The clear blue sky and the blue sea water looked so clear. The wind gently wafting to greet the skin, the humans passing by with a rowdy sound that was blown by the wind, was the perfect blend of scenery that made Naina feel at home to linger and enjoy it.
The girl wants to take a walk down the beach and knows a lot about the Maldives, but Ethan seems reluctant to do so. Because the man just stayed in the room without caring about what his wife wanted.
Honestly Naina felt sad remembering that. It seems like he was the only one on his honeymoon. Ethan is not.
A gust of wind blew her hair away, Naina flushed her hair back. He began to feel hot under the hot sun so he chose to move from there, Naina remembered if he had been outside long enough.
Her tiny legs stepped back to the hotel with her head bowed, occasionally making her accidentally bump into the shoulder of another person who was passing by the beach.
"Sorry, sorry" he said as he hit several women with reddish whites, especially when they were sunburned.
"Sorry," he said once again as they simply stared at him without reaction. Making the girl step back and once again bump into someone else, this time a man. Her hard body makes Naina fall into a slump on warm white sand.
"Are you crazy?" the man looked emotional as his drink spilled. Naina just stayed in her place, not understanding what the man before her said.
"Why are you walking backwards when so many other people are here?"
Naina is only able to stay still, she does not understand the man's intentions, but most definitely she knows enough if the man is scolding her because he walked backwards and accidentally hit her.
"I'm sorry sir, she's my wife. He didn't do it on purpose." Naina is still silent even when Ethan comes at the right time to save her from the chaotic situation.
"Let me change the drink" Ethan said.
Furthermore, Naina did not listen to what Ethan with the Caucasian man discussed because Naina did not understand at all. But the two shake hands before the reddish-white man leaves with Ethan.
Naina only bowed her gaze as Ethan sighed, knowing that her husband was currently staring at her. But before long, as the man pulls her away, Naina steps up and follows behind Ethan.
But before that, the man said. "Next time be careful."
"Yes, sorry."
Ethan momentarily nailed to hear an apology coming out of the girl, yet he only sighed and shook his head.
Moments later, they were both on the balcony of the hotel. Ethan in a white T-shirt and his wet hair after he took a daytime shower to ward off his sultry after sunbathing on the beach while watching Naina a while ago, a small white towel was still draped over his shoulder while wiping his hair.
Ethan has no interest in taking a walk and enjoying his honeymoon with Naina. But when Naina came out of the hotel room, she also came out and watched the girl from a distance. Ethan does not want the girl to make him bother if something happens to him because of Naina's ignorance and carelessness later.
Evidently when the girl accidentally hit a bule man while walking backwards. Ethan shook his head remembering that. He turned his attention to Naina who was staring at the sea view with her hands resting on the balcony barrier.
Ethan does the same, focuses his hands on the balcony barrier and stares at the object that has caught Naina's attention since they arrived in the Maldives.
Naina looked at the man for a moment. Makes her think if perhaps it would be better if she did not have to accept Zoya's proposal for a honeymoon with Ethan.
If he were in Indonesia, in Ethan and Zoya's magnificent home, it would be much better. He must be cleaning up the house rather than being with Ethan in such an awkward situation right now.
"You want to go for a walk?" Naina turned her head as Ethan asked. The man was staring at him, when Naina just kept quiet Ethan asked again. "You want to go for a walk?"
"Sir Ethan doesn't have to bother–"
"No fuss, if you want we can go for a walk later." Ethan interrupted quickly. He sensed that Naina must be very curious and want to go for a walk where they enjoy their honeymoon.
"But I want to sleep for a while, you get ready first, wake me up when it's over!" his instructions, the handsome man immediately passed even when Naina had not given any response.

Elsewhere, somewhere else, Rival, who was sitting in a long chair in the yard next to his house, was thinking about his last visit to Ethan's house with Zoya, where he did not find Naina there.
Rival stared at his phone, Naina's contact was already plastered on the screen but he felt hesitant to press the phone icon. To be honest Rival wanted to just hear the girl's voice and ask her about the news.
Moreover, the chat he sent to Naina got no reply after the girl read it. Making Rival's feelings restless, he feels disturbed and appreciative if Naina does not care about him.
"Mas–" Vina who happened to be looking for the whereabouts of her first son to invite him to talk after the man came home from his escape frowned when she found Rival who was daydreaming beside the yard. He had been looking for his son everywhere, apparently Rival was there.
Slowly with slow steps, Vina stepped her feet to approach the son. Patting his son's shoulders gently made Rival turn his head. She grabbed Vina's hand on her shoulder, smiling gently as she looked at her mother as she arrived.
"What are you daydreaming about, Mas?" he asked, Rival slightly shifted his position so that Vina could sit beside him. As soon as the mama sat down, Rival shook his head in response to the question Vina asked.
"Didn't daydream anything." she replied later.
"Mama knows you, Mum. You don't lie."
This time Rival chuckled a little. He took Vina and put their cheeks together. Vina clenched the man's waist tightly. No matter how mature his first son was, for him Rival was still his little angel who was a complement to his family with Rayn before Rafa and Davika were present in their midst. But, after Rival's two sisters were present, Vina and Rayn's affection did not change at all.
All her children received the same amount of affection.
"Where is your escape? Mama hope after this you just stay here. No need to go abroad again, no need to go here and there. Mama doesn't like to see it." said Vina, Rival just listened with a serious face.
"Don't you like it when I come here?"
"Yes, my mom doesn't like it."
"So Mama likes me how?" asked Rival who momentarily made Vina peck in place. He looked deeply at the son, of course it provoked Rival's astonishment until the man knitted his eyebrows to look at the Mama, Rival felt suspicious until then Vina's soft hand landed on his left cheek.
"Mama likes it when you get married and married."
"Mama prefers to be married and happy." Just like other mothers in general, Vina also wants a daughter-in-law present in the middle of her family. Moreover, Rival's age was ripe to build a household ark.
Rival stared at Vina's resignation. "It seems a little difficult, Ma" he replied after being silent for quite a while.
"Then you obey Papa to be known to the children of his coworkers." proposed Vina who immediately got a rejection from Rival with a headband.
"All Papa's co-workers are good, Mas. His son must be good too."
"No, that's not the case, Ma. But I'm there." she replied without hesitation. Vina momentarily fell silent to digest what her son was saying. Until he sharpened his eyebrows and asked for certainty from the ambiguous Rival. Rival was only able to nod in convincing the mother.
"When do you want to be brought home and be known to Mama and Papa?" asked Vina, looking impatient.
Rival smiled slanted this time, making Vina even more curious especially after Rival opened his voice. "Mom knows him, Papa knows him too. We know him."
