If in the examination the patient is found to be suffering from the disease, medical treatment is first carried out before the patient is sent to the rehabilitation unit. This is done to prevent the transmission of the disease to other patients or health workers. If the patient is confirmed safe from the disease, then clinical and psychological treatment in the rehabilitation unit begins.

Patients who are already addicted will use drugs continuously, every day, or even several times a day. Over time, the dose required increases.

These are the things that make it difficult for patients to escape from their dependence. They seem to enter into an endless vicious cycle, and usually the condition ends with the death of patients due to overdose.
