Wrong Room

Wrong Room
Meet With Him

"How did this happen, Olive? Didn't he just finish surgery? How could he move freely? Hasn't the stitches in her stomach not dried yet?"

"Behold Kenan, it was probably the inner urge that made him ignore the pain and get him out of the treatment room alone. Then where should we find him, Kenan?"

Kenan then thought for a moment.

"Olivia, maybe Aini wants to see her son's body."

"Yes, you're right Kenan. It's better now that we go to the mortuary, maybe Aini's there."

"Let's go there."

Olivia and Kenan then run to the morgue to find Aini.

Roy looked at his wife's face, which was now stiffened with closed eyes and a face that looked so calm just before being pardoned and put in a coffin. Roy deliberately told the hospital to take care of his wife's body until the process was memorized and put in the casket because many parts of his wife's body were damaged by the accident.

"Good road baby, rest in peace. I will look after and take care of our child as best I can" Roy said with a sad look as his wife's body was stuffed into the coffin.

When the hospital pulled out his wife's coffin to be put in an ambulance, Roy suddenly saw a woman in an automatic wheelchair and carrying an infusion in her hand coming closer to the mortuary.

"Please give me another half an hour" Roy told the hospital carrying Roy's coffin into the ambulance.

"We'll wait another half hour in the ambulance" the hospital official replied.

Roy then nodded. He then approached the woman who now looked confused in front of the mortuary. The look on his face was so sad, and tears were still pouring down his cheeks.

"Who are you looking for?" ask Roy.

"My son."

"Your son's dead?"

"Yes, my son died in an accident this afternoon."

"Let me accompany" said Roy then entered together into the morgue he then approached one of the officers in the room and asked the body of the baby who was the victim of a consecutive accident.

"Excuse me sir, can we see the body of the baby that was the victim in the accident last afternoon?"

"You who?"

"I'm his mother, I just want to see him because I know tomorrow I won't be able to see his funeral" Aini replied with a sob that made Roy feel even more guilty.

"It shouldn't be like this but since it's a little urgent I'll meet you with your son's body, but sorry shouldn't be too long."

"It's okay the most important thing I can see my son's body."

The officer then brought Aini and Roy into the morgue and walked closer to the dead child Aini.

"This is your son's body" the officer said.

"Thank you, thank you so much" said Aini.

His feelings were more mixed when he began to approach the baby's corpse. Aini then looked at the corpse of the baby in front of her. "Son" said Aini as she stroked the little face of the baby, her heart ached so much to see the tiny figure that was stretched stiff in front of her.

'Oh my God, it feels so tight, this heart feels so sick.'

"Son, I'm sorry you couldn't take care of you. Mama is useless, if you don't leave your grandfather's house, of course we won't have this accident. Mama's really stupid, son."

Aini also now looked at her son's face while occasionally stroking the tiny face, her heart felt so sliced when she realized that this was the last chance to meet him.

"You have to be patient, it's destiny" Roy said, patting Aini on the shoulder.

Aini then looked at Roy's face.

"You can say it like this because you don't feel the loss of your loved ones, my son is the only reason I live in this world and I have to lose him" Aini said sobbing.

Heard Roy's words. Aini was silent. "really? So your wife also died in that accident?"

"Yes." Yeah."

"Then what about your son?"

"He's alive, but he's still in the incubator" replied Roy, who was sobbing.

"Good grief to your son, he had to lose his birth mother before he could feel her affection."

"Yes" replied Roy who is now sobbing.

Aini looked back and stroked her son's face. Her tears never stopped washing her face.

Suddenly the mortuary approached them.

"Sorry your time is up" the officer said.

"For a moment" replied Aini then approached her son again and then stroked his face and kissed him many times.

"Goodbye dear, rest in peace, one day we will surely meet in heaven" said Aini accompanied by a so heart-wrenching sobbing sound.

Aini then away from the corpse, then she with Roy out of the morgue.

'Goodbye, son.' said Aini inwardly as she left the mortuary.

"Can I meet your son?" aini asked Roy as they exited the mortuary.

Roy was surprised to hear Aini's words.

"For what?"

"It's okay, I just want to meet him."

"Well, after my wife's funeral I'm gonna go here a little while to get you to meet her."

"Thank you very much."

"Sama-sama, I'm leaving first, I have to return my wife's body to the funeral home. Our family is waiting."

"Yes." answered Aini.

Roy then left Aini who was still silent in front of the morgue. While Aini was still silent in front of the mortuary while staring at the room blankly.

"My son." said Aini while shedding tears.

It was then that Kenan and Olivia approached him.

"Here, what are you doing here? You still sick Aini?"

"I just want to meet my son, Mba Olive." replied Aini sobbing.

Kenan and Olivia then looked at.

"Let's go with us." said Olivia.

"No, I've met him, there was someone with me."

"someone? Who's she?" ask Olivia.

"I don't know if I knew him either, which I know his wife was also the victim of the accident" replied Aini who made Kenan and Olivia look on.

"Olive, do you have the same thoughts as me?" whispered Kenan.

"Yes." Yeah."
