In The Rain

In The Rain
CHAPTER 38

Upon arrival at the factory, they were all relieved, because the fire was not too big, only one part of the building was burned. Fortunately, Andi acted quickly, the fire engine arrived when Raden arrived.

Regardless of anything, Gemintang ran to his study to check all the documents stored there. Raden immediately chased after him and grabbed his waist, pulling him outside. Gemintang. After a bit of calm, Raden held the shoulder of the Gemintang and shook his shake.

“Never do such a stupid thing again. You scared me half to death.” Seeing Raden's terrifying look on the face, the Gemintang did not dare to refute a word.

Much to be done, Raden oversees the workers who move the products ready to be shipped. Adit, though limping his legs, worked harder than anyone there, transporting things. The star turned people away, he had to make sure no one was in the building and no one was hurt. Within two hours, the fire was extinguished.

Gemintang and Raden were called the fire chief and the head of the Capolres. “This place was burned, Raden,” said the fire chief. “They set it on fire intentionally, because we saw matches and conductors not far from the scene."

Raden waving his hair. “Yes, I expected it. Worse damage?’

“How much if we don't get here soon.”

“Luckily all the products that have been packed, already in the warehouse,” continued Gemintang, he just realized the fatigue that excites his body.

“You know who roughly burned this factory, madam Buana?” ask the Chief of Police to Gemintang.

“I know.” Andi, the factory foreman who answered. “One of the factory burners called me. I think he realized he had committed a crime and was terrified at the last minute. He didn't give his name, but I'm sure he's one of the employees you fired a few weeks ago, Mr. Raden.”

At the request of the Chief of Police, Raden mentioned the names of the employees he fired. The officer scratched his ear. “One-time shame. What do they do when working on you?”

“They don't work for me. They work for my father,” Raden replied. Raden glanced at the tired Starlings. “I think enough for now, I want to take the Star home.”

“Please. We will contact you when we need to talk about.”

Adit chose to sit in Raden's car truck when he returned home. He slept on his back and did not move until Raden stopped the car at the back door of the house. Heny and Laura were drawn to meet them.

Raden ran to the car door one more, he opened the car door for Gemintang. The star slipped from the car and fell into Raden's arms. While Adit wakes up from his sleep right when Laura approaches him, and immediately hugs him, regardless of the black sweat and dust attached to Adit's body.

“You okay, Adit?”

“Sure, I'm fine.”

“Yes, geez, look at the looks of the three of you, full of dust and black. You three better take a quick shower. I've prepared breakfast for you guys" said Heny.

“Adit.”

The man stopped his steps and turned to face Raden who called him from the doorway and Raden said. “Thank you.”

“Thank you back,” replied Adit. They looked at each other for a while, then threw a big smile at each other.

Laura's eyes radiated a loving look at the two men. Heny tried to hold back the tears that were almost dripping on his cheeks. The star held Raden's hand.

Inside her room, the Starling took off all her clothes. He left his clothes on the bathroom floor. He wanted to throw away those clothes. The smell of smoke attached to the shirt can not be lost even though washed. He just hoped that the smell of smoke would not stick in his hair.

The starter stood under the shower tap, letting the warm water remove any dirt attached to his body. When he finished, he turned off the tap and the Gemintang felt his body refreshed. He curled his hair with a towel, then put on his towel when he heard the sound of his bedroom door being knocked.

“Log in,” says Gemintang.

The stargazer thought it was Heny or Laura. But it turns out that Raden was really beyond his expectations. The man stepped into his room, carrying a tray containing a cup of coffee and a glass of orange juice.

“Heny said you should drink this before going down to the dining room," Raden said, his eyes fixed on the woman whose hair was wrapped in a wet towel and wearing a pajama towel, accentuating her beautiful curves.

“Thank you. The coffee smells like once.”

Gemintang also apparently amazed, on Raden's hair is still wet. He was wearing shorts, accentuating his manhood. His chest which was field covered in black fur, curls and was somewhat wet. His eyes twinkled as he stared at the Starry.

Raden placed the tray on the table, but Raden seemed reluctant to leave the room. Raden stretched out his hand, took her into his arms and held her tightly.

Tears poured from the eyes of Gemintang when hugging Raden. All the fear, the anxiety of a few hours ago, flowed through his eyes. Raden pulled the hair-wrapping towel that covered the Gemintang's head and threw it on the floor. His hand flicked the wet Gemintang hair and he buried her Starry face into his warm chest.

Raden. “There is a problem that we have not solved, a problem between you and me, Gemintang.”

The star raised his teary face, looking at Raden. With a smile he said, “Yes, we have to finish it.”

Raden stuck his hands behind his back, to close the door of the room.
