My Obsessive Boyfriend's

My Obsessive Boyfriend's
2. An Invitation

Damnit damnit!

The misadventure really hit Amelia, but not inflicted by her boss, Emma, or the woman, it was Amelia herself who pulled it. Before the woman came out with her boss, Amelia came straight out of the restaurant.

The woman was right. Amelia is stupid. If Amelia didn't just come out, it could be that her boss didn't fire her even though she had already complained. If even her boss had actually fired her, at least Amelia could have begged for her boss to give her another chance. Now that opportunity is gone.

Not far from where he works—meaning his former place of work—Amelia just remembered that he came out of that place empty-handed. He came with a bag. Amelia is in a dilemma. Should he go back to pick up the bag or ignore it for his pride?

Although Amelia did not have any fancy objects, she still had some important objects inside the bag. Amelia could ignore the money and go home on foot. However, all that is useless if he can not get into the house because the key is left behind.

Damnit damnit! Amelia really had to thicken her face.

Amelia turned back to work. Just a few times his feet stepped, his vision was attracted to the object lying on the road. Amelia ducked to take it.

“Invitation?” muttered.

Amelia checked the invitation. It was an invitation to a party housed in a luxury hotel. Amelia smiled faintly at him. “Until anytime a person like me won't be able to enter it,” murmured again. Then he threw it in a nearby trash can.

Arriving at the restaurant where he works, it looks like the place is crowded with customers. It also seems that Emma is starting to be overwhelmed to serve them. Sure oes. Another waiter just came out. The remaining servants had to fill that void.

Amelia did not want to pay attention to the work of others any longer. He just wanted to rush out of that place. However, his steps stopped once more as a paper bag was left on the only empty table there. Amelia remembered that the bag belonged to the woman earlier. He picked up the bag and saw clothes in it.

“Amelia!”

Amelia closed the bag and turned around. He hid the bag behind his back.

“Oh, Em-Emma ..” says Amelia found Emma in front of her.

“What are you doing?” asked Emma in a cold tone.

“Oh, a-I .. want to take my bag. It was left behind,” replied Amelia stuttered.

After Emma left, Amelia breathed a sigh of relief. He glanced back towards the paper bag. Then he took the bag to his boss's room.

“I heard you just made a mess,” said boss Amelia.

Amelia. “I'm sorry for that.” He's sorry.

“I've cleared up the mess,” added boss Amelia.

“Thank you,” says Amelia.

“Actually, I hate carelessness. But since you've worked hard beyond your peers, I'll give you one more chance.”

Immediately Amelia raised her head and was flabbergasted. “Means?”

“Back to work. This is your last chance. Use as best as you can.”

She filled Amelia's face. His day filled with misfortune, did not seem as bad as he thought. After giving her many thanks, Amelia rushed to her drawer to store the paper bag and prepared for work.

However, before he closed the drawer, he was a little curious about the contents of the paper bag. He went to the toilet so no one would catch him. Inside the toilet, Amelia found the bag contained a long, beautiful white dress.

Amelia could easily guess that the dress was not a cheap dress. Finding the dress, Amelia becomes reminded of the party invitation she threw away earlier. With such a fancy dress, no one would suspect her. This could be his chance to have some fun just once. Throughout his life he has worked hard and suffered alone.

After putting the bag into her drawer, Amelia came out of the restaurant to find the invitation. Unfortunately, he had forgotten where the trash can he threw the invitation to was, so he searched for it from one trash can to another. He became very nervous because the opportunity was probably only one time in his lifetime.

Today, Amelia has come out of her first artificial misfortune. He hoped that he would also be able to get out of his second misfortune.
