Chapter 83 Open your eyes

Indhi who lost his balance finally fell with the position of the back head hit one of the stairs, Indhi who was still conscious trying to stand but his body was unsteady and then fell again to the bottom floor.

The other children who witnessed the scene were hysterically screaming, they chased after the already weakly drooping Indhi on the floor with fresh blood coming out of his head.

Meanwhile, Zean who was talking to one of his fellow teachers was suddenly surprised to hear the cries of his students. He rushed towards the stairs which were now being mobbed by his students. His eyes widened as he watched the body of his loved ones lying with a drenched blood. With Zean's trembling body dropping the remaining report on his hand, he approached Indhi's body and immediately grabbed the blood-soaked body into his lap. His eyes began to heat up and his chest felt tight, with increasingly trembling hands he stroked Indhi's face and without him noticing tears had dripped and rained down on his loved ones' faces.

" Sweety." Zean shouted with a trembling voice.

" Wake up, please wake up." Now his voice is interspersed with his sobs.

" Dear, open your eyes, ah I beg you to open your eyes, don't do this, don't punish me like this, I beg you to open your eyes." Zean began to fuss, he was no longer concerned with his surroundings, his head filled with fear of losing his little girl.

" Indhi." Shouted Arum and Dita together, they then sat down to line his best friend's body.

" Rum, please Indhi, his head is bleeding, what if something happens to him." Zean said stammeredly, his face was filled with tears, his hands were now filled with bloodstains.

" So calm, brother, Arum will call an ambulance." Said Arum trying to calm Zean, he then reached into the phone in his pocket and called an ambulance.

Zean realized that blood kept coming out of Indhi's head, he then put Indhi's head on his thigh and he took off the batik shirt he was wearing and put it behind Indhi's head, only a thin white shirt remained attached to his body, but he did not care, the most important thing for him now was to stop the bleeding on Indhi's head.

" Dear I beg you to hold on, ah I beg you not to leave me, I beg you to open your eyes." Zean continued to beg but did not get a response from Indhi, he had completely lost consciousness.

" What's really going on?" Ask Zean's colleague who was talking to him.

" Naura pushed Indhi sir." Reveal one of the students who saw the fateful incident.

" Is that right Naura?" The teacher sneered at Naura who was now standing in the crowd. The children who were aware of Naura were behind them immediately shifted their bodies so Naura was now the center of attention.

" Answer Naura, did you push Indhi?" Ask the teacher again.

" No sir, Indhi fell by himself, it wasn't me who pushed him, they also saw him sir, I didn't push Indhi." Denying Naura nervously, her face now began to turn pale.

" Liar, obviously we saw everything, you stopped Indhi when she was about to come downstairs and get her to argue, but Indhi didn't want to put up with you and you pushed her, we all saw that." Said another student who was also at the scene.

Zean stared at Naura, the sadness in her eyes now turning into hatred, as she was about to stand up to Naura, Arum immediately prevented her.

" So calm, brother, you must not be emotional." Said Arum trying to hold off Zean who began to provoke his emotions.

" Basic villain, not satisfied you hurt Indhi a few months ago and now you push him, you want to kill him just because you feel rivaled by Indhi right." Shouted Dita loudly, she stood up and walked over to Naura with a dead red face.

" Look now, are you satisfied, you murderer." Maki Dita again.

" I'm not a killer, Indhi fell alone, it's not me who pushed him." Kill Naura with a trembling voice.

" You still don't want to confess, what if I need to do like Indhi so that you confess and regret your actions."

Dita who could not hold back her emotions finally pulled Naura's hair and dragged her towards the wall, she intended to banging Naura's head. Arum just shut up and observe his best friend, he does not want to stop Dita, because he will also do the same thing if something happens to Indhi.

Some of the new teachers came and saw Dita immediately approaching her, they tried to remove Naura's hair from Dita's hands.

Amidst the commotion, an ambulance siren came closer, Zean immediately carried Indhi and Arum helped to hold the clothes on the back of Indhi's head, they rushed to the ambulance that had been parked in the school yard.

With the help of health workers, Zean moved Indhi's body into the ambulance, he explained some things about Indhi's condition and they all rushed Indhi to the nearest hospital.

Arum just nodded then the ambulance rushed to the nearest hospital.

" It's lucky you managed to stop the bleeding in his head." Say it to the health workers when they are on the road.

Zean just kept his head down, his bloodstained hand never separated from Indhi's hand, he also kissed Indhi's hand several times that began to cool.

Her tears did not stop dripping every time she saw Indhi's paled face, in her heart she kept chanting prayers for the safety of her little girl, he deeply regretted not being able to protect his loved ones even though he was so close to him.

" I'm sorry I couldn't stop my tears." Zean muttered, then he wiped his tears back leaving bloodstains on his white face.

The ambulance stopped in front of the nearby ER hospital which happened to be the hospital where Ega worked. They rushed Indhi out of the ambulance and took her into the treatment.

" I'm sorry you're not allowed in, please wait outside, the doctor will handle the patient as best as possible." Ban one of the nurses when Zean goes into the treatment room.

Zean only resigned when the door of the room was closed, his face was withered and his appearance was messy no longer he ignored, he sat on the floor and looked down, down, given the amount of blood that came out of his favorite girl's head he could only pray that God would not take something precious in his life.

" Excuse me, are you a relative of the patient inside?" Ask a nurse.

" I'm her boyfriend sus, did she realize, she's okay, right sus?" Zean asked nervously.

" For the moment the patient is still unconscious. If you can contact his family, the doctor will do a radiology examination to determine if there are other injuries in his head." The nurse was polite.

" I've contacted his mother, but she hasn't come yet." Zean's speech is weak

" Please do your best to do whatever it takes to save her." Pinta Zean with eyes that returned glazed.

" The doctor will do his best for the patient." The nurse said, then he went back into the examination room.

Shortly after some nurses came out, they pushed the gurney and Indhi's weak body lay on it. They would conduct Radiology examinations, Zean who had been informed beforehand immediately followed them from behind.

Zean waited again as Indhi entered the Radiology room.

In the Radiology room, Aditya's doctor who happened to be on duty was surprised to see his patient, even though it was almost half a year ago but he still remembered the face of Indhi who had been his patient.

" What family brought him here?" Ask doctor Aditya.

" No doc, the patient came with his girlfriend, the patient's family was in contact but no one came yet."

" Please call the surgery department, tell Dr. Kevin his sister's here."

" Doctor's sister patient Kevin?" The nurse asked in disbelief.

Doctor Aditya just nodded then he immediately did the examination, while the nurse came out and rushed to the room of Dr. Kevin to convey this news.

" The patient must be operated immediately because of bleeding in the patient's brain."
