It didn't feel like James had been working at RSUD for a month. He began to enjoy his work. He learned a lot from his patients. The situations and conditions he had to face were also very varied that made him challenged.

At first he had a little trouble getting used to medical terms. But the longer he began to get used to, especially for terms that are often used in everyday life in the hospital.

James's enthusiasm for his work influenced the topic of his daily conversations. This was felt by the people closest to him, especially Celine. Their conversation, both by phone and during the weekend when Celine visited Wijaya's residence, was dominated by James' experience in his new surroundings.

James recounts his experiences, his excitement, and the life lessons he learned from his patients. The story of Suroto's grandfather, Farida's grandmother, and Herman's master who experienced a similar incident with Celine's father.

So is what is happening right now. It's Saturday and it's a little late. Papa Heru and Mama Ratna had already preceded them to rest in her room. James and Celine continued their conversation in the living room. James is still passionately telling about his latest experience he has just experienced this week.

One of the patients who gave James more impression came from a 5-year-old boy with the nickname Leo. He came to the hospital because of a high fever accompanied by nosebleeds. This complaint is actually often experienced by Leo so that his father suspects this time it is also a common infectious disease as it has been.

The father took Leo to the Hospital for his fever that did not go down and down at once to do a blood test according to the advice of doctors who practice near his home. How shocked the Father was when the pediatrician stated that Leo was suspected of having leukemia (noted: leukemia is one type of blood cancer, where the body produces too many white blood cells).

Assistance is needed because Leo's father looks very hit with the news that befell his son. This is not surprising because Leo is the only property he has after the departure of Leo's mother due to an accident two years ago.

As preparation for mentoring, James much to find out about leukemia, both from google and consult directly with the specialist who handles Leo. It turns out that leukemia has many types, and the cure rate also varies depending on the type.

After undergoing various examinations, it can be determined that the type of leukemia suffered by Leo is Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (LLA) which is a type of cancer that often occurs in children and adolescents. The exact cause is not yet known, but experts found that the disease is related to several risk factors such as genetics, immunology, environment, toxic materials, and exposure to viruses.

Fortunately, the cure rate of LLA is quite high, which is above 65%. The problem is the mental stress experienced by Leo's father during accompanying his son in the process of examination and therapy. Both processes are painful processes. Many complaints, groans, shouts, and cries experienced by this 5-year-old child.

Not to mention serious complications in the form of death which usually results from bleeding and infection. Bleeding can occur due to a low number of blood puck cells (thrombocytopenia) in the blood. While the infection occurs due to a weak immune system, due to the lack of mature white blood cells, or due to side effects of treatment.

There is an unforgettable father and son conversation by James while mentoring. The conversation began with a visit by James one morning.

"Good morning, Leo .... How are you today?" ask James at the time.

"Sickness, Om .... It's not good .." said Leo in a slightly limp tone.

"Leo just got chemotherapy, sir .." added Leo's father with a sad smile.

"Yes .... Is not good. But have to be patient .... Let it heal quickly, "please James.

"Yes, Om. It was injected, Leo ga nangis .... Leo just screamed a little bit as the needle went in. The one crying even Papa, Om. Funny yeah .." said Leo with a witty smile. Hearing that Leo's father smiled.

"Papa was sad to see Leo in pain. That's because Papa loves Leo so much, "James replied.

"Leo knows, Om. So unfortunately, Papa often crying to Leo do not stay Papa like Mama. Papa's lonely. That is said .... Sometimes Leo misses mom. If you die, Leo can meet you, right, Om?"

A question that punctured the heart of two adult men who were there. James listened to the plain questions that Leo asked. He was also confused as to how to react. On the other hand, Leo's father had already closed his eyes with his hands to hide his already well-wrenching tears.

"Leo not sad to see Papa lonely?" ask James.

"sad. Leo struggles to recover quickly. Leo prayed to the mother in heaven to be patient so that Leo could find Papa. Mama can figure it out, can't you, Om?" ask Leo again.

Tears must have inundated James's eyes. He did not expect the position to be reversed. Generally, sick children will be fussy, spoiled, and demand attention from their parents. But Leo was different, he steadfastly chose to face his illness and fight for the Father.

Hearing Leo's reply, the tears of the Father could no longer be held back. The man was in a hurry to excuse himself with the reason of wanting to go to the toilet.

After the death of his father, Leo said while grinning. "Tau ga, Om .... Papa was crying again .... Though Papa often said, men can't be whiny. But ever since Leo got sick, Papa's been a crybaby, Om ...."

"Betul said Papa, men are not allowed to cry. But there are times when men can also cry if there is a severe problem, like Papa Leo now. Hence, Leo must support Papa well .... Love Papa spirit! Mama Leo must not only understand, but also proud to see Leo as a strong and great child here. By the way Leo knows, what is the meaning of Leo's name?" ask James.

"Ga knows. What's up, Om?"

"Leo means lion. Are you a lion?" James asked back.

"You dong, Om! Leo is in school! The lion is strong, so it is called the king of the forest, Om.." replied Leo in a pretentious style.

James laughed and clapped. "Rubber! Same with Leo, right?"

"Yes dong ..." said Leo as he brandished his small thumb.

"Leo's great, isn't he, Lin?" james closed the story.

"Yes .." replied Celine with a smile.

Hearing Celine's short answer for the umpteenth time, made James stunned. "Tokay looks like Celine's lethargic? Is Celine having a problem? Or ... bosen heard the story of Bang James?" asked James with a wry smile.

"Ga really. Celine looks up to Bang James in a new work environment. Celine also shared the story of Bang James. There's a lot we can learn there" Celine replied.

"Is there really no problem?" asked James with a look.

"Take a. Gapapas. Bang James focused on Bang James' work, " said Celine with a smile.

Seeing that, James smiled and stroked the girl's cheek. "Thank you, Celine wants to understand and support Bang James. Bang James promised, if the orientation period ends in 2 months and Bang James is officially accepted there, then Bang James who immediately replaced the ngunjungin Celine and papa Celine. Patience again yeah ...."

"Yes .." said Celine as she held the hand of James stroking her face, hoping to gain the strength to cover up a bit of turmoil in her heart.
