Chapter 24 - Let's Escape Together.

After holding her breath for a few seconds, Hazel looked grudgingly at the man she had just slapped.

“Listen to this, Sir. You have no right to demand anything against me. Regardless of how much the bastard owes you, I don't care. And that's none of my business! He's not my father, so you can't force me to pay or ask me to sell myself!”

Hazel's voice as she said it sounded so loud that her lips began to tremble, painstakingly holding back the tears that were about to collapse. His fists looked white, showing how strongly he was holding back the fierce anger.

If he does not remember being the center of attention of many people, Hazel will not hesitate to do more than this. Maybe he could slap or spit right in the man's face.

Wiping his sweat for a while while taking a lot of breath, Hazel murmured with difficulty, “Hah ... Hhhh ... I don't have time to rest. I need to get away. Anywhere, as long as he can't catch me.”

The rant was not ignored at all. Lynx threw her face to the side, slightly sidelining her body as well, shifting Hazel's body away from being seen by the men out there.

Without asking Hazel for any approval, Lynx suddenly bowed her body. His hands landed on Hazel's cheeks and neck. His head moved closer, then tried as much as possible to make a pose like kissing when viewed from behind.

Maybe what comes to Lynx's mind right now is a crazy idea, but if they don't do it maybe they've been caught by now. Because the man outside the hallway looks to be suspecting them, even several times trying to swoop into the dark hallway.

And throughout Lynx's acting, Hazel can only gawk without blinking once. His cheeks flushed red, because it was repeatedly exposed to Lynx's breath.

“Sorry, I had to do it. Our lips don't touch, do they? We can get out of here because the man looking for you is gone,”, Lynx said, changing position, slightly distancing Hazel's body. Afraid that the girl is angry.

“No?” Lynx leaned her head against the wall, slightly bending her long arms. And the expression on his face showed meaning.

Hazel gulped. Strangely enough, his nervousness was getting peaked if stared at like that.

“What not? You're not afraid that I'll kiss you?” connect Lynx while chuckling.

Hearing this, Hazel rounded her eyes. It was very interesting to stick the head of a man who was only a few cents away from him.

Hazel rolled her eyeballs quickly, looking at Lynx seriously. “You going or not? If not, let me go alone. This village has started to be unsafe for me to occupy.”
