15. An Offer 1

Amelia looks up. He finds Emma nearby. “Emmaaaa ...,” Amelia whining. “What have I done?” Amelia hugged Emma.

Emma returned Amelia's embrace. “Sabar, Lia,” said while wiping Lia's hair like a mother. “I understand that you will be hit because of this.”

“I shouldn't have done that.”

Emma took Amelia's embrace off her. Then he sat down next to Amelia.

“At first it may be heavy, but you will get used to it,” Emma said comfortingly.

“I wouldn't do that if he didn't mention me *******. I can't accept that,” explained Amelia.

“You should be able to accept it because the boss will definitely give you the appropriate bonus.”

“Bonus? For what?” ask Amelia. His face was no longer sad. He became astonished.

“I just want Miss Amelia to serve me,” said David haughtily. He folded both his hands on his chest.

“Ta-but she is busy,” reply the woman.

“Then you're not busy?”

The woman was silent. It seems he is thinking. Before long, he replied, “Alright.” Then he turned around and went to approach Amelia.

David's gaze followed the woman's steps. He saw that the woman had actually met Amelia. The woman whispered so that Amelia turned her head towards David. David smiled wily at him.
