For a while the three of them were still stuck. It seemed like the three of them had not expected to meet there. Surprise did not stop there, not long after, from the car came another man with a large height, then he looked back at us.
“Come! Or I leave you here!” a firm scream from the man from the side of the car, the three of us turned to him.
“See you at home. I go first!” he smiled and went back to his car.
The car left us. Darren and I just threw each other a glance.
“You know them?” asked Darren who I answered with a nod of the head. We continue the path.
“Waahh,, your connection is good too. That was Dave Narendra Oxley, the successful entrepreneur who became our campus partner. But I don't know who the guy that came near?” was Darren pointed at the car that had passed in front of us.
“That's his sister, Davis Narendra Oxley” replied Narita.
“Waahhh nice dong, Na! I want to research in their company, it's easier if you know them”
“I'm just a nanny at their residence. Don't expect too much even though we know each other.” Narita smiled raising her lips.
“Yaa yes, I know. I worked as an intern there, which I heard from employees that Dave Narendra Oxley was tough, hard, cold, and scary. He is very respected. But I just met him in person!”
“You meet often at his house?” ask Darren again and I answer with a headband.
“OK, see you later, Darren. Bye!” I arrived first in the parking lot of my bike and said goodbye to him. We also split up.
Meanwhile, in a separate place, in a luxury car, Davis seemed to be smiling to himself.
“Why are you smiling?” dave asked without turning to Davis, while Davis who felt his name was immediately turned to Dave.
“Gakpa. I don't know why I'm happy to meet Narita” Davis replied.
“You are not a child anymore who must every time I advise. You are old enough to determine your attitude. No need I talk much more.” advice Dave firmly in every emphasis.
Davis let out a long sigh and only nodded weakly in agreement with her brother's words. Dave said that because he only reminded Davis that he already had a fiance, it was not appropriate for a man who would soon be married to even think of another woman.
For a while, a quiet atmosphere occurred in the car. Davis finally started the conversation.
“Kak, I decided to learn to manage a company in Australia. Can I join your company?” davis asked Dave who was staring at his iPad.
“For what? Didn't I ask you to stay here, you refused? You said you wanted to accompany Mommy Daddy in the UK?” dave said without seeing Davis.
“I think I'm more suitable here. If I miss Indonesia, it's closer to home from here than from England” Davis reason.
“You're not looking for excuses, are you?”
“If need be I continue my study here!”
“Inget Vis's. Soon you get married, your wife is an opa confidant who currently holds a company in the UK. Where might he allow him to move to Australia while here the company is very stable under my leadership!”
“Do not say ‘istri’ brother, we are newly engaged.” Elak Davis's.
“Whatever, the point is I don't mind, but you try to discuss it first with opa, Mommy and Daddy first!” say Dave then.
Davis seemed to be thinking quite hard. He let out a long breath and then threw it away violently. That's right what Dave said. Her fiance is her op-ed confidant. He is believed to hold one of the subsidiaries in the UK so it is predictable that his opinion will certainly oppose his plan. If Davis and his fiancee are married, it is possible that the option allows husband and wife to live separately in 2 countries.
-- Afternoon in the backyard home---
Ali, Leni, and Karen were sitting on the grass while Narita was busy watering his vegetable crops. Sometimes Karen ran around chasing Ali. This afternoon Narita's shift was to babysit Karen, but because Leni was late so she chose to hang out with them.
After Narita watered his vegetables, he proceeded to harvest some of the vegetables that were ready for harvest. He put it in the basket. After all was harvested, Narita sat down next to Leni again, but then Leni who took turns playing with Karen and now Ali who rested and sat beside Narita while watching Leni and Karen who were playing flower arrangement.
“I'm really happy to be like this? Your presence here really makes the atmosphere change. The house feels warmer because it feels family, many people who want to know each other and socialize, many sounds joking laughter, and that will definitely make anyone feel at home here!” said Ali.
“Indeed you feel not at home?” narita asked, turning to Ali who was sitting beside her.
“I used to be here just to sleep, lead the Fajr prayer, teach Mr. Dave teaching, that's it. I used to spend most of my time in the college and the great mosque, because I felt there was no interesting activity I could do here!” ali's hand playing the grass.
“After graduation, will you return to your country?” ask Narita later.
“Maybe. Wh why? You want to come?” ali's spontaneous words made Narita pout. Narita's pouting expression even invited the laughter of Ali.
“I really like children, if I can really like his mother, of course it is very easy for me to like his children too!” ali whispered in Narita's ear, which again made Narita's eyes glare, and Ali again laughed out loud. Ali was satisfied to have successfully teased Narita all out.
“Owh, you guys are apparently here!” the heavy voice of someone made Narita, Ali, Leni, and Karen immediately turn to the source of the voice.
He who had just come, was still standing with his hands folded in front of his chest. His facial expression slightly smiled, and stared alternately at the four of them.
“Hai, Karen! Come to Uncle, Honey!” someone then changed his position into a squat with both hands opened wide to want to hug Karen, but Karen just fell silent in place.
Seeing Karen who seemed not to recognize him, he finally approached Karen and immediately carried her. Karen also let herself in the arms of a man who was none other than Davis.
