Not Intentionally Cheating
Chapter 10 Keyla and Nayla

It has been one month that Calista attended a school chosen by Bayu. And one month Calista lived in the dorm. He never whines at Nayla. Even Nayla always contacted him to ask about his condition and his days there.

Calista was very happy to be in one room with Keyla. Even his achievements are getting better because Keyla who is his upperclassman always helps Calista to learn every day.

Keyla is an only child, just like Calista who also became an only child because his father did not want to have children again.

Those who are both only children really want the presence of a brother who can be invited to play, joke and share complaints. That's why Keyla considers Calista as her sister and Calista thinks of Keyla as her sister.

“Mama, Caca's math test got an A,” Calista told Nayla who was making a video call with her.

Did ya? What Mama said, you can definitely get perfect grades if you study hard, really, Nayla responds to her son's words while cooking and occasionally looks up at the laptop that shows Calista getting ready for school.

“Mama and Papa must be proud of Caca,” said Calista proudly.

Definitely dong. Mama is very proud of you, dear, said Nayla with a smile looking at the laptop screen.

“Sure dong, I'm so proud of myself,” Calista said as she rubbed her head gently like her mother when praising her.

“Caca..

Suddenly there is the voice of a girl who invites Calista to go to school.

Is that Keyla? nayla asked when she saw a cute girl who was taller than Calista by wearing the same school uniform as Calista and carrying a backpack on her back.

“Iya Ma, this is Kak Keyla,” Calista replied as she moved closer to Keyla.

“Kak Key, that's my Mama,” Calista told Keyla while pointing at a laptop screen that showed Nayla's pretty face.

“Good morning Aunt. I'm Keyla. It's worth Keyla is beautiful, it turns out her mother is beautiful,” Keyla said with a smile on Nayla.

Nayla chuckles at Keyla's praise. He saw a sweet smile on Keyla's lips. His smile was so sincere, that he wanted to know her.

Thank you dear. Keyla is beautiful too. Next time we meet, Auntie will treat Keyla a nice meal as a thank you to Keyla. And please tell Papa you because you have invited Caca to play football, said Nayla while paying close attention to the face of Keyla.

“Udah yuk Kak, we leave,” Calista said as she pulled Keyla's hand without turning off her laptop and left without saying goodbye to her mother.

Nayla smiled at her son's very cheerful and very excited attitude this morning. He forgot his mother who was talking to him.

After that she turned off her laptop and prepared food for her husband who was going home later. He prepared a portion of the side dish that was placed in a storage box and put in the refrigerator.

Usually before eating, her husband would warm her himself using a microwave.

It had become their habit when Nayla also worked and did not go home because she was traveling a long distance.

Nayla is desperate to quit her job, she is eager to become a truly existing housewife for her son and husband. But what power, she couldn't do all that because her husband didn't support her.

This week Keyla and Calista took a walk in one of the city's largest malls. They want to buy books in the biggest bookstore in the Mall. Unfortunately, Keyla forgot that she had not received any remittances from her Papa.

His father always sends money to Keyla through Anita's mother. And Keyla forgets that she hasn't asked her papa to send her the money back.

However, unbeknownst to Devan, Keyla has a debit card given by her mother to her. During this time Keyla did not use it because his mother told him if the money in the account for Keyla's tuition later if it was time.

Did I just borrow money from that savings? Anyway Mama said if the savings were for my education costs later. It might not matter if I used it just a little bit to buy this book, Keyla said in her heart as she flipped through the book she was holding.

“Kak Key, did you buy the book? I'm done, brother. Let's pay,” asks Calista who was suddenly near Keyla.

“Eh, i-iya, come,” Keyla replied nervously in shock and she was still thinking about the money she would use to pay for the book.

Put them in the bookstore. Calista paid for the book he bought. After that he stepped out of the front of the cashier to give Keyla a chance to pay for the book he was going to buy.

Keyla sighed as she was about to hand over to the cashier the debit card she had taken from her wallet. In his heart he prayed that his mother would not know if he used just a few tens of thousands to buy the book he so desperately needed.

“Kak Key, Caca hungry. We buy food first before going home,” said Calista while holding Keyla's hand.

“Ca, is it not better we just go home? Anyway we can eat in the dorm after arriving,” said Keyla hesitated and felt bad for Calista.

“Kak Key take it easy, Caca who paid for the food because Mama told me to buy Kak Key a good meal as a thank you for all the kindness Kak Key had on Caca,” said Calista while smiling broadly at Keyla.

Keyla seemed to think for a while because she wanted to tease Calista who with a pleading face was whining to him so Keyla would obey her wishes.

“Emmm. Let's find a good place to eat,” Keyla said with a big smile and pulled Calista's hand to immediately walk after him.

Suddenly a ringing sound came from Keyla's phone. He stopped his steps, and Calista stopped his steps.

Keyla immediately took her phone out of her pants pocket, hoping that her papa would contact her as usual.

However, his smile instantly disappeared when he saw the name on his phone screen. The name rarely contacted him. You could say you never contacted him.

His hand shook with fear as he was about to press the green button on his phone screen. But he could not avoid it because if he did not pick up the phone, he could be sure the caller would be more angry with him.

And the one he feared the most was if the caller was angry with him. He will not be allowed to return to his home and will not be allowed to see his family.

“Ha-hello... Ma-Mama,” Keyla said in a voice that shook with fear.

Braaaaac!!!
