Sharing Love: The Suffering of the Second Wife
Misunderstanding

The nausea returned, Nadia closed her eyes with her head held high. His saliva collected suddenly as it flashed on his head a water guava hanging from one of the neighboring houses.

His daydream stopped as his cell phone rang. He felt reluctant to lift his head, looking for the flat object. Without looking at the caller, Nadia lifted him up and placed him in the ear.

"Hallo!" sapa lazy.

"Why is your face flat?!" the squealing voice of uncle Harits jerking Nadia's ear made her buzzing violently.

Nadia kept the phone away, her face grimacing as she rubbed her slightly sore ear. Video call. He pointed the phone right in front of his face. Looked at Uncle Harith's face with my eyes.

"Why are you, baby? Your face is pale, are you sick?" uncle Harits's chirping while catching an uncomfortable look on his wife's face. He's in his office, behind his body there's a pile of documents maybe it's a company report.

Nadia shook her head weakly. He closed his eyes slowly, very slowly before opening them again.

"Pengen guava water in the house of Ms. Lina, a neighbor in front of the house, Mas. Can you ask that for me?" whining sulks. His face looks spoiled making Uncle Harits squash himself.

The man across there chuckled, but an anxious look was still imprinted on seeing Nadia who had come back lethargic.

"I'll find it when I get home from the office. I bought a lot for you."

Nadia nodded back. He gulped his own saliva, and it was clearly visible because Nadia was not wearing a hijab.

"No buying, just want to be there. Want it now, Mas. I want it now, not later." His wife's whining sounded demanding. What happened to Nadia? It is not usual for him to demand things like this.

"But I still have a lot to do, baby. There are still some documents I need to check." Uncle Harits weld. However, Nadia still shook her head.

"Just want it now, Mom. If later, mah, it is no longer good to eat it," demanded Nadia again firmly.

Uncle Harits sighed, he stared in another direction thinking.

"Try asking anyone to pick it, if you need to pay. Can, right?" Uncle Harits gave me advice.

Nadia nodded again. The man frowned, confused by his wife's attitude this morning.

"Don't want anyone else, she wants a meticulous Mas. Home, Mas. I miss you too, Matt." Nadia's eyes glazed over, a feeling of sadness suddenly coming over her heart. Missing the figure of uncle Harits who just worked this morning.

The man across the phone laughed.

"I just got off work, baby. It's like bang Toyib's wife who was left three times fasting three times Eid." He chuckled again, while Nadia rubbed her watery eyes.

Seeing that, uncle Harith could not bear. He relented and would ask his assistant to bring all the work home.

"All right, sweetheart. I'm h-home. No, don't cry." Nadia nodded completely adorable.

Suddenly the door of the room was knocked, uncle Harits' secretary asked permission to enter.

"Lake in!" tell him to turn his body around without ending the call.

"Who, Mas?" nadia asked suspiciously.

"May, my secretary." Nadia doesn't like to hear it. Jealous because since marriage, uncle Harits has never brought him to the office even though all his employees already know and witness their marriage.

"Sorry, Sir. I've brought the documents you need to check and sign." Mei put the file on Uncle Harits' desk. Nadia listened, she did not like to hear the voice of the woman. In her ears, the voice of her husband's secretary was impressed to tease her. In fact, it is ordinary.

"Thank you, you can come back!" tell Uncle Harits flat. He didn't even look at Mei as she leaned over and turned away.

"I don't like your secretary. Why does he sound like he's teasing you? I don't like." Uncle Harith laughed again. He shook his head and showed me the file that May had brought.

"She just gave me the report file to sign. Don't tease your husband, honey. You jealous?" Uncle Harits smiled. Happy when Nadia shows her jealousy.

Nadia snorted, she still sulked unanswered.

"So, I'm not coming home? If it's still pouting so it feels lazy to go home," teased uncle Harits who makes Nadia back teary.

"Yes, yeah. No, no crying! I'm going home now, but smile first" she asked. Nadia rubbed her eyes while smiling.

"Don't turn off!" quickly serge. Uncle Harits sighed, then nodded. He called his assistant, asking him to take all the work home.

The call was still connected when Uncle Harits left the room and entered the elevator. However, when he sat in the steering chair the call was interrupted. Uncle Harits shook his head again before stepping on the gas pedal. Just plain as it were.

At home, Mom had just finished her cooking, aided by Auntie she prepared it all with a happy heart.

"Let me bring you, madam!" respond to Aunt while taking over the food tray from Mom's hand. The old woman nodded and walked first in front of Aunt.

"Put it down there, Bi. Let me feed myself" Mother said.

Aunty placed the tray on the nightstand before approaching Nadia.

"This, Non. Try it first, who knows the sustenance." Aunty gave me a small package bearing the name of the pharmacy.

"What is this, Bi?" nadia asked as she grabbed the package and looked at the contents.

"That's a pregnancy test. I only suspected that Non Nadia was pregnant," Aunt replied as she glanced at the smiling and nodding Mother.

"Yes, hurry to the bathroom. Catch your urine and put this tool in it," said Mother also when she saw the confusion on the look of Nadia's face.

He nodded, took a small box and took it to the bathroom. After a few minutes, he came back out and showed the results to the two women who were waiting nervously.

Mother and Aunt looked back happily, when they saw line two on the device. Nadia smiled, not expecting that she would get pregnant so soon. He rubbed his stomach.

"Come, sit! Let me feed you, pregnant women should eat a lot because you are not alone anymore." Mom pulled Nadia's hand slowly, she helped her sit on the bed gently too.

"I eat alone, Mom," said Nadia.

"Oh, it's okay. Let me feed you." Mom took the food plate and hugged it. Nadia was really moved, she glanced at Aunt who nodded when she saw her meeting.

Slowly, I feed Nadia. Remembering Sarah's hand that always does what Mom does now when she's sick. If he was still around, he would do it for his daughter.

Nadia rubbed her eyes as Mom turned away from her. He smiled, as the woman's head returned to him. Mom really changed. Auntie went out when she heard the roar of Uncle Harits' car in the yard.

The employer walked in a hurry.

"Where's Nadia?" ask her to Aunt.

"In the room, sir, with the Madam."

Uncle Harith paused a step for a moment, bad thoughts ambushed his heart. He ran up the stairs, and opened the door violently. Mom grinned when she looked at him.

"What did you do to my wife?!"
