Chapter 62 Wait another 10 years

" Please promise not to force her again. Someday, when I'm ready I'll give it to her without being forced."

As we kept quiet, we dissolved into our minds. I looked at Brother Zean who was still kneeling before me, the grievances of regret had not disappeared from his face, I could even clearly see the dam of tears in his eyes. I pulled her hand so she could wake up, she complied and now sits next to me.

When I came out of the bathroom I didn't see Brother Zean in the room anymore, maybe he was down. I folded up my uniform, put it in my bag and walked out of the room to look for Zean.

I went down the stairs and saw Brother Zean in the kitchen.

" It's done?" Ask Zean when he sees me approaching.

" It's. What else is sister?"

" Move french fries to a plate. It's your mikik burger." Brother Zean pointed at the burger that was on the table.

" Thank you." I said and pulled up my chair and sat down.

" Why hasn't mamy come home yet?"

" Miss as possible."

" why do you eat like gini?" Said Brother Zean while wiping the stain on the corner of my lips.

" Hehe, thank you brother." I rubbed my lips again.

" Snakes the potatoes?"

" Do you want to?" Brother Zean thrust his fries in front of me.

" The burger's good?" Ask Brother Zean while staring at my burger.

I haven't answered Zean, pulled my hand that was holding the burger and bit him. I just smiled looking at Brother Zean who was chewing his food. A year together made us accustomed to sharing food, it seems like the word disgust or unease is no longer between us.

I immediately went in and found the house looking quiet. I turned on the living room lights and went upstairs.

" Sister, aren't you home?"

" Sister." Call me again while knocking on sister Ega's room.

" I'm in?"

I waited for a moment but also did not get an answer from Brother Ega. Finally I ventured to open the unlocked room of Brother Ega.

" Sister." Call me again and put my head back in the door.

I looked around and saw Ega's brother on the bed with the blanket almost covering part of his body.

I approached him and felt astonished because not usually sister Ega sleep in these hours.

" Sister." I shook Ega's body.

" Sister." I panicked to start panicking because Ega never woke up.

I put my hand on her forehead and was surprised that Ega's body was so hot, she had a fever.

" Sister, brother, open your eyes. You can hear me." I shook the body again, Brother Ega.
