Chapters 104. Air Assault

Lara and Greta both fell to the floor when the blast was very close to the bedroom window. The two women hugged with scared faces. A puff of smoke began to fill the guest room that Greta was going to use for a break.

"Sister, what's going on? Why are they throwing bombs?"

"Sister doesn't know either. Looks like we're not safe if we stay in this room. Greta, we have to go" Lara asked. Greta just nodded. As the two of them stood up, there was a sudden sound of gunfire. The glass near them broke. The shot came from the man who was still sitting in the helicopter.

"Greta, lookout!" shout Lara. He pulls Greta again until they both get down. This time Lara's knee was bleeding from hitting the floor so hard. Greta had her head hit by the floor. But not to get hurt.

"It looks like we can't escape from this room" Greta said without looking at Lara's face.

"We have to hide so we don't get hit by bullets" Lara replied.

Slowly, Lara and Greta both crawled under the bed. When the gunshots were no longer heard, Greta looked out the window. The woman's eyebrows intertwine when she sees Mark in one of the helicopters now attacking Fabio's mansion.

"Sir Alex" said Greta. He still didn't realize that the man was Mark. Greta had met Alex and Mark at the time. "Sister Alex!" shout Greta. Without Lara's permission, Greta gets up and runs to the window. The woman wanted to scream and asked her biological brother not to continue this assault.

"Greta, what do you want to do?" lara panicked.

Greta stood in front of the window. "Sister Alex! Stop that!" greta shouted through the window.

Mark looked towards Greta. Yesterday, he did not like to see Greta. The man pointed his gun at Greta. He wants to make Greta die to avenge her heartache.

Greta looked at the tip of the weapon towards her. However, to move Greta can not. His legs were like glue making him unable to step.

When Mark pulls the trigger, Walter pulls Greta to escape. The bullet Mark sent missed.

Walter and Greta fell to the floor. Walter's hand protected Greta's head from being hit. Unlike Mark himself who was actually hit by the end of the closet to cause considerable pain.

Lara breathed back to see Greta survived. Fabio, who was staring at Lara's face with a worried face, could only growl because he could not wait to reply to Mark's actions.

"Sister Bi, why did Brother Alex attack the mansion?" ask Fabio Lara.

Fabio looked at Lara's face for a moment before looking ahead. "Maybe she wants to take my bride away" replied Fabio. It made Lara silent and did not dare to ask again.

A few of the bodyguards who were with Fabio and Walter threw several bombs at the helicopter. The war will begin soon. Now Fabio no longer thought about the condition of his mansion. The guy just wants to win. Enemies who have dared to enter their territory must be prepared to suffer the consequences.

After walking far enough because this time Fabio did not use the elevator to the lower floor, they finally arrived at Fabuo's private room. Fabio placed Lara's body on the bed carefully. Since arriving at Fabio's bedroom, the woman still didn't say much.

Greta sat on the sofa not far from the bed. Walter's standing in front of the room. There were only three of them in the room.

"Chubby, don't ever get out of this room no matter what. I'm gonna lock this room and close it until it doesn't look like a door. However, this door will open if you open it from the inside. As long as you remain silent inside, no one will know that you are in this room" Fabio said with a serious face. The man took a cotton swab and still had time to clean the wound on Lara's knee.

"Sir Bi, be careful," Lara pinta.

Fabio nodded. He got out of bed still looking at Lara's face. "If in 24 hours I don't show up in this room, you can go."

Lara scrunched her forehead. "What does Kak Bi mean?" The woman was half protesting. "Sir Bi has to promise that everything will be fine. Brother Bi can definitely beat Alex Moritz!"

Greta raised her head to hear Lara's reply. The woman clenched her hand in unwillingness until her older brother was killed by Fabio.

"Everything will be fine if you smile" Fabio said with a cold expression. Lara took Fabio's hand and placed it on the cheek.

"We're getting married. Come back safe," Lara said.

"I promise I'll be back. But, remember. Before 24 hours don't ever get out of this room." Fabio looked at his luxurious room. "Even if the mansion is burned or blown up. This room will remain intact. You will be safe here" Fabio said confidently.

Greta turned her face the other way. "Now what should I do to save Brother Alex. That crazy guy is wrong. Alex is completely innocent. Brother Alex just wants Lara's sister. I'm sure, Brother Alex would never think of attacking this luxurious mansion" Greta muttered inwardly.
