The Perfect Wife

The Perfect Wife
Chapter 67. Message from Greta

Fabio turned off his car engine when he arrived at the parking lot not far from the main entrance to the mansion. The man looked towards Lara who was already sleeping very soundly.

Fabio sighed before getting out of the car. The man opens the car door and lifts Lara into his carry. He stared at Lara's face for a moment.

"Chubbys. There have been so many beautiful women I have met so far. But why when I look at you I feel something is different. You're Lara's special. You're the perfect woman in my eyes" Fabio muttered before stepping into the mansion.

Walter came out and stood at the door when he found out that Fabio had arrived. He looked down respectfully before looking at Fabio with a serious face.

"Boss, just now"

Fabio raised his fingers which were under Lara's feet. It was a sign that Walter would not continue his sentence. Fabio didn't want to until Lara knew what was really going on. What else is the problem he now faces is related to Alex Moritz. Fabio doesn't want Lara involved in it.

"I'm sorry Boss." Walter gave Fabio a way to get inside.

"I'll see you later!" fabio said before stepping inside the mansion. Walter put on a very serious face. The man immediately went to Fabio's private room to wait for the man there.

Fabio came out of the elevator when the door opened. He stepped very calmly. As he walked, Fabio could clearly hear the screams from the execution room where Alex was now. The location just below his feet is now on foot.

"I have to do something immediately" Fabio murmured inwardly. He led Lara to the bedroom.

Lara began to be uncomfortable when she was in Fabio's arms. When she had not reached the room, Lara had already opened her eyes and looked at Fabio's face with a half-conscious look.

"Am I dreaming?" ask Lara slowly.

"Watch me. Yes," replied Fabio quietly as well. The man opened the room door and went inside Lara's bedroom. He wanted to get near the bed so he could put Lara up there.

Lara rubbed her eyes. When Fabio put it on the bed, Lara held onto Fabio's neck and smiled sweetly.

"Why are my dreams so beautiful?" igau Lara with half-drowsy eyes. It's like wanting to sleep again.

Fabio sighed. He does not want to argue because it does not appear again. Fabio quickly took off Lara's hand that was on her neck.

"Sleep. You must be tired." Fabio pulled the blanket under Lara's feet. Without even saying a word, Fabio stepped out of the room. Although Lara. He was trying to wake up to make sure this wasn't just a dream.

"Sister Bi? Was that man Kak Bi? Brother Bi who has brought me into this room? Brother Bi is holding me?" lara is still unsure. He widened his eyes and sat on the bed.

Lara saw her phone ringing. The woman took her bag so she could take her cell phone. Lara rubbed her eyes again before seeing the name on her phone screen.

"Greta?" Lara sits on the bed and picks up the incoming call from Greta. He was very curious. Actually what Greta wanted to say until the woman contacted her this late.

"Hello Greta. Are you all right?"

"Sister, help Greta."

Lara frowned with a worried face. "What's up Greta? Are you in trouble?"

"Sister Alex brother."

Lara was silent for a moment. Every time I heard Alex's name, the wound that was almost healed again felt sore. But Lara also could not bear to hear Greta crying softly like that. What's more now Greta's position is a piece of kara. Lara doesn't want Greta to feel the pain she once felt.

"So Greta went to the apartment to pick up things. Lara sees Alex coming out of Greta's room. Looks like he's looking for Greta. But Greta won't show up. Then, Greta follows Alex to the hotel she now lives in. Greta can't bear to see Alex's current situation. So Greta decided to meet Alex. But, when Greta hasn't seen Alex. Suddenly three men came to see Alex. They beat Alex's brother and took Alex's brother away. Greta doesn't know what to do now. Those guys look really creepy. They're carrying firearms!"

"Greta, calm down. Don't cry," persuaded Lara.

"Sister, what should Greta do? Only Alex's sister Greta has now. No matter how bad Alex is, she's still Greta's older sister," said Greta, who was equipped with sobs.

"Greta, do you know the man who took Alex's sister? Are they the closest people to Alex's sister?"

"Sister. They're wearing black jackets. But Greta had a photo. Greta send it to sister huh now."

Lara was silent for a moment while waiting for the delivery of the photo. After her message came in, Lara immediately opened up and saw the photo of the man who had captured Alex.

"Walters?" The look on Lara's face was startled not to play when she saw the man who caught Alex was the person she knew very well.

"Sister, did you see the picture? Do you know that guy?"

"Greta, it's night. You better get some sleep. Tomorrow morning I'll call again." Lara immediately disconnected the phone call. He again makes sure that the face of the man Greta sent is Walter's face.

"Walters? Why did he catch Alex's brother?"

Lara looked ahead. "So in the car Kak Bi had a call with someone. Is that Walter? Did Brother Bi ask Walter to arrest Alex? But, for what? Is Alex in the mansion now? In the execution room?"

Lara glanced at her phone as Greta sent a short message. "Sister, tomorrow brother is busy? I'm meeting Greta. In this house. Brother's house."

Lara immediately replies to Greta's message. "Tomorrow brother over there huh. Now Greta is calm. Rest because it's night."

Lara got out of bed. The woman stepped into the bathroom to wash her face. Waking up in the middle of the night, Lara finds it hard to sleep. He looked at his face in front of the mirror while thinking about Alex's news now. The only thing that gave him goosebumps was imagining Alex being in that dark room and being tormented. Lara couldn't. Whatever bad Alex was. But Lara does not like to retaliate by hurting anything else to the point of torture.

"I have to make sure myself. Is it true that the person in the room is Alex's sister."

Lara immediately dried her face. He walked towards the door with careful steps. When she opened the door, Lara let out her head first to peek before exiting.

Lara's heartbeats became unsettled as she imagined the passageway leading to the execution chamber was dark and extremely cold. It's really scary. What else if I had to walk in the middle of the night like now.

"I have to be brave. Can't be scared!" lara's murmured strengthened herself. Lara looked back before moving forward. He walked down the long, cold passage with careful steps. Lara also wanted to make sure that no one saw her.

When she arrived at a large room, Lara stared at the door one by one. "Which door it was" muttered Lara puzzled.

It's been six months Lara hasn't shown up at the venue. Lara forgot to enter the basement through which door.

"Maybe this one." Lara walks towards the door which she thinks is the door that will connect her to the basement where she sees the man tied up first.

As Lara held the door handle, Lara heard someone shouting. The woman hesitated. He closed his own mouth.

"That voice. Why does she sound like Alex? Is it true that Alex is now being tortured in the basement by Kak Bi?"
