Sega and Youis

A sreek!

A tall tall young man with glasses tore up a wanted poster. The poster shows his face. Not only that, other posters bearing the faces of his friends were also stamped on a wooden notice board with the inscription: Wanted alive. A gift for those who find. Signs, Military.

“How can it?” mumbling wonder. He saw the paper again. The ones that weren't there were just Alpha and Ursa images. “Don't tell me they—no, no, no! What a mess I am.”

His name was Sega, a Guardian. Not long ago he had the opportunity to meet Joa. The girl tells him that Alpha and Ursa are military prisoners. But, Joa asserted also that the two are still loyal to their village.

Sega feels guilty having the thought that the two may reveal their identities. He took a long breath. He apologized to those who were not there.

A dagger pressed against his neck from behind, followed by a heavy hoarse voice, “Sega, one of the Mayall Village residents, I finally found you. Stay calm and follow me or I don't hesitate to kill you here, right now.”

Sega was shocked. However, his hand was no less quick to grasp the dagger stored on his waist since the cold sensation touched his neck. He pulled it fast, in a curly motion he swung it at someone behind him.

The man lowered his head quickly and jumped backwards. Seemed very surprised by the sudden attack earlier. It was so surprising that he was panting. His eyes looked in disbelief at Sega who ran over to attack him.

“Wait...wait...wait! Just stop! Don't attack! It´s me! Me!”

Sega suddenly stopped his steps. “I?”

“Yes, me!” The man opened the cloth covering his face quickly. “I Youis!”

Sega's eyes widened in shock. His smile expands brilliantly. “Youis!” reworked.

“Yes, it's me! How, do you miss me so much, huh?”

“Same as no. I'm just surprised you showed up suddenly in such a way,” said Sega flatly. He had returned to his normal self, someone serious. “Why are you here?”

“Ah, about that.. actually I was being chased by—”.

“That's it!”

“Catch him! Don't let go!”

“Pursue him! Don't let that guy escape!”

A group of soldiers headed towards them with a quick run. Youis panicked.

“Run, Sega! They're after us!”

Sega followed her friend's quick steps. They played chases with soldiers in the streets of the city. Not once twice did they take the wrong turn and were instead surrounded. However, as much as possible they continued to run without attacking the soldiers.

Sraak!

They both held back. From the end of the corner where they turned stormed six soldiers. Sega and Youis turned around, about to return to their path earlier, unfortunately the pursuing soldier had already closed the path.

“Lump up!” shout Youis. He then jumped, followed by Sega.

They ran on the roof of the building. Spears of light were thrown at them. They avoided it while running and jumping over the roofs of buildings.

“Uwaa!”

Sega caught Youis' arm slipping precariously. Thankfully he had time. Youis sighed in relief because he did not fall from a high place. However, his relief was not long as the warrior suddenly appeared below and stabbed him with a spear.

“Thank me, Sega! Hurry along! Or they'll catch me!”

Instead of obeying him, Sega instead brought Youis running in a hanging state. He could not lift the young man up.

Since they were currently running on the sloping side of the roof then their run was unstable. The cliffs of the roof of the building slid down, hitting the pursuing soldiers, but that did not stop them.

Due to the poor balance and added carrying weight on one side of his body, Sega ended up being mired down as well. He and Youis hit each other. They immediately stood up because they heard the cries of the pursuing soldiers.

“That's them!”

“Do not let it escape!”

“Beach them both!”

Youis exclaims in panic, “Oh, shit!”

“Ke here!”

As if to invite him to escape through an open window. They slipped through that window. What they came in was a place to eat. People were chatty with the commotion Sega and Youis caused.

“Sorry!” sega exclaimed without stopping running.

“Inspuse us! We did it accidentally!” shout Youis.

They came out of the diner. Both of them ran straight on the road that was four meters wide. There's a small alley on the left, they take that road. Unfortunately, their choice was wrong. A team of soldiers had been waiting for them at the end of the alley.

“How, Sega?”

“There is no other option. Run straight ahead.”

“There are warriors who block.”

“Then we just need to avoid it.”

Sega continued running in that long alley. Before he approached the soldier who had been waiting for them, the young man made a kind of spring under his shoes using the power of his light. He ran while taking a swing to jump.

“Youis, take my hand!” his orders.

“Huh?! O-oh, yes!”

Youis grabbed Sega's hand that was stretched out backwards. Then, with one powerful repulsion the young man leaped past above the head of the opposing squad of soldiers. The jump was not too high as Youis became a burden. They were almost pierced by sharp spears if only Youis had not broken those spears using his light sword slash.

The two of them landed safely behind the encircling soldiers. Without taking a breath they immediately ran again on the crowded street by the passing of people. Not once did they look back to check on the soldiers.

“Lewat here!”

Sega pulled the arm of Youis who was about to run straight to turn to the exit she knew. They ran hard until they finally reached the outside of the city and continued to run until they entered the forest.

Even in the forest they continued to run, not taking a straight path, but winding so that their tracks were not tracked. Problems lost business lately. Being stranded to foreign areas has been their daily food for the past five years.

Brukh!

Youis dropped herself on the grass under the tree. He lay on his back. A sweat that was flowing down his clothes. His breath was as stingy as a man would die. The young man opened his mouth to add oxygen.

As for Sega, the young man was leaning on a large tree trunk not far from Youis. His condition was not much different from that of his friend. However, Sega is better able to regulate his breathing first.

“Ta-tadi it... hah... hah... fondly...right, right?” Youis asked still breathlessly.

“What?! Exhausting new true!” reply Sega grumbling. “Lagian, if you're being chased why even make a joke on me instead of telling me from the beginning? If you say it since we met then we can go quietly without a fuss,” he continued more seriously.

Youis glanced at him with a wide grin. He put his feet in the air, and with a push he stood up. Poked Sega's shoulder violently.

“Come, Friend! There is no harm in playing games. We haven't seen each other in a long time.”

Sega did not respond to this. His mind returned to how their faces could be imprinted on the wanted poster. And, the only reason that comes to mind remains only on Alpha and Ursa.

“Hey, Sega, about our poster, what do you think?” you ask suddenly.

“Joa tells me that Alpha and Ursa were captured and taken prisoner in the military.”

Youis was shocked to hear that. “You want to say that they are the ones who leaked our information?”

“Not so!” quick suspicions. “Joa himself has made sure that they are both still loyal.”

“Then...why did you say that?”

“I was just thinking,” he said listlessly.

“I don't think they're going to sell us, his friends. But..”

“But?” Sega.

“When it is true that those who spread information about us all I am sure it must be due to a situation where they cannot avoid it unless they answer it. I also believe they don't say everything. Because after all they are Guardian.”

Sega smiled gently. “They are also our friends.”

“Ya, right!” sahut Youis's. “Aah...! Suddenly I became curious about this and wanted to confirm it myself. Yeah, right, Sega?”

The young man had a confused face. “You mean?”

“Hehehe...! Of course we're gonna go see Alpha and Ursa, and then we're gonna ask ourselves. If it is true that they leaked information about us, then I will reply them with a crushing blow!”

Sega stand. He cleaned his pants from the dry grass attached. “Do you know where they are now?” tanyakanya.

“I'm not sure, but maybe they're at the central military headquarters, in the Milky Way. I've heard rumors that they keep prisoners there.”

“Ah, so yes.”

Youis spread out both her hands. With a big smile he said, “Come meet our old friend!”

“Ya.”
