately threw Drey's body to the ground.
"I don't need you anymore you stupid bule!" ilham said as he threw Drey's body and ran towards the exit. But then a gunshot sounded too.

The step of Inspiration was stopped because suddenly something penetrated his body and felt so painful. Some hot lead that penetrated Ilham's back made his body sprawled on the ground. Ilham then held his body part with his right hand, and saw that there was already so much blood splattered on his body.
"No." said Ilham softly, slowly his eyes closed until his breathing stopped.
The police who shot Ilham and Leo and Kenan finally approached the body of Ilham who was already helpless. The police then turned Ilham's body and held his pulse.
"He's dead" said the policeman, closing Ilham's eyes.
Leo and Kenan looked at each other. "This is the end of his life story" said Leo as he looked at the still sprawling body of Inspiration. At that moment they saw Calista and Olivia carrying Rima's body so limped.
"Why? What happened to Rima?" ask Kenan.
"It looks like she's bleeding Kenan back." replied Olivia.
"Let's take Rima and Drey to the hospital."
With the help of the police, Drey and Rima's bodies are finally put in the car.
"You take care of your friends. Let us take care of the body of Inspiration."
"Well, thank you." replied Kenan and Leo.
They got into the car and drove the car at high speed to the nearest hospital.
After a while, they arrived at the hospital. The medics who saw their arrival rushed to help them bring Drey and Rima who were now helpless.
"I'm worried about both of them" Calista said.
"Everybody's worried about them, Calista. Calm down." replied Leo.
Moments later a doctor came out of the ER room.
"How are they doing, Doc?" ask Olivia.
"Mr Drey lost a lot of blood, but he's fine, we've stitched up his wound and treated him but he's not conscious at the moment. As for Mrs Rima, she is currently conscious, but she has lost a baby in her womb, but her gestational age is still very young so it is likely that she does not need to be cured, it's just that he had to eat medicine to remove the rest of the fetus in his womb" said the doctor.
Hearing the doctor's words, Olivia and Calista closed their mouths.
"Gosh, Rima miscarried" said Calista.
"Yes, brother."
"Doctor, can we find Rima?" ask Calista.
"Of course, please go inside."
Olivia and Calista rushed into the room. Leo and Kenan followed behind them.

"We asked the doctor first" replied Olivia. He then left the ER room where Rima was treated to the doctor's office.
"How's Olive?" ask Calista.
"Yes, Rima can see Drey. But it shouldn't take too long."

Olivia and Calista help Rima down from the gurney and sit in her wheelchair. They then headed to the room where Ilham was treated. Rima then looked at Drey's face which looked slightly pale.
"Drey, why do you have to do that to endanger your own life?"
"He loves you." replied Leo.
"No Leo, no way. There was another woman in her heart, but not me" Rima replied which made Olivia seem misbehaved.
"Rima, how do you know that Drey still loves that woman? He loves you Rima, if he doesn't love you there's no way he's acting that way to endanger his own life" Olivia said.
Rima was silent to Olivia's words. 'You said that just to raise my heart, Olive.' Rima said in her heart.
"How about Inspiration?" ask Rima to switch their conversation about Drey.
Leo then held onto Rima's shoulder. "He's dead."
Rima was also very surprised to hear Leo's words.

It was then that Drey's eyes suddenly opened. "Five" said Drey.
