The drap! The drap! The drap!
“Don't run! You can't escape!”
Diphda snorted while continuing to run. “Kabur? Don't stupid. I was just luring you away from the refugee basement.”
The female soldier turned around quickly all of a sudden. From both of his palms appeared a reddish orange glow that formed a dragon. The fiery light dragon snatched the chasing ramplites, bound them with its long body and then burned them to the ground.
“Taste it.”
Diphda ran back. He passed through the small alleys in the settlement while shouting, “Is there still anyone here? Get outside! I'll help you save yourself!”
Not having the answer to his screams Diphda immediately went from there and searched the other alleys, anticipating that there would still be people left behind. In the area he looked for he found no one. The woman then went to the source of the commotion she thought was caused by the ramplites.
Turns out to be true, there was a fight between the ramplite and the warrior.
“Composed!” his orders on two overwhelmed soldiers face a ramplite. They then crouched.
“Beta Ceti : Fire Slash!” diphda launched his attack.
Ramplite with a long tongue similar to a frog's tongue was lowered. Diphda's attack was successfully avoided. The ramplite laughed.
“You should have excluded me in your order, that way I would definitely have your attack. Idiotically. Stupid.”
Diphda frowned at the ridicule directed at him. He observed the ramplite to judge, but it was attacked quickly using the long tongue of the Frog Ramplite. The woman jumped up. The Ramplite Frog did not budge, it stuck out its long tongue to reach Diphda. Diphda jumped up and down using the roofs of the house as his footing. Both are no less agile in attacking and dodging.
“My tongue is very long. Can reach you wherever you move. Feel it. Feel.”
The frog's tongue snatched quickly in the air, like it was preying on a fly. Unwilling to be the only one Diphda attacked slapped his sword in midair, resulting in a blazing reddish-orange light attack darting towards the Frog Ramplite. But the Frog Ramplite jumped nimbly.
Diphda landed on the ground. A fight in the air was less favorable to him if his opponent had such a long tongue. He glanced at the two soldiers behind him. They rest themselves. It turned out that their condition was not so good, as long as their body was covered in wounds, someone was holding onto his left shoulder with a face of pain, most likely a broken bone.
‘Kukira ramplite is not too strong, but it turns out he is quite tough. The two soldiers were no longer able to fight to the fullest. If it stays here it will only get in my way.’
Diphda assesses the situation.
“You two get out of here! Go to the refugee camp and take care of the population! Let me handle this ramplite!” yells.
The faces of both changed. They stood up immediately. “Te-thank you very much! May you be safe!” they shouted and ran away.
“Basic has no self-esteem. No self-esteem,” taunts the ramplite. “Kub kill them! I kill!”
The frog ramplite stuck out its tongue very quickly. Diphda immediately stopped him before the tongue reached the two fleeing soldiers. The tongue struck the wall of light that Diphda had formed. Then the ramplite pulled back his tongue as quickly as it had.
“Your opponent now is me.”
“Stupid. Idiotically. Why did you stop me, huh?!”
“Since I've been curious..You're just a low-level two-tier ramplite, but somehow talk a lot, then I realize that you're just a dumb ramplite who's chatty.” Diphda provoked that the ramplite forget two other soldiers.
“Stupid! You idiot! Don't insult me!”
“Really, right? What I'm saying, you're really stupid—ah, no, but ****.”
“Sial! Damnit damnit! I will not forgive you! No will!” his screams were upset and frustrated.
He took a deep breath, opened his mouth wide, then shouted loudly.
His voice was so loud and buzzing. Slowly the ground and surrounding buildings began to shake. The wall of light that Diphda had made was broken into pieces. Diphda sword covered in light, the light disappeared due to the sound of the ramplite scream, the power of the light absorbed the sound.
Diphda was shocked by the effects of the voice of the Ramplite Frog, but Diphda could only close tightly to his two ears in pain.
“A-what?! He just yells but the effect is huge—”
The attack from the long tongue of the ramplite came charging over.
Hop. Hop.
Diphda went back before the tongue of the Ramplite Frog caught him. He intended to attack using a sword layered in light, but unfortunately, the power of light that coated his sword vanished just like that when the Ramplite Frog had started to shout.
Diphda tried with another attack. The result is no different. Every time Diphda wanted to attack the Frog Ramplite would shout, so the light power of the woman who had been concentrated would instantly disappear.
“Cih!” Dipha was upset. If this continues he will not be able to issue an attack, he thought. “Then there is no other way but to face you without the power of light. I will fight directly!”
Without the power of light overlaying the weapon nor his body Diphda lunged forward with two unsheathed swords. The tongue of the Ramplite Frog continued to attack him. Diphda dodged, jumped, slashed, and continued to run closer. It was not easy to get close to his opponent as he used his long tongue to dispel. Diphda did not stop even though his attacks were often thwarted.
