As fast as lightning Rima took one of the medicines into her grasp from the place of the medicine she was about to give Stella.
"Try giving the medicine Rima."
Rima also gave the place of the medicine with a slight tremble. David took the medicine and watched it.
'This is the cure, but why are there only two?' murmured David.
"Rima, the medicine that Stella ate should have been three but why were there only two?"
"Emh.. E.. Sorry doctor David, I forgot." replied Rima nervously.
"Basic! How reckless you are Rima! Stella's disease is not a mild disease, if you are not careful, the impact can be fatal for Stella! Do you understand or not???"

"Yes Stella. Rima please don't do any more carelessness" said David then walking away from them.
'Rima looks a little suspicious, I have to be careful of her. Maybe I should tell Revan all this, maybe Revan can help me to investigate who Rima really is.' David said in his heart. He then picks up his phone and appears busy calling Revan and telling him everything Stella experienced.

Stella then clasped Rima's hand. "I'm sorry, you don't grieve Rima, we all love you here."
"Yes." Yeah."
'But I want you to die Stella, I want David's love just for me.' Rima murmured again.
"Yes but I am not as lucky as you who have a lover like Doctor David who loves you very much."
"Yes he loves me a lot even if it's a little bit too much, like today in the morning he's been scolding you, besides what makes me a little upset is this morning he installed CCTV in this room."

"Revan, did you forget I was carrying your child! At least you ask how I and the child are doing in my womb!" giselle.

"Yes." Yeah." Revan then enters the bathroom while Giselle walks towards the door.
"Hi Leo, Calista."
"How's Giselle doing?"
"Good, very good. Please come in." said Giselle, letting her in. They then followed Giselle inside then sat on the sofa.
"What are you guys suddenly coming here without telling me? If you know you're coming, I'll cook more for dinner together."
"No Giselle, no need. We actually want to talk about something important."
"Something that matters? What'sthat?"
"Like Giselle, it turns out that Rima is not as good as we thought. All the things he told us about his parents were lies, and what he told us about Leo's parents wasn't true. We've been wrong about Rima, we're afraid that she hasn't changed."

"But we still can't keep our eyes on him" Calista said.
"You take it easy, tomorrow Stella will have surgery. He must be cured." replied Revan.
"Operation? Is anyone going to donate spinal cord to him?" ask Leo.
"Of course, Om Hilman Papa Stella is home, I picked her up in New York, she's gonna donate her spinal cord to Stella!"

"Beres boss, they've already received the food I delivered."

"Thank you boss, I'm leaving first." replied the man then left Rima.
"If I can't harm Stella, then I have to foil Stella's operation tomorrow by harming her parents, hahahaha" Rima said then laughing out loud.
