Ayu's pregnancy also grew and was clearly visible. Fikri and Ayu looked happy. Their happiness increased during the USG examination at the Hilya Maternity Clinic. Both of them were stunned for a moment when Hilya said that the gender of the baby in Ayu's womb was male. Even Fikri shed tears at her, something that Ayu rarely witnessed during their marriage.

"You cry Bi," said Ayu as she extended her hand to help wipe away the tears that fell on her husband's face.

"Yes Mi. I'm happy ...," said Fikri in a trembling voice.

"Yes I know," Ayu said with a smile.

Fikri smiled and pulled Ayu into his arms. The two cried together until Hilya who witnessed also cried.

"This is happy news, why you even cry. Because you cry I'm going to cry ..," said Hilya, wiping her wet eyes.

Fikri and Ayu broke into each other's arms and smiled at Hilya.

"This is because we want to be like Arafah, Hil. She ... once asked for a younger brother first. Upon arriving outside Hilya's study, Ayu and Fikri see Rosi trying to persuade the crying Afiah. Apparently the baby woke up and cried because he did not find Ayu with him.

Without Ayu and Fikri noticing, Hilya was staring enviously at them. Hilya had a faint smile and slowly closed the door and returned to her desk.

That night Nathan returns to pick up Hilya. As usual, Nathan returned home to take a shower and change his clothes. He then went to the clinic to pick up his wife. Sometimes he bought snacks to eat with Hilya later. And this time Nathan returned to buy food from processed cassava that Hilya really likes.

Arriving at the clinic, Nathan sees Rosi, who is helping to push the patient into a wheelchair. The patient smiled and thanked Rosi many times. Nathan smiled at Rosi's swift attitude and responsive to the circumstances around him even though his age was no longer young.

Shortly after, Hilya comes out of the toilet and smiles at Nathan. Hilya rushed over to Nathan, kissed the back of his hand and hugged him tightly.

"I miss you" whispered Hilya to make Nathan smile.

"Sama, I miss you, too" Nathan said as he kissed Hilya's lips.

"Kangen but really long to the sininya," said Hilya ketus while pushing Nathan until the husband slammed back and hit the back of the sofa.

"Then anyway. The feeling is just as rich as ever" Nathan said as he glanced at the clock coiled around his wrist.

"Ga Darling !. You came later than usual tonight !" hilya said she would not lose.

Nathan was surprised to hear Hilya's slightly higher tone of voice. Moreover, he also saw both Hilya's eyes that condensed as if going to cry. Nathan knows that his wife is not okay right now.

Nathan swiftly pulled Hilya into his arms. At first Hilya refused. But when Nathan kissed his head many times while gently rubbing his back, Hilya was devastated. She returned her husband's embrace and cried.

"Have you done it yet ?" nathan asked carefully.

"That's why we're going home now. You must be tired all day," Nathan asked.

"But there are still two more patients outside. It can not be pending because this is an important examination before delivery" said Hilya.

"After that ?" ask Nathan.

"Done ...," said Hilya.

"OKs. You calm yourself down for a minute, that's Abis meeting them. If so, we go home. I'm going to get you somewhere later" Nathan said.

"Where ?" hilya asked while wiping her snot with tissue.

"Consecret. But I guarantee you'll like it" Nathan said with a meaningful smile.

Usually Hilya would nag because she had to second-guess where her husband would take her. But this time Hilya just nodded.

"good. Now eat this first a little, then you can continue to work again," said Nathan while feeding Hilya the food he bought earlier.

Hilya's eyes sparkled as she knew what was being fed into her mouth. Food made from processed cassava with cheese toppings and raisins was chewed quickly by Hilya.

"You know best what I want" praised Hilya with a full mouth.

"Because I'm Your Husband Dear ..," whispered Nathan as he ruffled Hilya's hair furiously.

Hilya laughs. As a result, he choked because his mouth was still filled with food. Nathan grabbed a glass of water and gave it to Hilya. After gulping down the water Hilya patted her chest while looking resentfully at Nathan.

Replace the laughing Nathan and it made Hilya blush in embarrassment.
