Chapter 26: Convincing the Heart

Arjun walks past a special baby room whose walls are made of glass. He could see dozens of babies placed in glass boxes. Some of them were crying and others were sleeping peacefully.

Arjun's eyes were fixed on a baby box not far from where he was standing. The names of the parents of the baby, Rima and Arjun, were clearly written there.

Arjun's chest was rumbling. There was a great inner war inside him. He should have been a very happy father, but the birth of the baby boy hurt his feelings.

"Excuse me, do you want to see Father's baby?" ask a nurse who happened to pass by and meet Arjun.

Arjun sighed trying to neutralize his feelings. "Ah, yes. I want to see my son. What can?" tanyakanya.

"Of course you can, sir. Come with me. Which son of yours?"

The nurse took Arjun inside. He accompanies Arjun to the baby box named Renjun.

"Oh, so this handsome baby is your son? Last night I helped her with the delivery process" said the nurse.

Arjun looked at the face of the baby that Rima had born. The baby opened his eyes as he came. Nothing can be done by such a small baby other than moving his tongue as if looking for ASI.

"It seems he knew that his father had come so he was awake again" said the nurse. "Your baby is a quiet baby compared to other babies. He's a little hard to be born, your wife to the point of bleeding after giving birth. Thankfully, both are healthy."

After a while of talking to Arjun, the nurse resigned to bring one of the babies who had a schedule to breastfeed.

Arjun was still standing looking at the baby named Renjun. A name he had long thought of with Rima before the baby was born.

Arjun moved his index finger to touch the baby's soft cheek. Renjun's tongue stuck out thinking Arjun's finger is the exit point of ASI.

"This is my son, run my son. I'm sure he's my son. He must be my son. Huhuhuhu ...."

Arjun's legs feel weak. He crouched down while holding on to the baby box Runjun. Arjun continued to speak for himself reassuringly that the baby was his son, not the son of another man.

Arjun strengthened his heart. He was determined to accept the cute baby as his son. He does not want to know if there is another reality that he does not know.

He wiped his tears. Arjun got back up. Taken Rendjun from the baby box carefully and then fondle him with affection.

"Hello, son ... I am your father" he said, landing a kiss on Renjun's cheek.

He hugged the baby for a while and then put it back in the baby box.

"Papa go first to see your mother, honey. Don't fuss here, "the message is on Renjun.

After chatting with her baby, Arjun returns to Rima's treatment room. There it looked lonely, both of his tantas had left.

"Where is Aunt Gina and Aunt Sania?" ask Arjun.

"They're home, Mommy," said Rima. "Hows it? Have you seen our son?" he asked with an enthusiastic face. She could not wait to hear the response from her husband.

Arjun smiled as he nodded. "Our son is very sweet and handsome" he said.

Rima was relieved by Arjun's reply.