Shuuu!
"Ukh!"
Feet Diphda caught. There was a burning sensation on his skin. Immediately Diphda pointed his sword to slash the tongue, but a second before the sword hit the tongue the Ramplite Frog had pulled its tongue back.
"It's poison. It will spread on your skin and hurt you like a burn. Like a burn."
"Then I just need to prevent it from spreading."
Diphda placed his hand on the injured spot. From his hand came the power of his light which directly burned the wound along with the surrounding area.
"You're crazy! You're crazy!"
Diphda did not respond to the banter. His attention was on his current body condition. “My stamina is starting to decrease. Fighting without using the power of light harms a human star like me" he said.
“Hahaha...! You idiot! You idiot! You should have realized from the beginning!”
“Shut up! Your repeated yelling gives me a headache!”
“Eh?! Did ya? Then I'll be quiet from now on. Will be silent.”
“Hm?”
Diphda tilted his head in confusion. He remembered the first sentence that the ramplite had spoken to him, which the ramplite would obey as he commanded. He also took the initiative to try something.
“I won't ask you to give up. You can fight me when I attack you. Use all the abilities you have, but don't use that ear-painful scream.”
“Good. Alright. I-i understand. I understand.”
Diphda smiled amusedly. He was not one hundred percent sure, but he tried what he had ordered on the frog's ramplite. He unleashed a force of light, coated his sword with that power, then charged out with Fire Slash. The Ramplite Frog did not let out a shout that annihilated the power of light, it just jumped dodging the attack.
‘Ups! He obeyed! This ramplite is really ***** apparently!’ he said in his heart. ‘Oh, or maybe his decreased intelligence was replaced by his fluent speech ability. Oh, geez! This is so funny! This is a unique case!’
Diphda did not linger with the monologue in his heart. He leaped quickly towards the frog ramplite earlier with both swords layered in light. It cuts across.
“Beta Ceti : Big Cross Fire!”
Cross fire issued Diphda enlarged to meet the alley. The cross fire quickly chased after the Ramplite Frog who ran and jumped like a frog. But in front there Diphda formed a wall of light, making the frog crash and then there was a blazing fire.
“Came already,” said Diphda.

On the other hand the settlement of Okul faces four ramplite types of animals at once. They're not so strong. The man beat them with his flagship blast.
He meets Kraz who also just finished his opponents. Together they search for the remaining ramplites and kill them quickly.
Diphda joins them in the middle of the road after accidentally meeting.
Kraz climbed onto the roof of the tallest building to see the situation. “Captains Algol and Alpha are facing enemies in the north. They are facing one on one. Their situation is good, no need for help,” reported.
“Besides?” Diphda asked.
“Oh. I saw Ursa. He is evacuating the population. And.. not far from him three soldiers tried to face a ramplite.”
“How are things elsewhere?” ask Okul.
Okul and Diphda followed up onto the roof of the building and noticed Kraz's designated spot.
“Possibly he is the person we are looking for,” Okul said.
“Anser Vulpecula? So, he's not a star man but rather a flying creature that?” ask Kraz.
“No. He is a human. His appearance was probably caused by doping,” said Okul.
“It's been overdue. We can't just let Anser go. We have to catch him,” Diphda said.
“Yes. Let's go there!”
...***...
“Kyaaaah!”
Ursa stopped suddenly. His eyes widened perfectly when he found out the woman holding the baby behind him was caught by the ambushing ramplite. The woman rebelled with all her might, yet what a force, the ramplite was far stronger than her.
“Sial!”
Ursa threw the disc towards the ramplite, but it was dispelled quite easily with her hands that had long claws. Ursa ran over but the ramplite jumped onto the roof of a house. The ramplite opened its jaw wide and then bit the woman's shoulder and took a sip of her blood.
“Aaaaargh! It hurts! Sakiiit! Aa..aakh!”
“Sial! I'll kill you—”
“Ti-no... Just let me... I-please please save... my baby...”.
The woman's hand was weak. The baby just fell out of his trunk. Ursa caught him swiftly. He looked at the woman who had begun to lose consciousness. He was unable to speak anymore, but Ursa could still read his lips saying please. In response to that Ursa nodded steadily.
Ursa returned to the party she had brought. “Come. We must return soon to continue our journey. The basement is near.”
“But..”.
“Quiet, Sir. Immediately after delivering you to safety I will avenge the mother of this baby,” Ursa said solemnly. “Mari go.”
They ran back. This time Ursa was more vigilant. He looked back to make sure no one was left behind. The baby she was carrying had been crying ever since. His crying was getting louder and louder. Ursa's heart trembled to hear the screams of the baby boy. He could feel the screams of his loss.
“You lucky child, your mother is very stoic and brave. Be a strong man and protect those who have protected you when you grow up,” he said softly to the baby.
