Rima entered the house with a feeling that was so rumbling, emotions increasingly filled his heart. He even ignored Calista who was playing with Nathan and Nala without greeting him in the least. Calista called him.

Rima went inside the hospital with a slightly moody face. 'There is still time before the operation was done Rima, you can still eliminate Stella.' Rima murmured inwardly. He then stepped foot into Stella's room but his steps then stopped when he saw a couple were beside Stella.

"Who are they? Are they Stella's parents who just got back from New York?" said Rima.

"I'd better get there after they're gone" Rima said, then walked away from Stella's treatment room. At that time, David entered Stella's treatment room while carrying several officers to install CCTV.

Stella and her parents were a little surprised to see the arrival of David and some of these people.

"Hey, what is this David?" ask Stella.

"Emh I want to install CCTV in this room so that I can always monitor your condition Stella" replied David lying because he did not want Stella and her parents worried if he told her the true circumstances.

"Stella, I'm back in my room for a second huh, there's work I need to do."

"Yes dear." replied Stella. David then left. Seeing David coming out of Stella's room, a smile fell on Rima's lips.

"Mrs Stella, have you taken any medication?" ask Rima.

Stella then shook her head.

"You better take the medicine first" said Rima then give some medicine to Stella, but when Stella will take the medicine suddenly David went back into the room.

"So Stella don't drink first, I want to check first the medicine you're taking" David said as he approached Stella, who made Rima gulp violently.
