The Village Girl And the Fox Prince

The Village Girl And the Fox Prince
Chapter 29 - Reasons Behind Lynx's Departure.

Without answering the girl's question, Lynx then pulled Hazel's arm and brought it closer to her body. Taking over from people he believes have sinister plans.

“Lynx, i--”

“Silent,” cut it cold. His gaze straightened at the three men who were trying to stand up, they grimaced while holding onto the throbbing neck of pain.

Hazel, who feels that Lynx is now very different from Lynx who she knows, is trying to make a distance. A little bit more backward, letting him do what he wants to do.

“You? Aren't you the guy who's been with Hazel lately? Why are you here too?” asked the man who stood more forward than the two fat men in the back.

“Not your business, asshole. I should have asked you guys. Especially you.” Lynx with a bright red netra highlighted the skinny tall man. Makes the aura feel more sinister.

“Why do you always bother Hazel? Regardless of your goal of wanting Hazel to pay off her father's debts, you have no rights whatsoever. His father's debt cannot be given to Hazel. They're different!” added Lynx, the intonation is rising.

Instead of feeling scared, the skinny man laughed softly while looking down on Lynx. “Hey, shut up. Do you know what? You're nobody Hazel. Your relationship with him is at most just a bedmate. You better go, let Hazel come with me.”

Lynx does not accept being defamed like that. The bead is getting preoccupied, so gutsy and piercing. His fingers were clenched, so strong that his fingernails turned white.

“What? You wanna get mad? Here's my opponent,” challenge him with an expression without fear at all.

Lynx did not say anything, but her legs started to step forward. Every pounding of the feet sounded, like the pitch of deadly music. Even though they have not shown anything, just by walking closer the three of them have shuddered.

No need to make a hard effort to subvert the three of them, just stabbed with fingers at certain points on their bodies, before long feeling weak and tipped to numb them.

“Damn it! What are you doing?!” He grumbled, while the other two coolly complained while holding some limbs that began to be gnawed at pain.

“I haven't used my energy yet, so how? Want to resign independently or directly I'll take you to hell without feeling human?” Lynx smirked in satisfaction.

Two fat men who were mentally weak and had gone first, afraid that Lynx would do something worse than this, so they decided to move back and run around in disarray, not thinking of their bodies that are sick.

While the thin man who is still strong with his desire to get Hazel, he does not want to run away. Feeling still able to fight with the condition of the body that is increasingly weakened.

“Fight me, asshole! If you lose, give Hazel to me!” challenge him with trembling hands.

“Good.” Lynx responded quickly. Stretch first, then start swinging the raw bogeman at the man who looks to be holding back pain.

Just one punch, but managed to make him bounce to hit the tree trunk. Hazel, who saw it with the naked eye, could not believe that Lynx had such power.

The innocence and innocent face that Lynx used to show, Hazel did not see from him tonight. As if he was someone else.

The punch that Lynx gave the man looked blind, continued to be done in a row and unforgiving manner. Before seeing his opponent droop, Lynx would not stop.

Repeatedly banging the man's forehead on the tree trunk, it is seen that a thick red liquid flows on the tree. Hazel occasionally closes her eyes when she sees him, unable to enjoy the horror.

“I was wrong to take you for granted.” He could still smile when his forehead had already spurted blood like a fountain.

Highlight his eyes looked at Lynx without any remorse.

“Men like you deserve to die!” Lynx stared coldly at the man who was already sitting limp and leaned against the tree trunk, his hands and face full of the man's blood.

Before Lynx again raised a fist to give the man a deadly fist, Hazel quickly rushed at him. Hugging Lynx's large body from behind while asking to stop.

“Enough, Lynx. You must not lose control. Just leave him. With such a severe wound condition, he would have a hard time getting out of this forest,” whispered Hazel gently, trying to make Lynx calm down.

Lynx screeched cynically, her gaze not being diverted in the slightest from the dying man down there. “The fishy smell of its fresh blood will surely invite the wild animals that will prey on it. I will be very grateful if tomorrow morning here only leaves bones.”

After saying that, Lynx changed position. Pulling Hazel to stand by her side. His large, veined hands clenched Hazel's waist.

While staring at Hazel's bead full of anxiety, Lynx spoke, “Hold the strong. We'll fly.”

Hazel's forehead looked shriveled. “Fly?”

