Ethan's Guilt

Ethan steps into his room where when he opens the door, Zoya is there and changing clothes. Ethan looks at the woman calmly but Zoya ignores him. She just mendiran her husband while she quickly movement immediately put on sleep wear that she has taken from the wardrobe.

"I don't want to talk about anything." Zoya said quickly.

"Zoy, listen to me first." asked Ethan but Zoya did not care. Once after wearing his sleep wear he prefers to pass to the exit after grabbing a black cadrigan. Leaving Ethan in the room, the man just stared indecisively. Sighs resignedly with eyes that stare at Zoya's aaki steps that come out of the room.

Ethan steps into the bathroom but grabs his cell phone and calls someone.

"Hello, I want to tell you a story."

Zoya carves her smile as she descends the stairs and meets Freya. The woman also smiled back to welcome Zoya.

"Mother dinner?" he asked, Freya immediately nodded.walking towards the dining table, Zoya tailed behind him. The dinner menu is neatly arranged on the table with some of the side dishes that Zoya sees are Ethan's favorite food, as well as Zoya's favorite food.

Zoya looks at Freya who is arranging her housekeeper about some more menus that are still in the kitchen. Zoya unconsciously carved a smile with her own eyes. Why does she have such a good mother-in-law and love her so much? It feels like Zoya's life has been so perfect just with the presence of her husband and in-laws.

"Ethan, here eat." Freya's voice made her look back where Etan appeared from there, the man smiled at her. But alas, Zoya still looked at him without any expression.

Ethan's face looks like he doesn't mind. He walked towards the dining table and sat down next to the chair that Zoya was going to sit on.

"Please sit down" said Freya resuscitated the woman but Zoya looked hesitant, reluctant to sit next to the husband but she thought again, the man was so good to her. Maybe Zoya should not over-treat her mother-in-law's favorite son, maybe she should not be too angry with Ehtan.

After Zoya thought over and over, what Ethan said a while back in the car, the man said very gently and understandingly. Not offend him at all.

Maybe because Zoya's feelings are sensitive so she feels offended and thinks Ethan does not want to have children with her. Zoya knows her husband.

"Let Mother alone, you sit and eat quietly, eat a lot okay?" her speech finally made Zoya only able to nod her head.

While elsewhere, Selin was enjoying the watermelon fruit that had just been provided by her husband. At seven o'clock in the evening, he was watching television in the main room of the house while Randy had just emerged from the kitchen after washing his dirty hands as soon as he finished peeling and cutting watermelon.

The man then sat down next to Selin after Selin thrust a piece of watermelon at him, the man sighed then chewed the watermelon. She spread her hands on the shoulder of the sofa, Selin of course looked at her in surprise.

"What's wrong?" selin asked, seeing her husband's chaotic look.

"So Mr. Ethan called." said Randy briefly, Selin was still staring at him, waiting for the husband to continue the sentence. "She's proposed to Zoya's mother to adopt a child, but yes ..., Zoya–"

"Zoya angry?" selin asked quickly ahead of Randy. He knows Zoya or how the character of the woman is very irritable, especially the problem of children is very sensitive for the woman lately.

Randy nods his head to justify his wife's guess, recalling Ethan's tone of voice so sad when he told him about it, he realized clearly Zoya would reject the proposal about adopting a child.

That woman must have been more willing to take care of her own child than anyone else's, moreover, the fans will surely wonder about the reason why Zoya would prefer to adopt a child rather than have her own child, the woman will certainly be more depressed to imagine it.

Selin was unable to speak afterwards, he just remained silent with his hand wiping the flat surface of his stomach.

Ethan looked over with a faint smile on his lips. "I'm talking to Arial and Aluna again." the answer Ethan gave made Zoya pause for a moment, the woman is drawn to sit next to Ethan, especially when the man points at an empty spot next to her.

Zoya sat down immediately. It's like forgetting what happened this afternoon when Zoya had a great argument with Ethan. The liquid atmosphere was immediately created when Ethan just stretched out his hand and grabbed his shoulder making Zoya lean her head on the husband's chest.

The stars scattered over the sky made the two people fixated to keep staring there. It was as if they were staring at each other with Ariel and Aluna up there.

Zoya smiled before finally asking her husband. "What are you talking about?" Ethan turned his head, as the two looked at each other.

"I said that their mother was angry and I don't know how I can apologize anymore" the man said casually.

"I'm afraid of Zoya" she added, Zoya just looked at her and waited for Ethan to continue.

"I'm afraid because I've made you sad. Ariel and Aluna will also be angry with me." continued the man again who was able to make Zoya start smiling with teary eyes.

"Keep what did they say?" zoya asked with a drop of tears falling on her cheek, giving Ethan a creek with his thumb.

"They didn't say anything, maybe they were angry." Ethan's answer this time made Zoya laugh with tears in her eyes. Since when did her husband make a joke like this?

"Zoya, maybe every time I have to apologize to you." Ethan opened his voice again, his eyes looked so serious that it made the woman speechless to look at her husband. Ethan's outstretched hand wiped away the tears on Zoya's smooth cheek.

"Everything I do, I feel like I've failed in making you happy, I always feel guilty when I see you grieve."

"How can I make you feel like you're not failing?" zoya asks, clearly she does not want her husband to constantly feel like that, when in reality Ethan is already very perfect for her.
