The Ruler's Love Contract

The Ruler's Love Contract
The action!

Meanwhile...

Without both of them realizing there was someone watching them from across the campus street. A man in a black jacket with glasses and also a black mask. He called someone to inform him of the situation.

"Hello, Miss Jane." He mentioned Jane's name on the phone.

"I have news for you. Mr. Rain delivered the target to his campus." He gave the information he got.

"alright. I'll meet you. See you later." He then hung up the phone.

The man in the black jacket drove his car somewhere. He left the situation before him. He wanted to report more clearly what he got.

Nail, the man Jane asked to harm Ara. Nail then opened his headgear, glasses and mask when the situation was safe. Seen his cruel face as a criminal who moves in silence. Nail's been doing this job for a long time for the dollar bills he's received. No matter what if it turned to his family.

On campus...

Ara arrived at the campus performance building. He saw that there were other participants there. Not too crowded, but two judges have sat in front of the stage to assess the suitability of campus students playing the character of Cinderella. Because they also do not want to just give a role to those who are not experts. And today Ara will compete with twenty-one other finalists.

Ara sat on the right side of the stage with the others. Until finally all the finalists were present in the final selection today. The head of the organizing committee approached the finalists and asked them to take the sequence number in the jar. And finally Rain's girl got her sequence number. He saw the sequence number obtained and then known by him the order to how he would audition.

Jeez ... Why the last order?

Ara did not expect if he would get the last sequence number, even though he took it at the beginning. He then thought what to do in order to successfully play the character of Cinderella. And finally, the audition program began after someone she had seen came. It's Owdie, the honorary guest of this college.

In-she?!

The girl was surprised to see Owdie coming in the middle of the jury in front of the stage. However, Owdie has yet to see Ara as Ara is in the midst of the other participants waiting for their audition turn. Not long after that many came to the theater. Lee is no exception who wants to see Ara. Taka along with his two friends also attended to see the forerunner of the actress from campus. They sat so far away from Lee that Lee did not realize that Taka and his friend were also present.

I'm coming, Ara.

The man in the grey shirt sat on the fifth row seat from the front. He came and sat alone on the right side of the stage. A place where he could see Ara clearly from the side. He then pulled out his phone to record Ara who was waiting for his audition turn. He was looking forward to what things Ara would give in order to successfully portray the main character in the story this time.

Two hours later, eleven o'clock in Dubai time and beyond...

Now was the time for Ara to show her pent-up talent. He was called by the chairman of the committee to stand on stage and introduce himself before the four judges, one of whom was Owdie. Suddenly the man with the black sweater was shocked to see Ara on the stage.

"Good day, my name is Ara."

Ara bowed her body towards the jury present. He also sees Owdie there, but Ara is normal.

"From which faculty?" ask a jury.

"Faculty of Business Management, semester one," Ara replied with a smile.

"Oh." The jury just said oh.

Owdie notices how Ara behaves on stage. He pulled out his phone and typed something to send to Rain. Without Owdie knowing if Rain's smart phone is in Ara.

"Why should we choose you as the lead character in this role?" Another jury asked Ara.

"I'm sorry, there's no compulsion to choose me to be the lead character in this role. I just want to give it my best." Ara played words in answering the jury's questions.

"I can sing" replied Ara again.

The three judges laughed, but not Owdie. He felt that there was something else about the girl. He then checked his phone to see if Rain returned the message or not. But apparently, there was no message from Rain.

Hey, Rain. Where the hell are you? I'm with your girl here.

Owdie sent Rain a message.

"Mr Owdie." One of the judges greeted Owdie.

"Em, huh?" Owdie's waking up soon.

The jury whispered to Owdie about Ara. He nodded, understanding the jury's intentions.

"Ehem!" He then cleared his throat before speaking as he knew who was on stage right now.

I have to be careful. She is my sister's woman. This girl could have complained that no-no if I was too cruel to ask about her acting skills. Alright. It's for the rain, and I'll be kind to him.

Owdie then asked the question. "Your name is Ara?" ask Owdie.

"Yes, Sir." Ara pretended to have just met Owdie.

"Em, okay. After hearing your words I just wanted to ask, is there anything you can do besides sing so we choose you?" ask Owdie.

"I can play a musical instrument." Ara answered.

"What musical instruments?" ask Owdie right away.

"Guitar" Ara replied quickly.

Instantly the other three jurors glanced at each other. Owdie wants to prove his own hidden talent.

"What if you sing while playing guitar?" ask Owdie again.

"I'll try." Ara inflames her spirit.

"What song can you do?" ask Owdie again.

"All my songs can be just as knowing the basic key." Ara answered with complete confidence.

The rest of the building watched Ara more deeply, including Lee who focused his gaze on Ara. He wanted to see what Ara could but attract her attention.

"Em, okay. Give it your best." Owdie.

Finally the girl asked the chairman of the committee to lend her a guitar. Before long an acoustic guitar was received from the host, who was none other than the chairman of the event committee itself.

Owdie and the other judges seemed enthusiastic about what Ara would show. So did Lee, Taka and those present there. They were looking forward to the girl's muffled talent. While Ara was preparing on stage she sat in a chair holding her guitar. He intended to present a song that has accompanied him lately.
