Chapter 50

In the morning Joseph approached his brother who was sitting in the front seat of the house. He intends to re-expose his meaning.

''Well.'' Joseph called his Abah who was looking at the garden in front of his house.

Abah looked at Joseph and smiled.

''What's the matter?'' abah knew that Joseph had many thoughts.

''Did I ask permission from you, what if Nadia goes back to the cottage, I think we should give her another chance, hopefully she will change.'' Yusuf said slowly he felt the pounding of his heart that felt tight again he was very afraid if his Abah would refuse his request.

''What makes you so sure that Nadia will change if you give her another chance? didn't you already give him twice the chance for him to change?'' ask the man who is looking closely at his son.

''I know it's bah, but was your heart untouched when you heard her condition now? I feel very sorry Bah, I feel because I am the cause now maybe in the way I give him the chance Nadia will change.'' Yusuf looked at his brother.

''What's the reason you say that? of course you're very sorry, but letting Nadia stay here again can you guarantee she won't be troublemaking again? you know Nadia's actions are despicable. And if he repeated it back what would you do?'' ask Abah with emphasis.

Getting married is not about who will be your future wife is not her perfect but by the will of your Lord, making whoever will be your wife is your responsibility, good bad your wife someday she will accompany you to heaven.'' Abah rubbed his son's shoulder, knowing that Joseph would make his choice.

''Thank you, Joseph smiled at Abah.

Joseph thought what he said was true.

''then what if Syifa comes with us to meet the Abi Husein family later in the day?'' joseph asked his brother's opinion.

Abah also agreed that later in the day he would go to the house of Abi Husein and Syifa with his family.

''Well, I said first to go to the madrasa and maybe later in the afternoon I will tell Syifa directly with my intention to take her away.''

Abah nodded and patted Joseph on the shoulder, knowing that if his son was now an adult, he would leave the decision entirely to himself because he believed that Joseph knew what was best for himself.

Joseph saluted his brother and passed to the madrassa.

He walked down a place that was so lonely, he was always with Nadia he was always with her and listened to all the complaints that he would share with Nadia.

''I want you to be here again nadia, I hope you can change.'' said Joseph staring at the streets they always pass together.

Many memories that passed through his mind, he felt that there was something he really missed with Nadia. He felt that his heart was lonely now.

From a distance Joseph saw Syifa walking into his class. He looked at her with a different feeling.
