This year's XII student, James got dizzy. Almost a quarter of the students in this class are unclear about their future. In fact, now they have entered their last semester at SMU.

From that moment on, James prepared a lot of things. Starting from determining the room in the school that will be used as a place for counseling, finding and contacting sources, also determine the time of the event.

In terms of choosing sources, James does not arbitrarily choose people. He will make sure that the speaker is really competent and can be a good motivator. The speakers can come from recommendations or acquaintances of fellow teachers, parents of students, or alumni of SMU who have succeeded in their fields.

It's been two weeks. The time and venue of the event has been set. The sound system that will be used to support the event is also ready to be used. James has also obtained several sources that he can trust, among others for the profession of teacher, doctor, and journalist. The plan, he wants to add 2-3 more professions.

He is currently waiting for news from the parents of students who have the profession of lawyers and entrepreneurs. He has also contacted an alumnus who has succeeded successfully as a designer. They're all making sure of their schedule on D-Day. James was hoping to get some good news from them soon.

A week later, James had heard. All three are willing to take the time to become speakers at the extension. James relieved. Thus, it could be said that the preparation of the event was already finished. Just pray and prepare the implementation so that counseling can run well on the next day.

But unfortunate for James, his relief did not last long. The relief even turned into a considerable worry.

How not? The businessman who became the source suddenly canceled his willingness. The reason is because suddenly there are problems with the project that is being carried out. As a result, the partners of the company who come from abroad will come to ask for explanations. And his arrival was on the day of counseling.

James's confused. He must immediately find a replacement. The problem, especially for the profession of entrepreneur, he can not replace it with another profession. Entrepreneur profession is the most profession that the students in the school go to. From the future form that was shared yesterday, many of the students filled it out by becoming entrepreneurs to continue the parent business.

Because he lived less than a week away, James sought recommendations from people he knew. He even took the time to re-contact the Princess Gang to ask their parents' willingness to be a speaker.

James came home in a doldrums. This was seen by Mama Ratna who immediately asked why. James told me his confusion.

Hearing that, Mama Ratna could not do much. They both come from the world of educators and do not have too many acquaintances of entrepreneurs. The only thing I thought about helping them was Alex working for the company.

Actually James was at least willing to involve his family for work-related matters. He is afraid to be called pretentious, nepotism, not independent, or any accusations that are negative.
