Chapter 20 - Truth Begins to Reveal

"That's you?!"

Xi Zihe pushed him so hard, that Shen Yuan's back felt a stinging pain.

Xi Zihe looked at him with an angry expression, yet Shen Yuan did not reveal any expression, this made him even more furious.

"I'm asking you!"

"DAD!"

The shout made the heads of Shen Yuan and Xi Zihe turn in unison towards Feifei. Feifei's round eyes were full of anxiety and bewilderment, he could only stand in a daze.

Shen Yuan clasped tightly onto Xi Zihe's hand that was on his collar, "We're talking inside."

Shen Yuan gestured into the storage warehouse. Reluctantly Xi Zihe let go of his grip, and preceded his entrance into the warehouse with wide strides, clearly restraining his anger.

Before following him, Shen Yuan rubbed Feifei's head, "Father will be back soon. You wait here well, okay?"

Feifei nodded, but his eyes still showed concern.

Shen Yuan gave a small nod to Wen Fan and Yao Yue who had been observing them since. "Please accompany my daughter."

Then he started to step inside the warehouse. He knew, sooner or later Xi Zihe would find out. So it didn't matter to him if he had to tell her now. But to tell him all about it, he had to prepare to reopen his old wounds, and he didn't want Feifei to hear it.

Xi Zihe waited with his arms crossed, leaning haughtily like an interrogation officer at the police station. As he looked at Shen Yuan, his eyes were like looking at a suspect. His eyes were cold and sharp, very different compared to just a moment ago. He said briefly, "Now tell me."
