Rima then ran away leaving Ilham who was still pensive to hear his words. He then ran to the back of the hospital and shouted loudly.

"WHYAAA? WHY IS LIFE SO CRUEL TO ME AND NEVER SIDED WITH ME!!!" shouts Rima.

While Ilham then walked in an uncertain direction in the hospital.

Leo and Calista inside Stella's treatment room seemed to be waiting for all of them anxiously. Pram who was now sitting with blank eyes, his body looked so weak.

"Leo, Calista, you better take Mr. Pram home first. It's late, I can't bear to let her down here, let her rest at home. Give Rima some time, I'm sure Ilham can persuade her."

"Are you okay if we stay alone!" ask Calista.

"It's okay, I've contacted David, he'll be here soon" Stella replied.

"Well Stella, we stay first" Calista said.

"Yes, you guys be careful on the road."

Calista and Leo nodded, and Leo helped Pram to stand up and led him out of Stella's room. Moments after they came out, Rima went into the room.

"Where are they all?" ask Rima to Stella.

"Home home." replied Stella.

'Good, I entered at the right time.' Rima said inwardly.

"Five me sleepy, I sleep first" Stella told Rima.

"Yes." answered Rima.

'David hasn't entered this room yet, when it's nine o'clock so my plan worked.' Rima said in her heart.

A few moments later he approached Stella who had appeared to be asleep. 'Good, he's asleep, it's time for me to do my plan.' Rima muttered then left Stella's room.

After Rima left, Stella opened her eyes. "It's very suspicious of him" Stella said.

Stella's cell phone then rang.

'David.' muttered Stella, she then raised a call from David.

[Hello Stella, are you okay?]

[Yes, where are you? I called you but no answer?]

[Sorry Stella, I replaced Dr. Roni for surgery because he was suddenly sick, whereas you know the cardiologist at this hospital was just me and Dr. Roni, I had to replace his job.]

[Oh yeah, you take it easy I'm fine here.]

[Yes, I'll be in the room soon, I'll change Stella's clothes.]

[Yes David.] Stella answered and then hung up from David.

Meanwhile Rima entered into David's workspace with a sneak. He went straight to David's private room in the room. He then saw the figure that was sleeping on the bed so soundly.

'That must be David.' Rima said inwardly.

"But why is this room dark? Where's lights?" rima said while looking around for a light switch, but when he found the light switch and tried to turn it on it turned out that the lights in the room remained unlit.

"The dial is dead, it's dark" Rima said.

"Ah it's okay, I better go straight to bed next to David" said Rima then walked to the bed. He then laid his body on the bed while groping the figure who was now sleeping beside him.

"Darling, are you asleep? It's me Rima, baby." whispered Rima in the figure's ear.

Slowly, the figure woke up.

'Rima.' murmured the man.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry for upsetting you" Rima said, kissing the man's neck.

The stimulant drug that he had just eaten in the biscuit mixture began to work, especially when Rima began to kiss the man's lips so passionately. The man began to reply to Rima's words and slowly unbuttoned Rima's shirt.

'Yes, David finally you are now subject to me.' Rima said in her heart.

"I'm sorry for all my attitude, I actually love you so much" Rima said.

De*ahan and e*angan were increasingly echoing in all corners of the room until both reached the peak of enjoyment. Due to exhaustion, they both ended up falling asleep. Rima hugged the man beside her with a very happy feeling.

'Finally you're David's and I won't let you go back to Stella' Rima muttered in her heart with a smile.

David walked into his study with a feeling of arrogance. "Where is Rima, lest she escape, but I've checked all the CCTVs at the exit and no trace of Rima has escaped from here." murmured David.

"Luckily there was Giselle and Revan visiting Stella so I calmly left her alone in the room" David said, turning on his laptop. But when David was about to do his job, he suddenly heard a shout from the direction of his private room in the room.

"NOKKKKK." shouted someone from inside the room.

Rushing David opened the room and saw Rima and Ilham sleeping on the bed without wearing a single outfit.

"What are you doing here?" shouted David.

"No... No, why don't you sleep here David?"

"Shortly put your clothes on, I'll wait for you outside!" david snapped while closing the door. He then contacted Revan to come to his room.

"Hey, bren*sek what have you done to me? How dare you touch my body!" rima shouted at Ilham.

"Thank you didn't realize, last night you seduced me!"

"Ah... It's enough I don't want to hear your words" said Rima then left Ilham.

*Flashback*

Inspiration goes in no direction, his heart feels so sick to hear the words of Rima. It was then that he suddenly bumped into David who was walking towards Stella's room.

"I'm sorry" said Ilham.

"It's okay, you don't seem to be well?" ask David.

"No I'm fine, I'm just looking for my fiancee, Rima, she used to work at this hospital, maybe you saw her?"

"What Rima?"

"Yes, Rima my fiancee, me and her father just arrived from Jogja."

'So they've arrived at this hospital?' david said in his heart.

"Emh.. Sorry what's your name?"

"Ilham."

"Yes Inspiration, I'm David Stella's lover, can I talk to you for a moment?"

"Oh so you're doctor David? I'm sorry to you if Rima's been hurting you and Stella all this time."

"It's okay Inspiration, we'd better talk in my room. I want to talk four eyes with you."

"Well David's doctor." Ilham answered and followed David into his room.

Moments later, an OB delivered drinks and gave the biscuits on the table to Ilham.

"Please drink it" said David, looking busy with his phone.

Inspiration also drank the tea in front of him while waiting for David who now looks so busy picking up the phone from someone. However, moments after eating the biscuits and drinking the tea in front of him suddenly Ilham felt so dizzy, he then held his head.

"Why Inspiration?"

"It's okay, just a little dizzy."

"Oh if you're dizzy, you better rest in my private room, that's the room. I also seem to have a sudden affair to replace Dr. Roni's surgery. If you're cured you can go home, maybe we should postpone our conversation until tomorrow."

"Yes doctor David, thank you." said Ilham then went into David's private room.
