Five minutes later...
"Mom!"
Taka really came after I sent Shareloc where I was. The man in a white shirt in a black shirt immediately approached me who was waiting near the security guard. Then I greeted him immediately.
"So you really came." I smiled at him.
"I'm here right away because you don't usually ask me to come. There must be something important. So I left immediately" he said.
I realized that Taka really cares about me. I smiled at him too. "Taka, accompany me for a little shopping. Want, huh?" my many.
"Ready! I'll accompany." He immediately responded to me.
I know if he hasn't eaten. Until I intend to treat him after this. Yeah, already. I quickly bought the necessities for the next few days. Accompanied by Taka, my first friend on campus.
Hopefully this does not lead to misunderstandings later on. Because I really need it to accompany me shopping. Because Jack's coming in in half an hour.
I shop for a variety of snacks and basic necessities. I saw Taka was surprised to see how many of my groceries were. To the extent that the push basket is no longer fit to hold. Then he helped get another basket, while the one that was full was placed near the cashier.
"Ara, how much?" Taka was astonished to see it.
"It's not quite what you know yet" I said.
"Huh?! Is that true?!" She's surprised.
"He-it." I nodded and chose what I should buy.
Not to forget I also bought necessities for my future husband, wondering about what Taka was wearing. I also want to buy her daily necessities. Yeah, although not much. At least as a thank you because he was willing to accompany me shopping today.
"Fine."
"Hm?"
Taka still accompanied me on the side. We walked together down the soft drink aisle. I also took some soft drinks to fill my fridge.
"Look at you guys on the roof of the building. What's up?" Suddenly Taka asked about Lee.
I looked towards him. "You're stalking, huh?" my question, teaseknya.
"Ih, no. I'm just curious. Looks like lecturer Lee has more feelings for you," he said.
"Hm ...." I was confused as to what to answer.
"She's a real singles, Ara. Said the senior who was his age, lecturer Lee had never been close to any girl. Even until he was appointed a lecturer at the campus." Taka.
"Huh, really?" I'm appalled.
"Yes, trust me. I think he has feelings for you. There's no way she'd come to your apartment that day, alone again." Taka.
Instantly I realized that Taka knew about Lee and me. "Em, you don't like me?" I asked again.
"Eh?!" I saw him surprised.
"Everyone should be happy with others, right? Especially the opposite sex, it's a human thing. The problem is that as women we prefer to give evidence rather than promises. And my man gave it to me." I reveal my mind.
"That means ...?" I saw Taka was stunned.
"So, I don't want to play around with the heart. I think if there's any other purpose in his way, he should prove it immediately. Yes, no thought. I pay first."
I don't know why I easily expressed my opinion to him. I usually feel reluctant to talk about my thoughts. But today is different, I feel close to him. Yes, even if it's just friends.
"This one please be separated" I said to the cashier.
Then I asked for goods for Taka to be separated. Unbeknownst to him, I bought him some daily necessities, such as toiletries and washing. Tabu indeed, but I give this as my gratitude to him.
"Miss, want cash or debit?" ask the cashier after counting all my groceries.
"Debit" I said, then swiped the card from my man.
Transaction completed. We walked together to the front porch of the supermarket. My plan is to buy Taka a meal before we part. Yeah, already. While waiting for Jack to come we also chatted together.
An hour later...
I finally arrived at this new home. Tired after college was immediately taken shopping. And now I'm sitting on the couch for a little while laying down my back. Jack just said goodbye. He brought the groceries to the living room.
Jack didn't say anything. He left immediately after he finished driving me home. Maybe he doesn't feel good if he's been here for a long time, let alone just the two. I also cursed him.
What is he doing, huh?
I miss my man this afternoon. If there is no activity my mind goes directly to him. I took my phone and saw the incoming message. And it turns out my man sent me a photo at a lunch meeting. He seems to be very busy. There are no words in the photo, just the picture.
Yeah, nevermind.
I immediately locked the door from the inside and cleaned up all my groceries. After that, take a nap to increase energy. Who knows, tonight my man wants to call, so yeah fill up. I admit that I miss him so much.
A few hours later...
The sound of birds flying on the beach. It sounded faint but the longer it became clearer. I also woke up on a late afternoon. Without feeling like we are about to enter the night.
So I took a shower, refreshed myself from today's activities. I immediately dined in front of the dining table. Alone without my man accompanying me. I try to understand his solid work. He is a big man who is respected.
Last time after shopping, Taka told me a lot about what happened on campus before I came. This year was his last school year. That means me and Taka are different levels. He's more senior than me.
Taka is so kind and caring too. So I feel disinclined if I don't respond to the story. Moreover, he was also friendly to me, as evidenced if he was my first friend in college.
"Ara, what the hell is this?!"
Still vividly remembered how romantic her face was when I gave her a bag of plastic daily necessities. I saw her eyes glazed over, as though touched by my gift. She wanted to hug me, but I immediately held her back. We laughed together, too.
He's a really good friend.
Not long after that, Jack came to pick me up. And without being asked Taka introduced himself to Jack. Maybe he's worried that my meeting with him might lead to a misjudgment. Though I haven't told you who the guy she saw yesterday was in my apartment. But maybe he understood without me telling him. And yes, hopefully our friendship will be forever.
Cell phone ringing...
I just finished eating and I heard my phone ringing in the room. I quickly moved to see who was calling me. And it turns...
