Nayla kneels her calves and shoulders by hitting her with her hands.
Haelaan breathed as if showing his current exhaustion.
Calista looked at her mother from where she was studying at the moment. He sighed when he saw his mother who looked very tired.
He walked towards his mother and said,
"It looks like Mama is not suitable to work on the plantation. Usually Mama stands and walks for hours following tourists everywhere never tired like this."
Nayla smiled at her daughter's words. Then he said,
"You're right. Mama never tired when doing that, but now Mama feels very tired. Is Mama getting old?"
Nayla deliberately makes jokes so that Calista does not feel guilty and burdened.
"It is true that Mama has grown older, so therefore Mama does not need to be able to work on a very large plantation. Caca will help you work while Caca's school is off. And Mama is forbidden to protest," Calista said in his strict style.
"But Ca, Mama still–"
"No protest!" firmly Calista.
After that he immediately returned to his study and continued to study.
Nayla looks on with pity on Calista who should be able to live with her parents.
Suddenly Nayla remembered their current residence. He just remembered if starting tomorrow they had to pay rent for the month. Because their daily rent is only up to this day.
At a time like this, she remembered her husband. And at that very moment she remembered the voice of the woman who received her call when she called her husband's phone.
Nayla took her breath back. It feels very heavy what he is facing right now.
However, he had promised himself to get through it all and fight for the princess' happiness.
"Ma, Caca is done. Let's go to sleep now" Calista said as he tidied up the books he had just learned.
Nayla got up from her seat. He walked up to Calista and grabbed her shoulder as he walked into their room.
...----------------...
In other places, today is also very heavy experienced by Devan. He had to come to the city to take care of his work which he had for a few days abandoned.
Not only that. Devan also met with her lawyer that day to take care of her divorce with Liana.
He had strengthened his intention to divorce his wife. The more he came here he did not know his wife. Everything he knew about his wife made him even more convinced to divorce her.
He read the file in his hand. He suddenly sighed and said,
"Huufffftttt... If I do this much work, when can I finish it? I want to quickly return to the village. Nayla and Caca must be lonely there. Nor do they have a brother or anyone to help him if he needs help."
Instantly he put back the file he was carrying and closed the map again.
After that, he moved from his seat. He intended to return to the village that night as well. Unfortunately, his eyes were fixed on the collision map which became a report of several cafes and other businesses. He sighed and sat back in his chair.
"It looks like I have to do everything before I go back to the village" Devan muttered as he reopened the map containing the report file.
It turns out that Devan's busyness made him not have time to send news to Nayla. He was too focused to finish immediately all the work that was waiting for him.
Unknowingly, he fell asleep at his desk with a map and a report file he was working on.
The next day, Devan was still busy with his work. Even he forgot about his new project in the city center. The new cafe will do a grand opening today.
Devan will not invite Liana to attend the opening of his new cafe. He is reluctant to meet the woman who will soon become his ex-wife.
Devan was at his new cafe all day. He was very busy entertaining guests who were his guests of honor. Until he forgets his desire to immediately go to the village to meet Nayla and Calista.
As of now, she had just done her morning activity for jogging around her office.
When he finished cleaning his body, Devan returned to his desk to continue his work.
Suddenly his phone shook. He immediately grabbed the phone that was next to him.
He sighed heavily when he saw the name of the caller on his phone screen.
Devan was reluctant and lazy to pick up the phone. It's just that he couldn't possibly ignore it because Devan felt that their business wasn't done yet.
Come to the address that I sent through the message to retrieve the divorce papers that I have signed, Liana said by phone.
With a heavy heart he obeyed the orders of his wife. Not because he was reluctant to divorce his wife. But somehow his heart felt reluctant to obey his wife's orders.
Devan immediately set off towards the address Liana had given him. It turned out that the address was a cafe not far from Nayla's house.
Devan's phone vibrated from inside his pants. Soon he took the phone and answered the call.
Go inside the cafe and meet the person sitting at table number four. I leave something to her, Liana told Devan.
With his heavy footsteps and his breath that seemed very reluctant, Devan entered the cafe.
Devan's eyes circled the entire room in the cafe. And he only found a man in the room sitting at table number four, exactly the same as what Liana said.
Devan's forehead frowned when he saw an unknown man at table number four was enjoying his coffee. In his heart Devan said,
Who her? Is he the lawyer from Liana who's taking care of our divorce?
Devan's phone is shaking again. Devan immediately picked up his phone after learning of the phone call from Liana.
Come to table number four. Meet the man right now, Liana orders her husband back.
Devan immediately approached table number four after Liana ended her phone call.
"Sorry sir, I was ordered by Liana to meet the Father who was waiting at table number four" Devan said politely to the man.
The forehead of the man sitting on the table chair number four frowned at Devan's words.
He took the number of the table that stood on his desk. His forehead again frowned to see the table number in accordance with the table number said by Devan. Then he said,
"Sorry, who are you? I also don't know the name of the woman you mentioned."
Devan is confused. In his heart he cursed his stupidity for simply obeying his wife's orders. And he cursed his wife in his heart for daring to toy with her.
"I'm sorry, I'm just following his orders. He said he left something to you" Devan told him not to misunderstand him.
"Oh, maybe this map. There was a woman who left it to me. Emmm... I'm sorry, what's your name? I don't want to be wrong to give a leave from someone even though I don't know him" the man said, showing the map he was carrying.
"I'm Devan. Devan Aldiansyah Putra," Devan replied firmly.
The man nodded his head and handed the map in his hand to Devan, saying,
"I think it's for you."
Devan accepted the map and said,
"thank you. Excuse me now."
The man nodded his head and let Devan leave.
Liana watched Devan and the man at table number four from her car parked right in front of the cafe. He could clearly see what was happening inside the cafe from the glass windows that surrounded the cafe.
"Open up! Open up! Open me up and say!" liana exclaimed from inside her car with her cruel gaze and every word filled with hatred.
