After helping Anna clean up and change clothes, Bayan went to the kitchen to make fried rice for his wife.
A bushy aroma of spices poured out all over the house and greeted Nathan's nose was still awake. Nathan rushed to the kitchen to see what his father was doing.
"Why to Dad ?" ask Nathan.
"Against fried rice. You want Nath ?" ask Bayan while stirring the rice.
"Ga Well, still full. Why make fried rice, not that Dad had dinner ?" ask Nathan.
"Nath's night sports policy, so be hungry" Bayan said with a meaningful smile.
Bayan's speech made Nathan's mind go crazy somewhere. A moment later his face was blushing because he understood what his father said.
Nathan prepares to leave his father but is stopped because Bayan calls him.
"Nathan ...!" call Bayan.
"Yes, what's wrong Dad ?" ask Nathan.
"Dad wants to talk seriously to you. It has to be now because it's important" Bayan said, turning off the stove.
"About what Yah ?" ask Nathan.
"About ... Arafah," said Bayan hesitated to make Nathan frown with suspicion.
"Arafah why Yah ?" nathan asked after a moment of silence.
Bayan took a deep breath and pulled out a chair and sat down. He seemed to think for a moment before conveying his ego.
"Arafah .. he ...," Bayan hung his words to make Nathan more curious.
"Arafah why Yah ?. Is the pain serious ?" nathan asked because he remembered Arafat had just come out of the hospital.
Bayan shook his head and looked at Nathan.
"It turns out that Arafah also has my stealth blood in him" Bayan said.
"What ...?!" nathan said he couldn't believe it.
"Dad didn't believe it at first either. But I finally believe Arafah also bore the curse after seeing the unusual mark on him" Bayan said.
Then Bayan told him what he found in Arafah. While telling the story Bayan put the fried rice that he cooked earlier on the plate. Nathan listened as he occasionally rubbed his face violently. There was water floating in both of his eyes a sign that the man was devastated to hear the news.
"So we have to do Yah. Does Bang Fikri know that his son is also a demon ?" nathan asked carefully.
"Fikri doesn't know about this. I think it's good he doesn't need to know because it will make him shock later. Knowing his mother became my demon has made him hit. I'm afraid he's going crazy knowing that his son also has that stealth blood" Bayan said anxiously.
"Father right. I agree with Dad, Bang Fikri does not need to know about this. How do you keep Well, we have to do what Arafah does to dampen the desire of the demon ?" ask Nathan.
"Dad has one way. I had to do so that he would not get bigger and crazy later" Bayan said.
"Dad can't tell now Nath. I just wanted to tell you and ask you to help keep an eye on Arafah. Now I have to take this to my room. Your mother's father is exhausted and needs food to restore his stamina" Bayan said, leaving Nathan alone.
Nathan gaped in disbelief at his father's answer. However, Nathan is a grown man who understands the meaning of the father's ambiguous remarks.
Shaking Nathan's head turned off the kitchen and dining room lights. Afterwards he walked to his room to rest.

Since knowing Arafah also has stealth blood in him, since then Nathan and Bayan have become overprotective. They tend to keep Arafah out of the reach of other children who are his age.
Like that afternoon. Bayan deliberately brought Arafah home by carrying him. Of course Arafah was crying out loud. It was because Arafah was playing with his peers on the street in front of the house. They are small children aged toddlers and babies who are cared for by their respective caregivers.
Bayan's protective attitude made Fikri and his wife uncomfortable. But when Bayan explained that what he was doing was for Arafah's good, they understood.
"We know if the doctor's diagnosis of the disease that Arafah has not come out. The doctor just said Arafah was healthy, that's all. But I suspect that Arafah has a dangerous disease. It could be that the doctor is still hesitant to tell you because the end result is also dubious. Well just in case, it's good we try Arafah to play safe. Avoid collisions or falls because children the age of Arafat will again enjoy running," Bayan said that afternoon.
Fikri and Ayu stared at each other for a moment then nodded in agreement.
"Yes Well" said Fikri and Ayu simultaneously.
Bayan smiled with relief at Fikri and his wife's reply.
Actually Bayan deliberately kept Arafah away from the environment of children his age because Bayan wanted to protect them. Bayan was worried that Arafah could not control himself and attacked his peers. However, Arafah could not control the desire to kill in him like an adult.
Ayu swiftly grabbed Arafah from Bayan's sling and brought him into the house. There was still the cry of Arafah in there. Moments later, Arafah's cries were no longer heard. Apparently Anna managed to persuade the toddler to stop crying. And now Anna is seen holding Arafah while showing some of Nathan's favorite ornamental fish in the aquarium. The little girl seemed to laugh happily to make Anna and Ayu laugh along.
Bayan looked at Arafah with a look of pity. He knew Arafah wanted to play. But he also did not want Arafah to prey on his friend without him knowing.
"Dad ...," call Fikri.
"Yes, why Fik ?" ask Bayan.
"Why is my father thinking that Arafah is rich. Is there something you're hiding ?" ask Fikri.
"Ga exists. I'm just like Arafah. Girls as small and sweet as it should have a disease that may not have a cure," Bayan said honestly.
"So I know that Arafah has a dangerous disease. What Disease is it ?. Why there is no cure. And why didn't you tell me the same ?" fikri Urge.
"Father is just Nebak Fik. Feeling Dad said Arafah's disease had no cure. That's why Dad said that," said Bayan while trying to hide his nervousness.
Fikri fell silent while staring at Arafah fixedly. Deep in his heart Fikri hopes that the disease Arafah suffered is not a deadly disease let alone a curse disease passed down by Mak Ejah as his grandmother.
But Fikri's hope seems to be only hope. Slowly but surely Bayan found a change in the figure of Arafah, the adorable beautiful toddler.
And it seems that Bayan must act immediately in anticipation that the blood demon in Arafah does not develop quickly to endanger Arafah and the people around them.
