The exact cause is not yet known, but experts found that the disease is related to several risk factors such as genetics, immunology, environment, toxic materials, and exposure to viruses.

Fortunately, the cure rate of LLA is quite high, which is above 65%. The problem is the mental stress experienced by Leo's father during accompanying his son in the process of examination and therapy. Both processes are painful processes. Many complaints, groans, shouts, and cries experienced by this 5-year-old child.

Not to mention serious complications in the form of death which usually results from bleeding and infection. Bleeding can occur due to a low number of blood puck cells (thrombocytopenia) in the blood. While the infection occurs due to a weak immune system, due to the lack of mature white blood cells, or due to side effects of treatment.
