34. SEASON 2: The Truth

“Om,” call David when he gets there. Apparently Dagel was really there. His uncle was a hard worker.

“What's up, David? Why don't you just call me and come here instead?” ask Dagel wonder. I saw a different face of David.

“Who really is Sofia?” ask David.

“A-what do you mean? Isn't Sofia Rico's wife?” Dagel was being stupid.

“Jawab to be honest, Om!” jolt David. “I already know that the one with Rico is Amelia, Liaku. Then where's Sofia? Did mom kill him?”

Apparently there was no truth that Dagel could hide. David knew everything. I don't know what happened after his death. Everything's getting messy.

“Sister never killed Sofia,” replied Dagel honestly.

David kicked the table. Brak! “Mama is gone, Om. So there's no point defending her anymore!”

“Indeed not the sister who killed Sofia!” dagel Strict. “But I ...”

David flabbergasted. Usually what Dagel did was the command of Mula.

“When you arrive in Indonesia to look for Amelia, my sister actually told me to eliminate Amelia first. But I killed Sofia wrongly. Sofia is the only family Amelia has. Amelia came to Indonesia to live with her.”

“Om ... how can you do that?!” furious David. He's really desperate.

Dagel immediately came out of his desk. He stood beside David. Then sit on the floor. His gaze lowered as it did not dare to stare at the fiery David.

“No need. They were together in heaven anyway.”

“A-what do you mean?” Dagel.

“Where did Om kill Sofia?” David replaced the topic.

“Why suddenly ...”

“What Om still has no shame in asking that?!” jolt David.

“I told my men to kill him in a deserted place. They kill Sofia in a forest near a village. I don't know how they killed him. Even I just found out that Sofia was the one who died there" said Dagel.

After hearing that, David turned around to rush off to go there. However, Dagel held him back with a question, “Ke-where are you going?”

David turned again towards Dagel. “Don't think of me!” David pointed his index finger at Dagel. “Think of Om yourself! Regret the crimes Om has committed for mom. Don't forget to stop by the police station for a few years. Otherwise, your two children will not even be able to attend school comfortably,” threatened David.

“Da-David ..” Dagel tried to hold David back again, but David was gone. No one can save him anymore. Especially if the two young children are stuck.

With his current circumstances, David could not drive his own car. He called the driver to drive him to the forest. He's been walking around there for a long time. He became restless. He hopes to find Amelia soon, but not in a lifeless state. Unfortunately hope is only hope. From the top of the ravine, David saw the carcass that was already burning down there.