Next to Lynx's hand had already managed to grab the roots of the hanging trees. Then he used it to float. Take from one tree root to another to move forward.

Hazel, who was afraid of heights, could only hold her screams while closing her eyes. Until finally his bare feet touch the grass, then Hazel dare to open her eyes again.

“We have arrived,” Lynx said as he removed his arm from Hazel's waist.

In front of them right now was a cave that was not too big. Beside the cave was a flowing river, the gurgling of water sounded soothing.

“I stayed here for a few days,” Lynx said, he walked closer to the river.

Wash your arms and face to remove the blood of the man. Then look back at Hazel who still looks confused.

“Come here, clean your face and feet too,” tell Lynx while giving the code by hand.

Hazel moved obediently, still somewhat hesitant to act ordinary. His body sat beside Lynx, putting his two dirty feet into the cold river.

A few minutes down.

The girl could not stand the many questions that came to her mind, so she decided to ask her again. Want to know about all of this without anyone missing a single bit.

“You ... Looks different, Lynx. It's nighttime, why don't you turn into a fox?”

Lynx who had turned her face away without even looking at Hazel, took a deep breath. Since then he tried desperately to resist the feeling of uneasiness and heat that continues to linger the body.

“After I answer it, will you return home? Like I said before. A week, less than a week we do not need to meet. Or simply put, we should not meet on a blue full moon night,” Lynx replied, his chest felt tight.

Really, he was eager to look at Hazel freely. Reaching the girl's soft arms, squeezing her springy fingers in satisfaction. But Lynx was afraid of losing control.

“I've expected.” Hazel bends her face, sad. “There must be something behind this blue full moon night.”

Lynx nodded. “Sorry not frankly from the start. Because actually ... Every night the blue full moon arrives, I'm in time rut.”

Hazel turned her head, looking at the man beside her for not understanding. “Rut?”

Lynx nodded again, looked at Hazel for a while then looked at something under her stomach for the girl to want to look at her as well.

The thin cloth used to cover the lower part of Lynx's body looks different. Looks prominent. And it's clear that Hazel understands what Rut meant by Lynx.

“Ma-means ... You..” Hazel fluttered, her cheeks filled with a red tinge. Not expecting it turns out this is the reason Lynx asked for time to be alone.

Ruth can be interpreted as a period of passionate excitement, difficult to control and can even defeat common sense. For a creature like Lynx, this is bound to happen. On a blue full night.

“You think this must be disgusting right?” Lynx smiled bitterly. “But here I am. You're right, Hazel. We are too different to the point that it is difficult to put together.”

Hazel shook her head weakly. Wanted to refute Lynx's words just now. But still confused how to string the word so as not to make the man misunderstand.

Lynx crouched down, her hands put in water and made into a container. The water that he managed to fill was directly put into his mouth. Silence him for a few seconds, then move closer to Hazel.

Hazel doesn't know what she's going to do, but Lynx's body language tells her to open her mouth. The man's long and thick fingers touched his lips, the wider it opened.

When their faces meet each other, the nose between the noses have touched, followed by the two lips are fused. The water from Lynx's mouth moves into Hazel's mouth.

“Tell it. That water can restore your lost energy,” tell Lynx.

After that, Lynx stood up. He held out his hand to Hazel who was also looking at him.

“Let me drive you home safely. You can't be here. I don't know until when I can stop myself from doing it. You know, I love you. Seeing you like this, I have trouble controlling myself,” Lynx said at length.

Hazel lowered her head, her heart refusing to go home. This is an opportunity that will not come twice. Her chest was rumbling violently, hot-footed. It cannot be fooled that indeed his heart has completely fallen on Lynx.

“I don't want to go home. I want to be here,” break up Hazel while bending her legs, sitting her back to Lynx.

The man who was still extending his hand chuckled. “Come, Hazel. I'm not kidding around. You saw for yourself that I was different. The color of my eyes clearly indicates that I am so dangerous to you.”

“No,” reject Hazel. “You are harmless. You ... Savior for me.” His voice was slightly lowered, but it could still be heard by Lynx.

“You can't stay here.” Lynx softened, trying to give understanding to the girl. “You'll regret it when I actually do. Maybe we can no longer meet and make friends like this.”

Hazel shook her head slowly. “I won't regret it.” Pause for a moment to take a breath, then Hazel closes her eyes to let her heart contribute to deciding this choice.

“Because of me..”
