197. Murder In The Clinic

"Yes Ma'am" Nathan and Hilya said.

Nathan stared at the lunch before him while shaking his head.

"It's all fat, baby. What is it ?" ask Nathan.

"Whoa, you calm down. That can't be if you eat a lot. But I will eat it only a little" said Hilya.

"Why buy this much ?" nathan didn't understand.

"There are you who will be naughty," said Hilya relaxed to make Nathan gawk.

Arriving inside the clinic Nathan saw a crowd of people in front of the bathroom. Among them was Hilya who stood staring at the bathroom. Nathan barged in and approached his wife.
