A few hours later…
At three o'clock in the afternoon Ara had just dropped out of her class. In front of the class, Taka was waiting for her. Ara was also surprised by the presence of the Japanese young man.
“Hai, Ara!” Taka smiled at Ara.
“Hai!” Ara. “Tumben, what is it?” ask Ara. The two walked together towards the campus gate.
“Em, no. I just want to make sure if you're okay,” Taka said as he carried his basketball.
“I'm fine, kok.” Ara answered immediately.
“Hah, thank goodness. I think you're still thinking about the two girls.” Taka clutched the basketball while draping the bag on his left shoulder.
“That was it?” Ara ensure.
Taka nodded.
“Let's. I don't know them either.” Ara doesn't care.
“They are the children of the owners of this campus.” Taka explained without being asked.
“Hah? Really?” Ara couldn't believe it.
“Iya. They're smart too. But, her pride is overdue!” Suddenly Taka looks upset himself.
“Hahaha. Naturally if they are arrogant, there is something to be proud of.” Ara laughed, not wanting to bother.
Instantly Taka was wide. He realized how Ara's real attitude was.
This girl is not like any other girl. He's so jutek. Taka laughed to himself as he realized how Ara was behaving.
“Ara.”
“Hm?”
“Tomorrow I have karate training. Can you encourage me?” Taka.
“Eh?”
“Do not misunderstand. I just want to be cheered on." Taka was begging.
Ara saw a tinge of solemnity from her friend's face. He also felt bad if he refused. But, he also had a job that could not be left alone.
“Em, what time is it?” ask Ara again.
“Three o'clock in the afternoon.” Taka.
Ara thought. “Em, okay. I'll work on it.” Ara tried to fulfill Taka's request.
“Seriously?! Well, I can practice spirit if there's you, Ara.” Taka is cheerful.
“Ah, could be.” She laughed, ashamed of herself.
The two continued their footsteps towards the campus gate. Without Ara noticing it turned out that Jack was waiting for her in front. He then immediately said goodbye to Taka when he saw Jack had arrived.
"So, I've been picked up. See you!" Ara immediately ran, getting in the car.
The ara?
Taka was amazed to see Ara picked up by a luxury car. He was curious about her about the girl.
Who is he really?
Taka was astonished himself while looking at Ara's departure from before him. She felt that Ara was no ordinary girl.
Meanwhile in the car...
“Sorry, Miss. Not reporting first.” Jack started to start the engine.
“What's wrong, Jack.” Ara immediately grabbed her bag.
“Master is already waiting in the apartment,” said Jack again.
“Master is home?!" Ara surprised.
“True, Miss.” Jack immediately drove his car to Rain's apartment.
Suddenly Ara's heart flowered to hear Rain had come home. He then checked his phone to see the incoming message. And it turns out Rain asked him to go home immediately without having to stop by here and there first.
He must have missed me so he came home quickly.
Ara's smile expanded as she recalled her conversation last night with Rain. It seemed that Ara was already impatient to meet her man immediately.
Fifteen minutes later…
Jack and Ara get out of the elevator. The two walked towards the door of Rain's apartment.
“Nona, if any required, Miss can contact me.” Jack offers.
Ara also replied to him. “Thank you, Jack. But for now I don't need anything.” Ara smile.
“Good, Miss. Then I'm sorry. Sir is waiting for you inside.” Jack said goodbye after he finished driving Ara to the front door of the apartment.
“Thank you, Jack.” Ara nodded, letting go of Jack.
The girl immediately entered the apartment after scanning her finger. The door opened along with his heart that was dag-dig-dug unfavourable. Soon she will meet the man of her dreams.
I'm home!
Arriving inside, Ara saw her man sitting on the sofa, facing towards the door. He also spread his smile to a man who was none other than Rain.
“Honey, already home?” Ara smiled as she smiled at Rain.
Rain himself was flat-faced when he saw Ara's arrival. He then spoke to the girl who was taking off her shoes.
“There's something I want to talk about, Ara.” Rain did not return Ara's smile at all.
“About what, Honey?” ask Ara who has not noticed it.
Rain came up from sitting. He approached Ara who was also walking towards him. Rain immediately handed over the brown envelope he received this morning.
"What's this?"
Seeing Rain's face without a smile made Ara's mood change. He immediately opened the envelope.
“Gosh!”
Ara was shocked when she saw the contents of the envelope. He also realizes the cause of Rain's change in attitude towards him.
“Honey, this..” Ara looking towards her man.
“I didn't think you were going to betray me, Ara.” Rain turned his back on Ara.
“Honey, this is not what you imagined.” Ara tried to explain.
“Unlike I imagined, what do you mean?!” Rain turned to face Ara.
“This guy helped me. Yesterday afternoon I was almost hit by a biker speeding on the road.” Ara explained.
“Help? Must you hug like that?” Rain does not believe in Ara's story.
“Honey, really. It happened so fast. I don't know if it's gonna be like this either."
“Quite, Ara! I don't want to hear your excuses anymore!” Rain was unable to control his emotions, he was angry at Ara.
Love ....
Ara was silent while holding the photo sheet she received. He did not expect Rain to hit him. His chest suddenly felt tight when he heard the high intonation of his man.
“Are you so cheap that you can be hugged by any man?!” ask Rain to Ara.
"What-what ...?"
Instantly, Ara also gasped at Rain's question. His heart was like glass cups that fell and broke into pieces. Her chest grew tighter after hearing the question from her man.
Mr ....
How painful the words uttered by Rain. Rain said a word that pierced right into his heart. Screens of tears began to come out of hiding, along with a sense of tightness that can no longer be held in the chest.
"I-I .. not like that ...."
Ara answered him with a stammer. He stared at the sad man before him. Rain looked at Ara with annoyance. He was covered in his own anger.
“I know if I'm not a rich girl. But, I'm not as generous as you think." One or two tears fell on the girl's cheek. "This is what I gave back to everything you put to me. Thank you." Thank you." Ara put all Rain's gifts on the guest table.
The afternoon wind that entered through the window vents seemed to be a witness to the quarrel that occurred. Ara could say nothing more. He immediately put his college bag, mobile phone, and even the credit card Rain gave him to the guest table.
Ara ...?!
Rain looked up and saw Ara hand over all the things she had given him. The girl immediately walked towards the door, she intended to go out and end this encounter. His heart was completely wounded by Rain's words.
“Wait!” Rain also held Ara's departure. “Is this how you solve the problem?” ask Rain before Ara can leave.
The girl turned her back to Rain while enduring the growing pain. Her tears fell, one by one, drenching her cheeks. He could no longer afford to linger like this.
