Chapter 50 - The Great Dragon

The writings on the stone instantly shone with great light, dazzling everyone there. Then an aura came out of the stone and seemed to flow around Princess Clara. Then the aura flew towards his hand and turned into a huge bow.

"That!? Legendary weapon!?" Izuru said surprised.

Princess Clara lifted the bow, then pointed it towards the soldiers who were besieging Izuru. "Let go! Or I'll shoot you!" Princess Clara said then pulled the bow slowly and out the arrow by itself.

"Wait, if you shoot I'll also go to...." Izuru said, but Princess Clara had already opened fire before Izuru finished her sentence. As the ground hit by the bow shot exploded and threw the soldiers behind, Izuru also crashed towards the Princess.

Izuru crashed and landed with his back. "Arrghgh... My back...!" Izuru said in pain while holding her back.

"Sorry, I didn't know it was going to explode like that! Is brother seriously injured!?" Princess asked approaching Izuru.

"I'm fine. But, don't do it again." Izuru said wake up. "As long as they can't move, let's run!" Izuru said, then they ran away from the park.

"What's? That legendary weapon is already active?" Ask Shiori.

"Yes Your Majesty. Everyone saw the light emanating from the artifact in the middle of the garden." Said a soldier facing Shiori and Dramist.

"What was the chosen one from the group of intruders?" Ask Dramist near Shiori.

"Mr Princess Clara was chosen." Answer the soldier.

"Daughter Clara!? Good thing I didn't kill him first." Dramist was surprised.

"Important one more legendary weapon activated. Now deploy the entire army, kill Princess Clara and seize the weapon!" Shiori smiled.

"Ready Your Majesty!" Said the soldier, then went out of the throne room.

"So, what are we going to do with this kingdom after getting that weapon?" Ask Dramist.

"Leave it. Our goal is to take over this kingdom because there are legendary weapon artifacts here, once everything is achieved, we will leave." Answer Shiori.

"Do I need to step in to get that gun?"

"no need. He was just a child, it didn't take long for him to get tired of using that legendary weapon."

"Totally so."

"Well... Huh... Let's go a little more!" Said Izuru carrying the legendary bow and running with Princess Clara.

"Where else are we going?" Ask Princess Clara.

"Wherever, the important thing is there are no soldiers there." Answer Izuru.

They stopped after seeing a group of soldiers besieging the road in front of them. "Damn! Let's go back!" Said Izuru running in the opposite direction.

They returned to the park, but there were more soldiers besieging the entire exit. Izuru and Princess Clara are trapped in the middle of the park. Hundreds of soldiers who surrounded them, impossible to be defeated by two people alone, even with legendary weapons.

"Give me that bow!" Shouted one of the soldiers.

"If we give up this bow, will we be set free?" Princess Clara asked Izuru.

"What's right!? We must not give this great power to the wicked! Moreover, they already have a sword belonging to Shun. I'm sure they'll use this weapon for evil!" Answer Izuru.

"Hurry up and give me that bow!" Shouted one of the soldiers.

"Never!" Izuru Shouted.

"In that case, we will resort to violent means! Attack...!" Shouted the soldier, then all of them simultaneously ran towards the two of them.

The soldiers continued to move forward, until suddenly a shadow of a large creature passed through the place. "What's that!?" Ask the soldiers to stop and look into space.

"Gwaaahh......!!!" A very loud roar sounded from the sky. The red huge dragon slid towards all of them.

"Dragon!? Everybody run...!" The soldiers panicked and scattered away.

The dragon stomped on the ground of the garden then spouted fire from its mouth. Burn the whole place and drive out the soldiers.

"Daughter, let's hide!" Said Izuru pulling Princess Clara's hand and hiding behind a large pillar at the edge of the garden.

The dragon stopped attacking after all the soldiers had already escaped. The dragon then brought its head closer to the pillar behind which was Izuru and Princess Clara.

"You don't see us! You don't see us! You don't see us...!" Inner Izuru panicked as the dragon approached.

"Izuru...!" Shouted someone.

"Who is that?" Izuru asked out from behind the pillar.

"Ride up!"

"Good? This dragon? Never mind, a lot of crazy things are happening in this world. Come Princess!" Izuru. They then climbed on top of the huge dragon and then they flew into space. "Waaa.....!!!!" Shouted Izuru in fear.

"It's great...!" Princess Clara seemed to enjoy it.

"Great from where!? Wait a minute, who is riding this dragon....!!?" Izuru asked frantically seeing no one but them on top of the dragon.

"It's me." Said someone who sounded very close to them.

"Who is that!?"

"I'm Asura!" Answer Asura who turned out to be a dragon on Izuru and Princess Clara.

"Asura!? So this is your dragon form!?" Izuru asked in surprise.

"Yes, what do you think?" Ask Asura.

"You're big!"

"big? Is that the only impression of seeing me?" Ask Asura.

"Yes, you look really strong, too. By the way how did you get here?" Ask Izuru.

"Emmm... It's a long story." Answer Asura. But, suddenly a huge shock occurred to Asura. "Ah... Someone's shooting at me!" Said Asura. It turned out that many royal witches were shooting at Asura from above the palace. It made Asura lose control. "I can't hold on much longer!" Said Asura.

"Hold on in a minute!" Izuru. But they started flying so low that they occasionally crashed into the top of the houses. "Woy...! We could fall! We're gonna fall..!" Izuru shouted in panic. All the citizens panicked to see Asura, they all ran out of the house.

"I'm not used to resisting magic attacks. Get ready for the blow...!" Asura said to slide towards the houses of the citizens. Asura's body then let out a blaze, and then fell on the residents' houses until it left a large hole.

"Ugggh... You okay Asura?" Tanya Izuru and Princess Clara were on Izuru's back. "Where is Asura?" Izuru asked looking around.

"I'm here." The word Asura was under Izuru.

"Ah, you must have planned this." Ask Izuru.

"She..." Asura laughed a little. Izuru then left from above Asura.

"Don't let them leave this kingdom. Catch them, you're useless...!"
