The Battle of Ursa

“He's great.”

“He is also fast in acting. Good for an ordinary human being.”

“Let's see how far it can last.”

Ursa might not have heard the conversation of the soldiers watching from above, but she could estimate what their response was. He smiled cynically.

“I won't survive, because I'm the one who will win.”

“Confidence once, huh?” Diphda.

“I'm confident because I have the required abilities,” reply Ursa.

He then ran attacking. Okul attacks him with the same Blast Ball. Although knowing to attack the balls of light can create an explosion, but Ursa had no other choice, any light balls will still explode if hit it.

To outsmart the explosion, Ursa used a shield as a shield. The spear he used to dispel the Okul ball of light was long enough, so the explosion did not directly hit his body. That way he can fight.

Luckily, Okul took a quick leap back so that his injuries did not get deeper. He's pissed off.

“Beta Ceti : Fire Slash!”

Diphda launched its assault. Ursa made a kayang move to avoid it. Diphda attacked again immediately.

“Beta Ceti : Big Cross!”

With two slashes Diphda made a cross. The fast fire leads to Ursa. With his skill playing spear Ursa hit the cross fire that grew bigger when gliding it deftly. As a result, the fire broke up into smaller ones. It saved him from the fire.

Ursa moved her spear around, making the remaining flames in the air re-integrate and enlarge as a result of the wind she caused. Ursa took a step back. He quickly pushed the fire with a shield towards Diphda.

“Ingenious too,” murmured Diphda.

But the female soldier was not afraid in the least.

“Slash!” Diphda slashed the fire with a sword he had not covered with the power of light.

He did so because the fire of Ursa's attack was greater than that which enveloped his sword. If he attacks with a sword clad in the power of fiery light, Ursa's fire attack will actually seize the fire and even make it bigger. That could hurt him.

Ursa again ran over with a spear to draw towards Diphda. But Diphda is no less agile. He prepared a different attack.

“Beta Ceti : Blaze Slash!”

He thrust his sword into Ursa's chest. The young man shuffled with a shield. But unfortunately, his shield was split in two and then burned. Ursa threw away her shield while jumping backwards.

“Blaze Slash is a deadly attack. In addition to sharply slashing, the attack will also burn what it likes,” explained Diphda.

“A sharper attack than Fire Slash, huh? Even an iron shield could also be slashed, huh. Cool.”

“And if the attack hit the human body then the effect is quite large. Because the wound from the slash will instantly burn.”

“That sounds painful. Thanks for the explanation, I will not allow myself to be exposed to the attack.”

This time, Diphda advanced first. He ran while launching his Fire Slash attack in succession.

Ursa. But because of doing that the focus to Diphda was reduced, the female soldier was already a meter in front of him and launched another attack.

“Beta Ceti : Fire Claw!”

From Diphda's sword appeared two sword-eye reflections made from the power of its light. Both reflections were as sharp as real swords. Both of them were also flared like burning swords. Diphda beat him to Ursa who was careless.

Three slashes at once hit Ursa's chest. His injuries were not deep as he managed to avoid them at the very last moment. But as a result of the slash his skin was slashed and got a burn. Blood flows a lot.

Not yet Ursa stood up he was surprised by the attack of Okul who came suddenly. Okul throws blue balls bouncing towards him. Ursa tried to escape from the balls, but the balls kept chasing by bouncing.

“Pi Capricorni : Bounce Ball. Explosion.”

The whole ball around Ursa exploded. The young man slammed backwards exposed to his explosive power. Ursa is lying on the ground. Blood also started to come out of his mouth.

Ursa stood on her knees. He held his chest tight. “Ughh... dammit!”

Without giving him any mercy Okul returns to attack Ursa. He ran to where Ursa was, with all his might kicking the young man's body to the side, sending Ursa bouncing several meters away.

Ursa grunts violently. His body feels all sick. His bones had not been broken let alone cracked, but it felt like the bad news could happen at any time if he were to constantly receive successive attacks from the two of them.

Ursa stood up, resting on her arm. He saw Diphda and Okul with serious faces. “It looks like the real fight just started, huh.”

“Majulah, Ursa.”

Ursa took a swing to throw. He threw his spear upward with all his might towards Okul. Simultaneously Ursa ran with two daggers in hand. Fast running. Faster than the spear he threw. His speed almost matched the speed of a star man who used the power of light at his feet.

He duels with Okul using dagger-playing techniques. The man deflected it using a light shield that was only applied on his arm. The shield was stronger than the armor before, heard from the impact sound as the daggers and light armor clashed.

Sneaking into the duel, Diphda intends to attack from the side. But Ursa realized it.

Ursa bit the dagger in her left hand. Just then the spear he had thrown had struck from above, Ursa caught it deftly, and before Diphda slashed his sword at him Ursa stabbed the woman in the stomach with a spear.

“Aaaakh!”

Ursa pushed the spear that was still stuck in Diphda's body, making the woman fall down. He then jumped a few steps back.

Clontang!

Diphda pressed on his blood-soaked wound after he roughly plucked the spear in his stomach. He looked at Ursa in annoyance.

“It's a fight that risks life and death conditions, so don't blame me,” said Ursa flatly.

“Me...mang.." reply Diphda stammered. He pointed both hands at Ursa. His eyes were focused. “Beta Ceti : Dragon Fire.”

A fiery dragon emerged from the light power of Diphda. The dragon slid quickly after Ursa. Ursa speed lost. The dragon devoured him.

Although literally Ursa was not eaten, but only passed by the fire dragon, but he felt the heat all over his body. After the fire dragon finished devouring his tail swept over Ursa's helpless body and threw the young man into a large pond in the center of the field.

“Ursaa!” The Alpha who accidentally saw the incident screamed in worry. But the impact sensation on his left arm and the cracking sound made him look back at his opponent.

“Damn it!” his curse upon seeing the light shield in his hand began to shatter.
