Arrived

The morning air is very cold. The view of the city I missed was in plain sight. Carefully I went down the stairs. And I saw some airport officials waiting there.

A few hours later, we arrived at my city airport. It felt very long, like it had not set foot into this city for a long time. It's actually only been a month. We had breakfast together at the hotel restaurant. Jack's wife and two children did not. "I'll be the one who comes to Ara's house. You stay here with your wife, Jack." My master told me.

"Are you sure you're traveling only two?" Jack was worried about us.

I smiled, embarrassed by it. It was like he was entrusting directions to me. I felt bad myself until I forgot to charge him my salary. Yeah, until now I haven't gotten my salary. Maybe he forgot or wanted to be asked.

"Let's just rent a car, sir. Wanna?" bargained.

He smiled until he showed his white teeth. Jack looked down and laughed at my master's words. I just saw Jack this happy. He usually looks cruel and sadistic. Maybe it was his job.

It still feels unbelievable if I'm going to be his wife. I'm just a poor girl fighting against fate with little effort. But maybe God loves me so much that HE gives a different way of life than other humans. And I am so grateful.
