Chapter 13: The Passage of the In-Law

With a limp step Rima walked while picking up her clothes scattered on the floor. He put the clothes back on to cover his body which was still open.

His appearance is very messy. Sandi was truly a brash man who could leave himself in such a condition. In fact, Rima who was pregnant old did not discourage the man's rough treatment.

Rima pulled up a blanket that covered the mattress in the room of her prospective child. He took her into the bathroom and rubbed the affected part of the remains************ the man. He hoped that no one would know the depravity committed against him. He washed it while crying tears lamenting how painful his life was due to the man.

After removing traces of romance in bed linen, now Rima who flushed herself under the shower wearing her clothes. The tears that come out mix with the water shower.

Sandi was a little misbehaved at hearing that question. "I don't know. Maybe he was in his room" he said. "Oh, yes, dear. Tonight we're leaving. Let's re-package who knows there are items that still need to be brought," invite Sandi.

Suni smile. "Jun, we'll take you to the airport tonight, right?" tanyakanya.

"Yes, Ma. I'm going to go in the room first" said Arjun.

He stepped foot into his own room. As he opened the door, the conditions inside looked dark. The curtains were closed, blocking the incoming outside light. The mood looks quiet. Even Arjun's footsteps could be heard clearly in the ears.

Arjun approached the bed. He turned on the lamp located on the rannang side table. He saw his wife lying down with a blanket covering her body.

"Darling, what's wrong with you?" ask Arjun.

It's not usually Rima to act like that. Rima always welcomed his return happily. Even the message he sent before returning home did not seem to be read by him.

"Darling ..." Arjun once again greeted his wife who never responded. He stretched out his hand to check the temperature of his wife's forehead. It does feel warm.

Arjun jumped up on the bed. He looked at his wife's face lying with his eyes closed.

"Darling, wakeup! It's not good to sleep in the afternoon, you'll get dizzy."

Arjun gently stroked Rima's head. His wife's hair felt moist like a person who went straight to sleep after shampooing. Even the pillows used look wet.

Rima started to open her eyes. Rima's body felt weak and the look of her face looks cute. "Mas, are you home?" asked Rima in a limp tone as well.

Rima nodded. "I'm not feeling well" he said.

"If you're not feeling well, why are you taking all the showers? Wear all shampooing. You're not usually like this." Arjun looks worried about his wife's condition especially Rima is pregnant. "We'll check into the hospital, yeah!" his proposal.

"You can't be like that. If you are sick, what about our baby? You need to stay healthy" Arjun said.

Rima felt like crying to the fullest in front of Arjun. He felt not strong about what happened to him. However, he is afraid of losing Arjun if he is honest.

Rima's words came to a halt as the sound of the room door opening. He saw his mother-in-law coming in. Following behind him Sandi came in.

Seeing the man coming, Rima turned her face back.

"Jun, Mama and Papa are leaving right now. Come on, he said you'd take us, "take Suni.

The middle-aged woman went inside her son's room and approached towards the bed. He frowned when he saw Rima lying on the bed.

"Well, why Rima?" ask Suni.

"Rima's not feeling well, Ma. Looks like we can't take you guys" Arjun said.

"Oh, even though Mama and Papa want to leave you even sick, Rima."

Suni approached Rima. He sat on the edge of the bed and stretched out his hand to hold the forehead of his son-in-law.

"I'm fine, Ma. Maybe just a little tired. If you've rested, too," let's give Rima.

Suni looked at Arjun. After all, he was worried about the condition of his son-in-law.

"Already, Ma. Its alright. Let me take care of Rima. Mama just go" said Arjun.

"Alright, we go first, Rima. Take care of your. If there is time, Mama will come home to see you," said Suni.

Sandy came closer. He held Rima's arm. "Papa's leaving, Rima. It's fine here," he said.

Rima's body stiffened as Sandi dared to hold her body without the slightest guilt. It was very revengeful for that man.

After their parents leave, Arjun lies down and hugs Rima. He kissed his wife who seemed to have lost her clover.

"Chealing soon, yes! If you recover, I'll take a walk. You must be bored at home, right?" ask Arjun.

Rima was not feeling the taste to do anything. He just wanted to be alone in the room while calming down.