Ursa looked ahead. A soldier standing guard in front of the entrance to the shelter waved his hand for them to hurry more.
“Keep running! We'll be here soon!”
“Good!”
“Finally... finally.. we are safe!” said the mother of the small family. “Thank you, Warrior! You have saved our lives.”
“Thank you very much! Thank you very much!”
Ursa smiled gently. “Master. Madame. Will you listen to my request?”
“Say, Warrior! We will fulfill it while we can!” said the father.
“This baby has lost his mother, this may trouble you, but will you take care of him for the mother of this baby and me?”
The mother received the baby that Ursa delivered. He nodded. “I'll raise him. I'll take him as my son too.”
Uraa smiled with relief. He then approached the other brothers. “Please, take care of your new sister.”
“Good.”
“I will protect him as you protect us, Mr. Warrior,” said the boy whose leg was sprained.
“Thank you very much,” reply Ursa sincere. “Well, now go into the basement and take refuge there until the fight here is over.”
“Yes! Once again thank you.”
Ursa approached the soldier standing guard. “It looks like all residents have been secured. You stay awake. How many soldiers are there?”
“Two inside. Me and another man who was delivering the residents earlier came in guard outside.”
“Good. I'll go and fight the enemy—”
A baam!
Ursa turned her head when she found a voice falling behind her. His face was hardened when he found out that the one who landed from the roof had turned out to be a ramplite that had killed the mother of the baby earlier. The fresh blood of the woman was still dripping from the corner of her lips.
“Retreat, Warrior. Stay alert to your duties guarding the entrance of the basement. He is my opponent,” said Ursa coldly.
“Good!”
Ursa stepped forward, but she stopped when she saw the change in the ramplite before her. Slowly the tiger-like arms and legs of the ramplite turned into the full human limbs. No more hairy hands and feet with sharp claws, but instead turned smooth with normal fingers with no long nails at all. The ramp has transformed.
“Finally! I'm finally a group one!” shouting pleased. He laughed out loud. Then looked at Ursa fiercely. “You, ordinary man, I will beat you, then I will drink the blood of the star man and then I will be perfect!”
“Hiii!” The soldier shuddered in horror.
“Try it.” Ursa challenging.
The young man from the ordinary human faction took out the two daggers stored on his waist. It comforts his grip. Only then did he run quickly to face the ramplite.
The ramplite grew long claws from his human hand. Even the claws were longer than before due to the mixed human blood he consumed.
The advantage to ramplite after gulping down human blood with the power of light was that it rose to a higher rank. They will have the power of light from the humans they prey on and it can also increase their strength.
They've faced each other.
Ursa was watching the movement of the ramplite that attacked him while dodging and trying to attack. The claws were extremely sharp, already like sword blades. It's like two daggers fighting ten swords at once, Inner Ursa.
He's not daunted. With a clever Ursa bowed, jumped, or even salto to avoid the claws. His dagger may not be as deadly as those long, sharp claws, but it does not affect his prowess, because a weapon as simple as anything will remain great in the hands of a reliable person.
Cracks. Cracks.
Ursa held both hands full of those claws using her daggers. The sounds that are caused disturb the ears, but not to make the calm Ursa destroyed.
“Si-shial...! Though only wearing a dagger, but why is it this strong?!”
“Because I'm an expert in using it,” reply Ursa.
He kept holding those claws. While doing so Ursa tried to push the ramplite backwards. Indeed, his body lost big, but his strength could not be matched easily only by a muscular burly body.
Ursa suddenly releases her prisoner against the ramplite's claws. He lowered his head quickly down, taking advantage of the ramplite shock Ursa swung her daggers into the stomach and heart of the ramplite.
Ursa stabbed her heart. Tear her stomach. Blood splashed on his face. But again and again, the scream of pain and blood rancid him not to spoil his calm at all. Still with her eyes glaring sharply Ursa approached the ramplite who stepped back in pain. The ramplite fell down, it was stinging, its life was on the edge.
Unfortunately, Ursa showed no mercy at all. Still with cold eyes and a flat face he approached the ramplite. Then he ruthlessly stepped on the wound on his stomach and pressed down on it with all his might. The last sight of the ramplite is surely that of the cruel Ursa as her death angel.
"It's a good thing he hasn't had the time to use the power of his light, yet" he murmured.
The soldier behind him who witnessed that from the start swallowed his saliva. His body was trembling in fear. Ursa was a terrible person, he thought.
After not hearing any moans from the ramplite beneath her Ursa closed her eyes. He was silent while taking a deep breath and then exhaling slowly.
What he did was the bad side. He has a cruel character when it comes to avenging from innocent people he knows. In that mode he will be very calm, but in his head only full of thoughts to eliminate his opponent cruelly.
As soon as Ursa opened her eyes she was startled by what she saw on the other side of the settlement. A person with red skin, horns, and bat wings that fly high in the air.
