Dafa smiled to himself looking at the girl walking in front of him while pulling the suitcase. Ken beside Dafa was seen muttering as a child sneering at Dafa, he did not think of seeing Dafa's holiness in his mass love, although it was still unrequited. Ken had never seen Dafa like this before, the power of love can change everything Ken thought.
Grace walked slowly in front of them, she did not pay much attention around. He was looking for the figure of Jane who picked him up. His eyes continued to sweep every corner of the place.
"Grace." Jane shouted while waving her hand
"Jane". Grace walked over to Jane.
"Why does it feel like you've been gone so long?"
"Hey I've only been gone for 4 days, do you miss me?" Grace chuckles.
"Of course, I really didn't have any friends when you left." Jane scrunched her mouth.
"Who told you not to come with me." Grace chuckles.
Dafa and Ken, who were behind Grace, just kept watching the drama of meeting the two beautiful girls.
"Eh." Dafa and Ken cleared their throat because they had been forgotten.
"You guys go home together?" Jane looked puzzled, she had just noticed the presence of these two men.
"Yes, we happened to meet." Grace smiled.
"Oh, is that it?" Jane nodded.
"Let's go home, you can come with us." Grace looked at Dafa and Ken.
"Mmm okay." Dafa nodded.
They walked to where Jane parked her car.
"Jane, let me drive." Ken offered himself.
"No need for Ken, you must be tired, let me." Jane smiled.
"It's okay, let me." Ken without permission immediately sat in the steering chair. I don't want Jane to obey.
"I'm so hungry, how about we eat first." Grace spoke from the back seat.
"I'm hungry too." The Dafa sitting next to Grace chimed in.
The distance between Dafa and Grace seemed to have vanished, there was no awkwardness between them. They were seen chatting all along the way, I don't know what they were talking about sometimes the sound of Grace laughing from the back seat.
Unlike Ken and Jane, Ken has no topic of conversation while Jane continues to feel awkward when near Ken. With no conversation between them, Ken's eyes focused on the streets, Jane choosing to look out the window. Eventually the car stopped at a large restaurant.
They chose a seat for four people. The waiter came to bring some menu books. The four of them chose a food menu that all looked appetizing.
"Grace, look at your favorite food, black pepper squid." Dafa showed a photo in the menu book to Grace.
"You know my favorite food?" Grace looked at Dafa.
Mam.pus. Inner Ken, he stared at Dafa briefly hiding a hint of his smile.
"Mmm, I saw you ordering that meal while eating with me back then. I thought it was your favorite food." Dafa manages to rack his brain in search of an excuse.
"Oh, you're right, I really like squid. Grace smiled broadly.
Good thing your brain is still working. Ken
Jane just stared confusedly at them, she chose to pretend not to notice. Jane pretended to keep flipping through the menu book in her hand.
What happened in Singapore until they got this close?. Jane
...----------------...
Ken parked his car in the office parking lot, they all got off and walked into the office. Grace and Jane headed to their own room. They return to doing their own thing.
Dafa enters his room followed by Ken. Dafa immediately sat in his chair, a lot of work to be done now. Ken sat down on his national couch and started to open his tablet, he looked busy working on something.
"Done!." Ken shouted slowly while raising his fist into the air.
"Are you done Daf? I want to go home soon." Ken was lapping his waist slowly which felt sore.
"A little more."
"We just arrived from your fictional service trip, and now directly do a lot of work. I feel tired." Ken complained.
"Stop complaining, Ken."
"Huh." Ken grunting.
Dafa refocused on his work, Ken chose to lay himself on the sofa and dissolve into his mind. He made his own hand as a pillow and closed his eyes for a moment.
"Shhh.it." Ken half-screamed, he got up from his sleep and immediately held onto his temple which felt a little throbbing.
Why does Jane's face appear again every time I daydream. Inner Ken
"What's up, Ken? You keep surprising me." Dafa was seen tidying up the files on his desk.
"Nothing."
"Let's go home." Dafa walked out of the room, Ken followed behind him.
...----------------...
Their car drove across the street, it was getting dark. The orange sky marks the farewell of the sun for today. Ken glanced at Dafa who was looking out the window.
"Sorry."
"Mmm?"
"How's Grace?" Ken asked
"He's still the same." Dafa did not take his eyes off.
"But she looks happy with you."
"Yes, he doesn't feel awkward around me anymore, but that's it."
"That's been so good, at least she's happy to be with you."
"What am I supposed to do again, Ken?"
"You just have to follow your heart, Daf, but don't let you do anything stupid like you used to."
"It won't happen again."
"Good." Ken nodded.
"Ken."
"Yes?"
"How's Laura? Did you clean it up after yesterday's office?." Dafa looked at Ken.
"It turns out you know, Daf." Ken chuckled a little.
"You think I don't know?"
"Yes." Yeah."
"That girl doesn't seem to be giving up if you don't do it yourself, Daf."
"I don't think about it."
"Yes, he's very ambitious."
