Preparation

As an early stage, James had to become a PNS (Civil Servant) first. For this reason, James sought information about the terms and when the registration of CPNS (PNS Candidate) by BNN (National Narcotics Agency) was opened.

In addition to preparing the required documents, James also prepared himself for the initial selection test. The initial CPNS test he had to face was the Basic Competency Selection (SKD).

SKD consists of three question materials, namely TKP (Personal Characteristics Test), TIU (General Intelligence Test), and TWK (National Insights Test). In order to graduate, James learned a lot and searched for training questions both through the internet and buying guidebooks in bookstores.

After the SKD, James also had to prepare the SKB (Field Competency Selection) for the position of the first expert addiction counselor. There are 4 general competencies and 13 specific competencies that James must prepare and master.

So much for James to prepare in a relatively short period of time. There are still many stages that must be passed James to be able to become an addiction counselor. But right now, he is focusing on passing CPNS first.
