Rain fell silent. He was honestly confused as to what to say.

"Does that mean my wife is going to have twins?" ask Rain again.

The doctor seemed to think hard while looking at the results of the 4D Ultrasound he got. "Looks yes. But this is so weird." The doctor was astonished himself.

"I mean Doctor?" ask Rain again.

The doctor breathed. "It's good if we wait another week. I hope Mr. Rain can be patient waiting for him. For a while focus on accompanying your wife so that everything goes smoothly." The doctor gave his advice.

Rain seemed heavy waiting another week to find out how many fetuses his wife was carrying. Obstetricians can not be sure before waiting another week. Rain was impatient to see his son.
