Amelia felt uncomfortable looking at the cold gaze from David. Amelia thought this was what was going to happen. There was no way David would welcome his arrival with such joy. That was why Amelia previously did not dare to return, even at this moment. Had it not been for Alex's words, Amelia would have really run away.

“What right can you come back and leave as you please?!” jolt David.

“I-I thought you weren't so happy about my return.”

“Although I am not happy with your presence around me, even though I hate you, you still have no right to leave me before I expel you!”

Amelia did not understand David's words: whether the man wanted her to leave or not. Suddenly David pulls Amelia's shoulder, so Amelia faces him.

“You are mine! You are still mine! Even if you don't like me, you're still mine! Although someone gave you a higher offer, you are still mine before I sold you!”

“Da-david ...” Amelia still did not understand what David said.

“You shouldn't have gone from me.” Suddenly David lowered his voice intonation. That voice sounded more like despair. “I let you go without being with me just to please you, not to let you leave me. Even though I know that you're mine, if you can't leave before I kick you out, I still do a lot of things to please you, to keep you comfortable with me. “Why should I get hurt? Kissing you is not a bad thing for me. If I'm gonna get hurt when you kiss me, there's no way I'm gonna let you have me. I am yours. So why—“

David immediately kissed Amelia until Amelia's words were cut off. Unlike Amelia's previous kisses, David's kiss was rougher and more demanding. Her longing all this time made her want to finish off Amelia's mouth right now. David would not do that. Compared to that wish, she wanted to feel Amelia's lips more every day.
