In the bathroom sink...
Ara nausea. It's not usually like this. Rain also helped roll Ara's hair so as not to disturb when she wanted to vomit. Massaged the wife's shoulder so that the nausea can be expelled. But in fact, nothing comes out other than a clear liquid like saliva. Rain also brought a tissue for his wife.
"Darling, are you okay?" Rain looked very worried.
Tonight is the night of Rain's twenty-seventh birthday. He doesn't even remember if tomorrow is his birthday. Because the only thing on Rain's mind was Ara, Ara and Ara. And now he looks anxious when his wife suffered prolonged nausea.
"Dear, sorry." Ara gasped to say it.
"Darling?" Rain rubbed his wife's cheek.
"I'm sorry I couldn't go on with dinner. I smell like burnt goat meat. I can't go on dinner. Just you, huh?" Ara request.
Rain rubbed the sweat on Ara's forehead affectionately. "We'll just go home now. Tonight we haven't discussed the core of the meeting either." Rain explained.
"But ...." Ara like objection.
"It's okay, honey. All our stuff in the hotel has been taken by my people. He also arrived home this afternoon. Now we go home, yeah." Rain hugged his wife.
Ara finally agreed to Rain. He nodded.
Rain with all his heart held his wife so as not to fall. He was worried if Ara fell unconscious all of a sudden. He was always on the side of Ara. Because after all Rain knew what had happened before. And Rain didn't want that until it happened again.
Ara herself returned to the dining table with Rain to say goodbye. Arriving at the dinner table, Rain immediately whispered to the grandfather who was eating dinner. The grandfather only nodded once, as if he had agreed. Rain immediately left with Ara from the big family home. He drove to his private home in the south of the city.
Arriving at Rain's house...
Rain's home is in the southern Washington DC area. He bought the house from his own hard work. A house that is not too big, but enough to warm, especially in the winter like this.
Household furniture in his house is not too much. It's just that and the important thing. Such as eating utensils, cooking and also a place to store vegetables. Rain intentionally does not complete his household appliances because he is very rare at home. So that's just as necessary.
Tonight for the first time Ara stopped at Rain's original residence. Rain's house looks very simple, but the yard is so wide. The stage-like house witnessed his arrival this time. And Ara was so fascinated by the design of Rain's house. Simple yet looks so luxurious.
"Dear, rest. My friend will come to check on you." Rain covered Ara to keep her warm. Both of them were in Rain's spacious room, but the light was deliberately dimmed.
"It's nine o'clock at night. Is he coming here?" Ara looked at Rain spoiledly.
"Haha." Rain laughed too. "You know, honey. This town never sleeps. Don't worry." Rain assured.
Rain's bell rang shortly.
"Maybe it's him. Wait, yeah." Rain asked Ara to wait.
Ara nodded. Rain immediately left the room. He went to the door to see who was coming. And it turns...
"James?" Rain was surprised to see a long-haired man coming to his house.
"Hello, buddy. Anything to slam?" ask a man named James to Rain.
Rain laughed. "Hahahaha, you're all there. Let's go in." Rain hugged James into his house.
James is Rain's old friend. They attend the same university, but different faculties. James was a general practitioner who took on many additional fields in medicine. So the title is very long, very difficult to remember.
"Hm, yeah. Grandfather advanced our meeting schedule. So I don't want to come." Rain narrates.
"Then, what did you ask me to come here for?" James doesn't know what Rain meant by asking him to come home.
"I miss you" said Rain, who made James gulp.
"You're crazy, huh?!" James was disgusted by Rain's words.
Rain rubbed his head. "Maybe yes. But it's good if you help me now to find out what pain my wife is in." Rain made James aware of the purpose of asking him to come.
"Rain, aren't you gay anymore?!" James spoke strongly.
Rain shut James' mouth. "Damn it! You made my wife angry, yeah!" Rain stuffed James' mouth with his hand.
"Let go, Rain. I'll die later." James's voice sounded less clear because his mouth was closed by Rain's hand.
Rain took off his hand. James was out of breath at the time. "You haven't changed, yeah." James gasping. "All right, just go ahead. Than I died here." James stepped out of his feet, leaving in front of Rain.
"Hey, where are you going?" rain asked as James went into one of the rooms.
"Check your wife" James replied innocently.
"That's the bathroom door, stupid. What do you want, huh?" Rain was suspicious of James.
"Jeez ..," James rubbed his face. "Sorry, I forgot. It hasn't been here in a long time." Finally James and Rain entered the room where Ara was resting.
The door to the room opened. Look Ara who was laying down while covering her body with a blanket. James immediately checked Rain's approval.
He'll help Rain figure out what pain Ara really is.
Two hours later...
Ara has done a lot of checks. From blood pressure, cholesterol to urine. And finally obtained results if Ara experienced low blood. His blood pressure is below normal, while his cholesterol levels are still arguably stable. However, when checking the urine, the results really surprised James.
"Rain, how long has she been married to him?" James asked Rain after giving the medicine to Ara.
Rain took James out of the room. "Maybe it's been two weeks" he answered and asked James to sit on the sofa by the fireplace.
"Hm ...." James thinks.
"Why indeed?" rain asked as James sat down with him on the opposite sofa.
"Here, look at it for yourself." James submitted the results of Ara's urine test.
Rain took. He then saw for himself if there were two red lines in the testpack. At once his heart seemed not to beat, like being in a vacuum, not breathing but still able to stay alive. His soul is like jumping from a body.
"James, this is ...?" Rain's eyes glazed over as he held the urine test results.
"Congratulations, Rain. You're gonna be a father." James told Rain with a happy smile.
Rain is not playing. The earth seems to be unable to be moved. It was like flying into space because of the overwhelming joy. Slowly, tears filled his blue eyes. Rain is happy.
