The Ruler's Love Contract

The Ruler's Love Contract
Teenage Memories

Dubai, ten o'clock in the morning...

Rain visited the oil refinery by speedboat. He just got on the drilling boat a few minutes ago. And now he's looking at the security system over there. The workers looked excited when Rain came.

"Automatic system has been activated, sir. If all works well." A worker told me from the front of his computer desk.

Rain is in the ship's security room. He was talking to a computer technician in the room. The total of all workers in one oil drilling shift is twenty people. There are three shifts a day. Thus a total of sixty workers were divided into several teams.

"What about the pipe?" asked Rain while crossing both hands on the chest. He was very serious about listening to all the words from the technician.

"It's safe, sir. As far as I know the plumbing is all new. The fuel is also fully loaded. Estimates in the next month can continue drilling according to the level of depth you provide." The technician returned.

"good. Then I'll check the other part. Use a break for rest. Don't let work hours be interrupted because there is less rest." Rain.

"Good, Sir." The technician also agreed.

Rain then checked the other part. He deliberately divided one shift into four teams. One team of technicians, one team of ship operators. One drilling team and the other team are additional workers. Rain checked before driving to another Middle Eastern country, Saudi Arabia.

Meanwhile, at Rain's house...

Ara was left at home because today Rain had to check the new oil fields. Ara also looks lazy when there is no more work that he can do. He has washed, cooked and washed clothes. So now stay relaxed while watching the series on television.

By noon, Ara was laying on the couch watching a Turkish drama. He began to get used to liking all things that smell of the Middle East. For however the saying goes, where the earth is cast there the heavens are held true. And Ara is still in the process of adjusting in this environment.

Rain had asked her to wear clothes like a Middle Eastern woman. Which most of them wear is direct clothing. Similar to a long dress or if in Indonesia call it a gamis. Rain asks Ara to wear a veil.

Actually Ara was already interested in wearing it, regardless of what she believed all along. Ara thought it was supposed for a woman to appreciate herself, by covering all parts of the body except the face and palms. But unfortunately, Ara is still too early to consistently wear it. He still wants to enjoy life without having anything to tie him up. Say if he still wants to have fun in his youth.

The scope of Ara in Indonesia certainly cannot be lost from memory. He is worried that in Dubai it is the same as in his country. Where something inconsistent will be the months of the citizens. So Ara avoided all of that.

Ara now enjoys her new status as Rain's wife, the man who captivated her from first sight. And now she has managed to have it, even now is pregnant with her child. Ara was very happy with all of that.

"Darling, you have to be strong inside, yeah. Don't falter even if I always visit you. He always misses you. So that every night can't if you don't see you."

Ara laughed to herself as she recalled how Rain had always asked her for rations. And inside there is growing her child. But Rain always went to see the fetus. He always wants to see it.

"Hooaaamm-like. I'm so fucking sleepy."

Not long after, Ara was sleepy. He turned off the television and began to close his eyes. He wanted to rest for a while after doing household activities. Together with the fetus that is still growing in there, he began to enter the dream realm.

Iran, eleven o'clock in the afternoon...

"You stole Rain's wine again?" ask Byrne to Owdie.

Owdie opened the bottle. "Yes, don't want to. Otherwise stealing won't be loved." Owdie.

"Haha." Byrne laughed too. "You always steal Rain's wine in the USA." Byrne got up, he wanted to taste the wine Owdie had brought.

"Rain is stingy. To the point that I had to steal it myself. Fortunately, the garden workers recognized me. If not, I must have been staged by them" Owdie said.

"Haha." Byrne laughed again. "Yes, how. You also asked him not to. Every way there, ask for ten kilos of wine. Rain is upset. Ten kilos of wine could be a few bottles of drink." Byrne understands why Rain can be stingy with Owdie.

"Yes, anyway. But how, yes, it tastes good. I have no other way but to steal it." Owdie gulped his wine.

Byrne took a sip of wine, alternating with Owdie. "It's a pity you didn't buy that land yesterday." Byrne recalls Rain's vineyard lands in the USA.

"Yes. I'm sorry too. The land is fertile. I don't think Rain would make it a vineyard either." Owdie reminisces about his teenage years.

"Actually during that division of money, I also wanted to buy land. But I haven't thought. Understand, just entered SMA. My hobbies are also in scientific experiments not agrarian ones" Byrne said.

Owdie stared at the spasm. "I sometimes regret having spent my youth in vain. I envy her." Owdie reflects on his past.

"He is a hard worker. He is always focused on his purpose. Maybe Jane was lucky to get close to Rain in college." Byrne took back his wine.

"Jane? Oh, ja. How's he doing?" Owdie suddenly remembered Jane.

"Don't know. Maybe he's living his life now" Byrne guessed.

"He knew Rain was married?" ask Owdie.

"Certainly know. Rain posted a profile picture of her marriage to Ara. Everyone in her contacts knew Rain was married" Byrne said.

"Totally so." Owdie. "But he's great. Never expose the intimacy, once expose already wearing wedding clothes." Owdie realizes his brother is brilliant.

"Huh. You wanted to be like Rain but never followed in his footsteps. He's open anyway. Why not find out what the secret is?" Byrne quipped Owdie who only wanted to be in the mouth.

Owdie was pensive. Like I was looking for a way to be like Rain. Byrne himself looked at his brother while holding back a laugh. Not usually he saw the look on Owdie's face as sorry as this.

He's a joke. Out of the thirteen granddaughters of grandfather, he was the one who could be most joking with. Fortunately, five years ago, I was always with him. If with the others, I could die a flea because I'm both introverted.

Byrne realizes that Owdie is his most agreeable brother. Owdie is warm and always willing to help his struggling brother. Byrne is lucky to be on a team with Owdie. Although in reality he had more of a change of heart with Rain.
