Chapter 28: The Deal

Arjun walks into a restaurant located in one of the busiest shopping centers in the city. A servant greeted his arrival with a friendly smile. He is welcome to enter and guided to the table that has been previously ordered. There was also Yunita waiting for him.

"Are you waiting for me long?" asked Arjun while sitting in his place.

"Not really," said Yunita.

There were three empty glasses on the table that he had spent while waiting for Arjun there. He tells Arjun that he is so busy that it is two hours late to see him.

Yunita had already vacated the job for one day because Arjun said he would discuss something very important. He did not feel good to refuse because Rima had helped him.

"So, what's the important thing we want to talk about?" ask Yunita.

"We eat first. We'll talk after the meal," Arjun's pinta.

He gave the code to call the waiter with his finger. Alan asked the waiter to serve the food he had ordered.

Once again Yunita held her patience. It's possible that Arjun was so hungry after work that he needed to eat. Though, a person like Yunita really likes to the point, there is no need for pleasantries.

Arjun ordered a large selection of food. Yunita was confused to choose it.

"Why are you messaging so much? We'll only eat two people, not one RT" Yunita said.

"Haha ... Just eat what you like, Yun. If it doesn't run out, it can also be packed" Arjun said.

Yunita ignored the man's words. He did not have to spend money on all the food he would eat. Arjun has paid for it.

"Do you want to quit your job?" ask Arjun on the sidelines of their eating activities.

Yunita slowed her food. "What do you mean?" tanyanya.

"I want to pay off all your debts, as long as you want to quit your current job!" pinta Arjun's.

"Just work at my house, help Rima look after the baby. I'll pay you every month. Eat it I told you to quit work."

Yunita still remembers Arjun asking himself as Rima's interlocutor. Now, she is asked to be Arjun's babysitter.

"Why should I? Aren't there many more experienced people?"

"You're the only person close to Rima and I only believe in you" Arjun said.

He had promised his wife to persuade Yunita to accept his offer.

"Oh, how, huh?" Yunita looked doubtful. "I'm not even married but instead you told me to be a babysitter. Will your son not be afraid of me?" tanyakanya.

"We'll see if he'll be scared or not. Do you want to miss this opportunity? I'm really gonna pay off your father's debt."

Yunita paused for a moment to think. The offer that Arjun gave was of course very tempting. He does not need to be tired of working again to pay debts. His job is just to babysit. Compared to him who had to do a lot of work every day it was much better.

"What if I can't be what you expect?" ask Yunita.

"Just try it first, the assessment will be later," Arjun said.

Yunita nodded. "Alright, I'll try it," he replied steadily.

"Ah, yes. Besides, I have additional duties for you," Arjun said.

Yunita becomes suspicious of Arjun.

"Please watch over my wife. If anything suspicious, call me!" pinta Arjun's.
