Chapter 39. Second Meeting

Those who read the previous chapter are still hanging. Reread yes. Last night there was a small mistake.

After successfully scaring Hana and making the woman leave the Moritz family's main house by herself. Lara thought of a way to get everyone who had insulted her back. Including Greta. Lara still can't believe that Greta really changed even long before she changed her appearance. Lara thinks that Greta is just like the others.

Lara returned to the living room. He saw Greta still sitting there. The woman dropped her phone when Lara was back in her seat.

“Kak, all this time brother stay where?” ask Greta curiously. She asked repeatedly, but Lara did not answer.

“After my parents' second home was sold by Alex, I left town and worked there. For six months my fortune has been good so I can be what I am now,” explained Lara briefly.

“Sister is prettier if it's like this,” praise Greta.

Lara picked up the cold drink she had prepared at the table. Actually he could not bear to behave like this in front of Greta. But, it should look different. Lara doesn't want to look weak.

Greta looked at the servant who happened to pass by and called out to her. “Where is Hana? Why is he so long?” Lara glanced for a moment before continuing to gulp down the cold drink.

“Hana has left this house, Miss,” said the waiter.

“Go? To where? Didn't he just leave? Why go again now?” Greta looks protesting.

“Sorry, Miss. But it looks like Hana's gone and won't be returning to this house. I saw him go and bring all his belongings. Now in his room there are no more items left.”

“Why is it like that? What the hell's been going on? He didn't even ask for his salary this month,” Greta murmured inwardly.

“Nona, what more can I help you with?” ask the waiter. He wanted to tell me what was going on in the kitchen. However, seeing the look in Lara's eyes made the maid choose to be quiet.

“Nothing. You can go back to work.”

“Good, Miss. I'm sorry.” The waiter looked down respectfully before stepping away. 

Greta looked at Lara. “Kak, sorry. Hannah is no longer in this house. But, why did he choose to leave when big brother wanted to see him?”

“Maybe he felt guilty until finally decided to run away,” replied Lara.

“Kak, if I may Greta know. What mistakes has Hana made to sister?”

“You will know for yourself later.”

“Who is coming? Is it possible that her friend Greta?” Alex looked at the car again carefully. Lara's car is the latest car. Not just anyone who can own the car. Even money is not enough. There are only five cars in the world. “It looks like Greta's guest this time is not a random person.”

Alex immediately went inside out of curiosity with the figure of the owner of the car parked in front of his house. His steps were even faster when he heard the voice of a woman talking in the living room.

“Greta, sister should go home. There are other affairs that you must finish.” Lara stood up and took her bag. His desire to drive Hana out of the house was already successful. Lara did not want to linger there anymore.

“Kak, but this house is still sister's house. You can stay in this house longer. Alex's brother and sister are not officially divorced. That means brother is still Alex's wife,” said Greta.

“What Greta said!” Suddenly Alex appears and walks towards Lara. The man looked happy because the woman he was looking for was in plain sight. “Lara, we have to talk,” persuade Alex to let Lara stay in the house.

“Sorry, Brother Alex. But I still have a lot of work. Maybe next time,” Lara replied with a face. 

Alex nodded slowly. “Good.”

“Excuse me!” pamit Lara before leaving. Alex and Greta looked at each other before sighing harshly.

“Kak, look. Now Lara's sister is turning into a beautiful woman. He has also been successful. Brother see for yourself. The appearance of the present Lara. Even Greta has lost.”

“Yes, sister knows. But, it seems like Lara is still angry with big brother. How does he want to forgive brother and want to go back to this house again?”

Greta was silent for a moment. “Kakak. Why was that bad brother to Kak Lara. Brother blatantly cheated on Sister Fiona. I should have appreciated Lara's feelings more. If Greta was Lara's sister. Greta also does not want to go back to sister!” ketus Greta's.

“Greta, why are you on Lara's side?”

“Greta, You!” Alex started to get emotional.

“Kak, I used to support sister Fiona. But, when I found out about Fiona's true nature, I no longer liked seeing her. Now it's clear I'm on Lara's side. Even though Lara's brother and sister are not friends. I wish, Sister Lara would make me her sister. So that I can be a patient and polite woman like sister Lara.” Greta leaves Alex. 

“Greta, I am your sister! Why don't you side with brother?”

“For what siding with an evil sister like sister!” sahut Greta from a distance.

Alex growling. But he regained consciousness. “This is my chance to know where Lara lives. I have to follow him immediately,” murmured Alex. The man immediately turned around and ran towards the car. Alex doesn't want to lose track of Lara. He wanted to know where Lara lived now.
