Days passed, but Devid's attitude still silenced Airin. Not much to say, even if there is talk it's just that. Airin was confused not knowing how to. Wanted to ask him directly he was afraid that Devid was angry with him. But he didn't want Devid to behave like that either. Devid's attitude makes Airin feel that Devid does not love him. Perhaps his care and kindness were just obligations because of their status.

At first Airin was flattered, because she thought Devid loved her. Treat it gently. He likes to hold Syfa and invite her to play. He often took him on a three-way street with Syfa, giving various kinds of gifts. Makes Airin feel pampered. Yesterday the sight of Devid's eyes implied the taste that made Airin's chest pounding. But now Devid no longer looks friendly. Even impressed indifferently. But as a wife, Airin continued to carry out his duties. Though Devid's attitude day by day is getting colder.

Devid is in his office at the hospital. After running errands to his doctor examining several patients, he seemed to sit daydreaming at his Meeja work. Devid also thought about his marriage to Airin. He realized that he was present after Shahdan and Airin loved each other. But now the status of the marriage that has been established whether Airin never thought about it. Devid thinks Airin is only pretending to accept their marriage. Maybe because he just wanted to please his father and mother. Devid was really disappointed.

Because after all, he has a heart and a feeling. He did not want to dissolve in this unclear relationship.

"tock..tok...tok..." The sound of knocking on the door.

"Yes, come in.." Answer Devid from within. A nurse came inside. Once allowed it.

"Sorry Doc, there was a man leaving this. He said to Doctor Devid. Important." Said the nurse, handing her a brown envelope. After Devid received it, the nurse came out.

Devid opened the envelope. He was curious about the contents. Because there is no explanation of the sender. Inside the envelope were several photographs. Devid's face immediately changed after seeing the photo. Photo by Airin and Syahdan. In the photo it looks the closeness of Shahdan and Airin. Both of them are clearly displayed. The faces of the two were radiant with their sweet smiles.

Devid's jaw was hardened, his blood was boiling. His hands clenched squeezing the photo. What does all this mean. Who sent this photo to him. But, Devid believes all this is his goal so that his eyes are more open with his wife's relationship with his best friend. Devid slammed everything on the table. He really wanted to vent his anger. His heart was completely filled with anger. Several times Devid hit the table. His hands that had turned blue did not hurt one bit. Because his heart was so much sick.

"drrrrrttt...dddrr.ttt....." Cellphone's ringing. There's a call from Dr. Kevin. Devid answered.

"Hallo Doctor Devid. I need your help right now Doc. Mr. Firdaus his health is declining. Looks like the plan of action of yesterday's operation must be done immediately. There's no other way, Doc. The family agreed too." Doctor Kevin's voice seemed very worried.

Devid was reminded of the condition of their patient Mr. Firdaus. Indeed, it has been a few days ago Devid suggested to immediately perform surgery for his disease. But because the Operation to be undertaken including a major Operation, the family still disagreed.

"I just came out of Mr. Firdaus's room. If you can tonight, the operation must be done Doc. " Said Doctor Kevin.

"alright.. You prepare everything. I'll be right into the Operations room soon." Answer Devid. And the phone connection ended

Although Doctor Devid's mood is bad. He can't not go into this operation. Maghrib prayer watu arrived, Devid intends to pray first while calming himself briefly. Devid gave everything to his Lord. He cried for God's guidance. So that there is a solution to all the problems.

Finished fulfilling his religious obligations, Devid prepared to head to the Operation Room. Because Doctor Kevin and the team are ready to be there. Devid took a deep breath.. He's trying to be professional. This is his job. He must be able to separate his personal affairs from his work.

Before entering the Operation Room, in front of Devid's door was blocked by members of Mr. Firdaus's family. Mr. Firdaus is quite a distinguished person in this city. Mr. Firdaus's wife requested that Devid save her husband.

"A lot of do'a yes ma'am, I just run my duty. The one who gives healing is God.. So the mother and the child must ask for healing for the Father only to God. I will do my job as well as possible. God willing." Devid said to calm the wife of Mr. Firdaus who looked very sad with the state of her husband.

"The doctor must cure our Papa. If this operation fails then I will prosecute the Doctor to the Court." Said one of Father Firdaus's sons. He was a very influential person in the government. And from the beginning of Mr. Firdaus in the care of this Hospital, his son is always a lot of demands and objections.

"I will do my job better, sir. God willing." Devid answered by keeping his smile. Then immediately enter the operating room.

Devid then undergoes sterile first, before starting the operation. Assisted by the nurse on duty, Devid wears the attributes of his duty attire. Dr. Kevin and Dr. Adrian are waiting inside. Mr. Firdaus is also on the Operating table ready for action.

"Bismillah..." Devid. And then the operation began. Devid keeps trying to stay calm, he has to focus on his work. But suddenly the shadow of Airin was hugging with Shahdan back across his head.

"Doctors don't hold that one, it can be fatal later..." Doctor Adrian's voice surprised him.
