The Father-in-law Seed

The Father-in-law Seed
Chapter 58

The doctor finally came out of the operating room with a serious expression on his face. Everyone around, including Arjun, Rima, Sandi and Suni, quickly moved closer to him, seeking information about the state of the Runjun.

"Doctor, how's the condition going?" arjun asked with a trembling voice.

The doctor took a deep breath before answering. "Renjun's condition is still critical, but surgery has successfully treated bleeding in the head. However, now he needs a blood transfusion immediately. We need to find a donor with a blood type that fits quickly."

Tension lingers in the air as everyone realizes how important it is to find a suitable blood donor for Renjun. They set up an emergency team to conduct blood tests as quickly as possible. Arjun, Rima, Sandi, and Suni follow him to the laboratory. The four men underwent a blood test to determine which blood type was suitable for Renjun.

They sat up tensely, waiting for the blood test results to come out. Every second felt like precious time was passing by. His heart was pounding as he thought about the possibility of what would happen. None of them spoke.

Time passed slowly as they sat in the laboratory waiting room. Arjun felt a growing tension around him. He looked at the anxious faces around him, trying to find strength and hope in their gazes.

Finally, the laboratory door opened and a nurse came out with a piece of paper in her hand. He looked at the group seriously before giving blood test results to waiting doctors.

"How, Doctor?" ask Arjun worriedly.

The doctor reads the results carefully, trying to process the information. He nodded slowly before turning around and looked at them with a relieved expression. "The blood type that matches the Runnae is AB positive blood type" the doctor said in a calm voice.

Instantly, the tense atmosphere seemed to dim and be replaced with a relief felt in the room. Arjun felt his heavy burden slightly reduced. He looked at Rima with a hopeful look.

"Doctor, what about my wife? Can he be a donor?" arjun asked, trying to hold back his suspicions.

The doctor shook his head. "Sorry, Sir. Rima's mother can't be a donor because she has a different blood type to Renjun."

Rima looked at Arjun with regret. He tried to express his sadness, but in this situation, he also felt helpless. Arjun tried to give a weak smile as a form of understanding, although in his heart the suspicion remained.

"Then what, Doctor?" ask Rima.

Arjun's surprised. He looked at Sandi with eyes that exuded unspoken confusion and suspicion. Why is Sandi who has this rare blood type suitable as a donor for Renjun? His mind was filled with increasingly confusing questions.

"So, I can be a donor for Renjun, Doc?" tanya Sandi. He tried to stay calm even though many pairs of eyes were watching him.

"Can, sir," said the doctor.

"Oh, thank God, honey, at least the four of us have a blood type that is suitable for my grandson," Suni said, hugging her husband. He was grateful that there was a way out for his grandson.

Arjun realized that this was not the right time to reveal his suspicions. Right now, the most important thing is the safety of Renjun. Arjun decided to hold back and stay focused on the healing process of his son.

"Mr Sandi, please come with us to do the blood collection process," the doctor asked.

Before following the doctor, Sandi turned to look at three of her family. His gaze was long enough to look at Rima who was putting on a sad face.

Arjun watched every step taken by Sandi, but his heart was still filled with uncertainty. Why is Sandi so willing to help and why does she have such a rare blood type? The questions kept spinning in his mind, but he chose to be silent despite jealousy. He should be the hero to his own son.

"Mas" said Rima as she grabbed Arjun's arm and hugged him. They are still waiting for the blood transfusion process from Sandi to Renjun outside the room.

Arjun tried to hide his suspicious and confused feelings. He realized that right now the most important thing was the health of Rejun. However, in his mind, those questions and suspicions kept spinning, looking forward to future answers.

When Renjun receives a blood transfusion from Sandi, Arjun feels a complicated mix of feelings. His son's life was saved, but he felt unwilling.
