I was pensive on my wooden window sill staring out there, my mind still clinging to everything that had happened to me, all of the mysteries and all of them were like the unexpected sweet surprises of some part of my destiny.

For a moment I was still in my mind with what Panji had said a few days ago about me and Dika, there was not the slightest thought that Panji had loved me in silence all this time.

There was a sense of greatness when I felt that the LORD would be fair with all his gifts to his people, I smiled little while staring at the distant clouds that seemed to be chasing in the sky there, it's human if I feel happy to be loved by two men.

" Come to my room !!" Invite me while holding him inside.

" Nay you're taking a lot of rest." My guman while sitting beside him.

Naysa took a deep breath and slowly blew her away, her gaze staring deep into the sky of my room.

" I didn't know that goodbye was gonna pick me up.." Naysa said with a fading look.

I flinched until my mouth was open.

For some reason I felt goosebumps hearing my friend's words, it felt like there was a pain in this heart when Naysa's words entered into my heart and cut this whole heart.

And somehow this feeling always wants to succumb to all his happiness.

" Don't talk like that Nay ! we'll live together, even if death separates us Nay.." I said while hugging her from behind, Naysa was seen to let out her tears even though she smiled at me but I felt the real feeling.

Slowly Naysa wiped his tears but suddenly fresh blood came out of one of his nostrils.

I shok made it and then swiftly I snatched the tissue available on my dressing table.

" Nay !!" Frenzied panicked.

My face paled at Naysa's condition.

" I'm fine !you don't have to worry.." Sergeh Naysa grabbed the tissue I gave him and wiped it slowly.

In such a condition he still tried to calm down when he saw my panic reaction.

" It's okay ?you're Nay's nosebleed !." My screams with gurgles.

" I'll drive you home, Nay ! " My husband is hysterical.

" I'll cape later." Naysa replied as she leaned on my shoulder limply, so I panicked and even worried for her, I don't know what made Naysa behave like that.

" Nay ! Nay ! " Call me really panicked when Naysa suddenly collapsed and was unconscious again.

" Tukan!!, I told you, why are you ngeyellll !! " My group was getting panicked as soon as my body was suddenly cold hot to see the state of Naysa.

" What's the matter An ??" Grandma's question suddenly emerged from behind the curtains of my room.

" Nay fainted again, Grandma." I answered in panic

" Grandma, help Anna pick up Nay." I said while carrying Naysa who was completely unconscious.

I was still standing with various feelings in my mind, several times I walked back and forth in the front hallway of the ICU room, anxiously mixed with panic mingled one in my mind.

Several times I tried to look into the ICU room to make sure Naysa was okay. With uncertain feelings I tried to calm this feeling down.

" Anna !! why else Nay ??" suddenly Nyai was hunting and approaching me, his face looked panicked.

" Nyaii Nay fainted again !" Reply staggered.

" O LORD !!." Pekik Nyai while running towards the door of the ICU room.

" This morning Nay had asked An for a walk, he asked for the same permission Amber but Ambunya did not give permission, and in the end Nyai allowed, kasian could not bear to see it," Clearly Nyai with a look full of regret.

" Yes Nyai, I see Nay is already in my yard, he said in intermang sarif.."My welcome justifies.

A Doctor came out of the ICU room, and Me and Nyai immediately hunted him impatiently.

" Doctor how's my grandson ?" Ask Him quickly.

" Alhamdulillah is fine, just seems like he has to rest a lot and try not to get too much of his mind, the effect of the scorn can affect the immune power of his body bu." Obviously the Doctor with a friendly smile towards me and Nyai.

Me and Nyai looked at each other.

" Mom don't worry, lsallah mother's granddaughter is fine. The doctor's words calmed His heart.

" Doctor is there any hope for my grandson to recover" Tanya Nyai looked hopefully at her personal Doctor Naysa.

The doctor looks to take a breath and try to calm his heart which looks full of worry.

" I'm sorry I'm Nyai, I can't give any certainty, and the healing is likely very thin Mom, just pray that there is a miracle that is best for your grandchild." Obviously the Doctor while gently rubbing Nyai's shoulder.

Nyai did not budge he was still staring fixedly at the family's personal doctor.

I sighed at the words of the Doctor.Hyai turned to me with a look full of pity, what Nyai felt I also felt, all this is destiny, all this is destiny, a miracle is a marvelous miracle if the LORD had given it to Naysa.

Not long after the doctor passed and left me and Nyai who were still in the thick of the roar while continuing to look at the steps of the Doctor who walked with a shammer.
